Najveći lanac marina na Mediteranu i regionalni predvodnik nautičkog sektora, ACI d.d., u 2023. godini je ostvario 35,9 milijuna eura poslovnih prihoda. Prihodi od prodaje veći su 2,9 milijuna eura u odnosu na godinu ranije, odnosno 9 posto te iznose 34,6 milijuna eura.

Najveći rast pritom je zabilježen od usluge godišnjeg veza i to u iznosu od 2,1 milijuna eura. U prethodnoj godini ostvaren je i pozitivan bruto financijski rezultat u vrijednosti od 3,8 milijuna eura te EBITDA u iznosu od 12,7 milijuna eura. Sve marine unutar ACI-jeva sustava u 2023. godini su ostvarile rast, dok je pojedinačni rast veći od 0,2 milijuna eura zabilježen u šest marina.

- U 2023. godini ACI je zadržao stabilnost u poslovanju, no uz kontinuirani angažman na daljnjem razvoju, prije svega diversifikaciji poslovanja. Rast ukupnih prihoda od 3,2 milijuna eura očekivani je rezultat blagog porasta fizičkih pokazatelja, ali i dokaz da smo našim komercijalnim uvjetima uspješno odgovorili konkurenciji te općenitom stanju na tržištu. Najveći udio u ostvarenim prihodima nose ACI marine Split i Dubrovnik, koje su ostvarile i 0,6 milijuna eura porasta u odnosu na prošlu godinu. U konačnici, bruto dobit od 3,8 milijuna eura te realizirana EBITDA u iznosu 12,7 milijuna eura vjetar su u leđa za nove iskorake u budućnosti - istaknuo je Kristijan Pavić, predsjednik Uprave ACI d.d.

U 2023. godini ostvaren je rast prihoda od prodaje u svim marinama, a marine koje su zabilježile rast prihoda od prodaje veći od 0,2 milijuna eura bile su Dubrovnik, Rovinj, Cres, Skradin, Trogir te Umag čiji rast čini 60 posto ukupno ostvarenih prihoda od prodaje. Tijekom protekle godine u sustav je uloženo ukupno 2,8 milijuna eura, a navedena se ulaganja većim dijelom odnose na uređenje ACI marina Palmižana, Rab, Žut, Vodice i Pula.

- 2023. godina ostat će zabilježena kao godina u kojoj je ACI proslavio okrugli jubilej, ali i bio intenzivno angažiran u aktivnostima koje za cilj imaju produljenje trajanja važećih koncesijskih ugovora. Navedeno se već dulji niz godina vidi kao ključni rizik daljnjem razvoju te posebice daljnjim ulaganjima. Upravo stoga Društvo svoje strateške prilike kontinuirano traži izvan granica postojećih koncesija, uz rad na produljenju istih. Obzirom na uskladu troškova osoblja koju Društvo vidi kao dugoročno ulaganje u kadrove i realizirani poslovni rezultati su očekivani te ih vidimo kao dobar temelj za daljnji razvoj - osvrnuo se na godišnje rezultate Ivan Herak, član Uprave ACI d.d. za financije, korporativno pravo i ljudske resurse.

Uz poslovne iskorake te ulaganje u očuvanje i razvoj nautičke infrastrukture, fokus kompanije i nadalje ostaje na ishodovanju građevinske dozvole i početku prve faze u izgradnji ACI marine Rijeka koje se očekuje početkom 2024. godine.

- U 2023. godini ACI je uložio 2,8 milijuna eura, pri čemu se ističu ulaganja u ACI marinama Palmižana, Rab, Žut, Vodice i Pula. Kad govorimo u ulaganjima, naš je fokus svakako na izgradnji buduće ACI marine Rijeka za koju bi uskoro trebala biti izdana građevinska dozvola. Nakon toga, u planu je početak izgradnje marine koja će promijeniti, ne samo nautičku kartu Hrvatske i Mediterana, već i unaprijediti svakodnevni život stanovnika cijele riječke regije. Poslovna je godina protekla u znaku obilježavanja 40. godišnjice osnutka ACI-ja. Tijekom cijele godine na raznim smo lokacijama obilježavali veliki jubilej, a proslave će se odvijati i tijekom 2024. godine, do idućeg Dana ACI-ja 1. srpnja. U jubilarnoj godini ACI je potvrdio da je društveno odgovorna kompanija, i to prije svega dodjelom sponzorstava i donacija. U različite projekte od interesa za lokalne sredine, ali i šire zajednice, uloženo je ukupno 0,7 milijuna eura - zaključio je Josip Ostrogović, član Uprave ACI d.d. za investicije, marketing i maloprodaju.

