Ekipa iz studija Arhitektura Plus osmislila je izgled apartmana u strogom centru Zadra, piše Dom i Dizajn.
Lokacija - strogi centar Zadra, točnije Poluotok i pogled na Forum i crkvu sv. Donata, jedan od najprepoznatljivijih simbola ovoga grada. Zadatak - pretvoriti dva stara stana, svaki površine oko 80 četvornih metara, u predivne apartmane naziva Domus Romana koji će se organizacijom i dizajnom isticati u masi sličnih.

Vlasnik, mladi poduzetnik, znao je da za konačni uspjeh ove priče mora od početka sve raditi profesionalno i na nivou. Zbog toga je za akciju adaptacija angažirao provjerenu ekipu iz arhitektonskog studija Arhitektura Plus koji su vodili projekt od ideje do realizacije i odradili apsolutno sve, od izrade nacrta, odabira opreme, rasvjete, uzoraka i slično pa sve do koordinacije s ostalim sudionicima u izvedbi.

- Zgrada u kojoj se nalaze stanovi datira iz 60-ih godina prošlog stoljeća, a potpisuje ju arhitekt Božidar Rašica. Raspored nosivih zidova u stanovima omogućio je veliku fleksibilnost i slobodu pri adaptaciji. Prednost su bili i veliki francuski prozori u svim sobama koji pružaju izvrstan pogled prema rivi i antičkom dijelu grada. U adaptaciji je zadržana postojeća orijentacija svih soba; četiri su otvorene prema Forumu velikim kliznim stijenama, te dvije prema dvorišnoj strani s loggijom kao ugodnim prostorom za jutarnju kavu. Ukratko, postoje tri smještajne jedinice po stanu, šest zajedno - pojašnjavaju arhitekti.

S obzirom na to da su stanovi adaptirani u turističke svrhe, arhitekti su htjeli uređenje prezentirati kroz temu povezanu s lokacijom (antičkim Forumom) i gradom Zadrom, čime bi boravak u smještajnim jedinicama bio uvod u turistički obilazak samog grada. Također, svaka soba nazvana je po jednom od antičkih božanstava, koji su prezentirani kroz grafike (apstrahirane fotografije pronađenih kipova na izvornim lokacijama po gradu) iznad uzglavlja. Autor grafika je genijalan PIN studio.

- Oblikovanje, materijali i boje u smještajnim jedinicama su u toplim i svijetlim tonovima kako bi fokus ostao na pogledu prema Forumu, koji je dodatno naglašen velikim kliznim stijenama. Na podu su keramičke pločice slagane po sistemu “riblje kosti”. Zidovi su neutralni, kako bi naglasak stavili na grafike iznad uzglavlja koje su dodatno naglašene indirektnim svjetlom iznad uzglavlja. U kupaonicama i na poleđini zida u kuhinjama je korišten microtopping, kao novi materijal koji nudi veliku slobodu u odabiru tekstura i boja te koji svojim apstraktnim izgledom odgovara smjeru u kojem su sobe oblikovane. Na stropu su u svakoj sobi i u hodnicima ostavljene niše koje uokviruju počišćenu i minimalno obrađenu izvornu konstrukciju stropa - pričaju arhitekti i dodaju kako su hodnici namjerno tamni (crna i tamno crvena boja na zidu), kako bi se naglasio kontrast sa toplim i svijetlim tonovima u sobama.

- Kuhinja je, kao i većina drugog namještaja, rađena po mjeri u stolariji Bedenic, prema nacrtima i u suradnji s arhitektima. Trudili smo da namještaj u stanu bude estetski povezan i vizualno smislen. Težili smo tome da finalni dojam bude ugodan, udoban i prozračan. Inače, uređenje od prvog razgovora između nas i investitora do prvog gosta je trajalo nešto više od godinu dana - zaključuju.

Ekipa iz studija Arhitektura Plus osmislila je izgled apartmana u strogom centru Zadra, piše Dom i Dizajn.
Lokacija - strogi centar Zadra, točnije Poluotok i pogled na Forum i crkvu sv. Donata, jedan od najprepoznatljivijih simbola ovoga grada. Zadatak - pretvoriti dva stara stana, svaki površine oko 80 četvornih metara, u predivne apartmane naziva Domus Romana koji će se organizacijom i dizajnom isticati u masi sličnih.

Vlasnik, mladi poduzetnik, znao je da za konačni uspjeh ove priče mora od početka sve raditi profesionalno i na nivou. Zbog toga je za akciju adaptacija angažirao provjerenu ekipu iz arhitektonskog studija Arhitektura Plus koji su vodili projekt od ideje do realizacije i odradili apsolutno sve, od izrade nacrta, odabira opreme, rasvjete, uzoraka i slično pa sve do koordinacije s ostalim sudionicima u izvedbi.

- Zgrada u kojoj se nalaze stanovi datira iz 60-ih godina prošlog stoljeća, a potpisuje ju arhitekt Božidar Rašica. Raspored nosivih zidova u stanovima omogućio je veliku fleksibilnost i slobodu pri adaptaciji. Prednost su bili i veliki francuski prozori u svim sobama koji pružaju izvrstan pogled prema rivi i antičkom dijelu grada. U adaptaciji je zadržana postojeća orijentacija svih soba; četiri su otvorene prema Forumu velikim kliznim stijenama, te dvije prema dvorišnoj strani s loggijom kao ugodnim prostorom za jutarnju kavu. Ukratko, postoje tri smještajne jedinice po stanu, šest zajedno - pojašnjavaju arhitekti.

S obzirom na to da su stanovi adaptirani u turističke svrhe, arhitekti su htjeli uređenje prezentirati kroz temu povezanu s lokacijom (antičkim Forumom) i gradom Zadrom, čime bi boravak u smještajnim jedinicama bio uvod u turistički obilazak samog grada. Također, svaka soba nazvana je po jednom od antičkih božanstava, koji su prezentirani kroz grafike (apstrahirane fotografije pronađenih kipova na izvornim lokacijama po gradu) iznad uzglavlja. Autor grafika je genijalan PIN studio.

- Oblikovanje, materijali i boje u smještajnim jedinicama su u toplim i svijetlim tonovima kako bi fokus ostao na pogledu prema Forumu, koji je dodatno naglašen velikim kliznim stijenama. Na podu su keramičke pločice slagane po sistemu “riblje kosti”. Zidovi su neutralni, kako bi naglasak stavili na grafike iznad uzglavlja koje su dodatno naglašene indirektnim svjetlom iznad uzglavlja. U kupaonicama i na poleđini zida u kuhinjama je korišten microtopping, kao novi materijal koji nudi veliku slobodu u odabiru tekstura i boja te koji svojim apstraktnim izgledom odgovara smjeru u kojem su sobe oblikovane. Na stropu su u svakoj sobi i u hodnicima ostavljene niše koje uokviruju počišćenu i minimalno obrađenu izvornu konstrukciju stropa - pričaju arhitekti i dodaju kako su hodnici namjerno tamni (crna i tamno crvena boja na zidu), kako bi se naglasio kontrast sa toplim i svijetlim tonovima u sobama.

- Kuhinja je, kao i većina drugog namještaja, rađena po mjeri u stolariji Bedenic, prema nacrtima i u suradnji s arhitektima. Trudili smo da namještaj u stanu bude estetski povezan i vizualno smislen. Težili smo tome da finalni dojam bude ugodan, udoban i prozračan. Inače, uređenje od prvog razgovora između nas i investitora do prvog gosta je trajalo nešto više od godinu dana - zaključuju.