Najveći lanac marina na Mediteranu i regionalni predvodnik nautičkog sektora, ACI d.d., u 2023. godini je ostvario 35,9 milijuna eura poslovnih prihoda. Prihodi od prodaje veći su 2,9 milijuna eura u odnosu na godinu ranije, odnosno 9 posto te iznose 34,6 milijuna eura.

Najveći rast pritom je zabilježen od usluge godišnjeg veza i to u iznosu od 2,1 milijuna eura. U prethodnoj godini ostvaren je i pozitivan bruto financijski rezultat u vrijednosti od 3,8 milijuna eura te EBITDA u iznosu od 12,7 milijuna eura. Sve marine unutar ACI-jeva sustava u 2023. godini su ostvarile rast, dok je pojedinačni rast veći od 0,2 milijuna eura zabilježen u šest marina.

- U 2023. godini ACI je zadržao stabilnost u poslovanju, no uz kontinuirani angažman na daljnjem razvoju, prije svega diversifikaciji poslovanja. Rast ukupnih prihoda od 3,2 milijuna eura očekivani je rezultat blagog porasta fizičkih pokazatelja, ali i dokaz da smo našim komercijalnim uvjetima uspješno odgovorili konkurenciji te općenitom stanju na tržištu. Najveći udio u ostvarenim prihodima nose ACI marine Split i Dubrovnik, koje su ostvarile i 0,6 milijuna eura porasta u odnosu na prošlu godinu. U konačnici, bruto dobit od 3,8 milijuna eura te realizirana EBITDA u iznosu 12,7 milijuna eura vjetar su u leđa za nove iskorake u budućnosti - istaknuo je Kristijan Pavić, predsjednik Uprave ACI d.d.

U 2023. godini ostvaren je rast prihoda od prodaje u svim marinama, a marine koje su zabilježile rast prihoda od prodaje veći od 0,2 milijuna eura bile su Dubrovnik, Rovinj, Cres, Skradin, Trogir te Umag čiji rast čini 60 posto ukupno ostvarenih prihoda od prodaje. Tijekom protekle godine u sustav je uloženo ukupno 2,8 milijuna eura, a navedena se ulaganja većim dijelom odnose na uređenje ACI marina Palmižana, Rab, Žut, Vodice i Pula.

- 2023. godina ostat će zabilježena kao godina u kojoj je ACI proslavio okrugli jubilej, ali i bio intenzivno angažiran u aktivnostima koje za cilj imaju produljenje trajanja važećih koncesijskih ugovora. Navedeno se već dulji niz godina vidi kao ključni rizik daljnjem razvoju te posebice daljnjim ulaganjima. Upravo stoga Društvo svoje strateške prilike kontinuirano traži izvan granica postojećih koncesija, uz rad na produljenju istih. Obzirom na uskladu troškova osoblja koju Društvo vidi kao dugoročno ulaganje u kadrove i realizirani poslovni rezultati su očekivani te ih vidimo kao dobar temelj za daljnji razvoj - osvrnuo se na godišnje rezultate Ivan Herak, član Uprave ACI d.d. za financije, korporativno pravo i ljudske resurse.

Uz poslovne iskorake te ulaganje u očuvanje i razvoj nautičke infrastrukture, fokus kompanije i nadalje ostaje na ishodovanju građevinske dozvole i početku prve faze u izgradnji ACI marine Rijeka koje se očekuje početkom 2024. godine.

- U 2023. godini ACI je uložio 2,8 milijuna eura, pri čemu se ističu ulaganja u ACI marinama Palmižana, Rab, Žut, Vodice i Pula. Kad govorimo u ulaganjima, naš je fokus svakako na izgradnji buduće ACI marine Rijeka za koju bi uskoro trebala biti izdana građevinska dozvola. Nakon toga, u planu je početak izgradnje marine koja će promijeniti, ne samo nautičku kartu Hrvatske i Mediterana, već i unaprijediti svakodnevni život stanovnika cijele riječke regije. Poslovna je godina protekla u znaku obilježavanja 40. godišnjice osnutka ACI-ja. Tijekom cijele godine na raznim smo lokacijama obilježavali veliki jubilej, a proslave će se odvijati i tijekom 2024. godine, do idućeg Dana ACI-ja 1. srpnja. U jubilarnoj godini ACI je potvrdio da je društveno odgovorna kompanija, i to prije svega dodjelom sponzorstava i donacija. U različite projekte od interesa za lokalne sredine, ali i šire zajednice, uloženo je ukupno 0,7 milijuna eura - zaključio je Josip Ostrogović, član Uprave ACI d.d. za investicije, marketing i maloprodaju.
