Odrasle osobe na poslu i razmišljajući o njemu provedu više od pola budnog dana pa stoga ne čudi saznanje da ako vas taj posao ne samo ne uveseljava, već ga ne volite ili mrzite, može doći do komplikacija sa zdravljem. Kontinuirano nezadovoljstvo neminovno vodi i u zdravstvene posljedice, veza između mentalnog i fizičkog danas nam je jako dobro poznata. Donosimo pregled nekolicine teškoća koje može prouzročiti stres od nevoljenog posla.

Ako ste nesretni na poslu to može dovesti do glavobolje, čak i migrene, riječ je o tenzijskim glavoboljama koje se događaju zbog naprezanja koje sprječava dotok krvi u mozak. Zbog toga isto tako može doći i do nesvjesnog grčenja mišića. Školski primjer reakcije na stres može dovesti do problema s kralježnicom i bolova u leđima, ali i manjih problema kao što su bolovi u čitavom tijelu i zglobovima i umora.

Povećanje tjelesne težine, ali njene česte promjene su indikator da nešto nije u redu. Stres na poslu proizvodi nezadovoljstvo koje se često zadovoljava prejedanjem i manjkom želje za vježbanjem. Uz to ne postoje zdrave prehrambene navike kao što su isti obroci u isto vrijeme svaki dan i slično, kao i neuravnoteženi bioritam.

Veliki stres i nezadovoljstvo mogu dovesti i do nesanice. Čak i ako uspijevate spavati zbog svih briga, nemoguće se do kraja opustiti zbog čega san nije kvalitetan pa osjećate kontinuirani umor i iscrpljenost. Neispavanost dodatno negativno utječe na sve ove do sada navedene probleme. 

Sve to može dovesti do mentalnog umora zbog kojeg se teže fokusirati na poslu, slabija je koncentracija pa su i rezultati lošiji zbog čega se stres nastavlja i upada se u začarani krug. Time se također slabi imunološki sustav pa lako može doći do razbolijevanja, a onda i dužeg razdoblja koji vam je potreban za oporavak ako "skupite" čak i neke najobičnije bolesti. Žene također mogu iskusiti nepravilnosti u menstrualnom ciklusu i jače bolove prvih dana menstruacije.

Odrasle osobe na poslu i razmišljajući o njemu provedu više od pola budnog dana pa stoga ne čudi saznanje da ako vas taj posao ne samo ne uveseljava, već ga ne volite ili mrzite, može doći do komplikacija sa zdravljem. Kontinuirano nezadovoljstvo neminovno vodi i u zdravstvene posljedice, veza između mentalnog i fizičkog danas nam je jako dobro poznata. Donosimo pregled nekolicine teškoća koje može prouzročiti stres od nevoljenog posla.

Ako ste nesretni na poslu to može dovesti do glavobolje, čak i migrene, riječ je o tenzijskim glavoboljama koje se događaju zbog naprezanja koje sprječava dotok krvi u mozak. Zbog toga isto tako može doći i do nesvjesnog grčenja mišića. Školski primjer reakcije na stres može dovesti do problema s kralježnicom i bolova u leđima, ali i manjih problema kao što su bolovi u čitavom tijelu i zglobovima i umora.

Povećanje tjelesne težine, ali njene česte promjene su indikator da nešto nije u redu. Stres na poslu proizvodi nezadovoljstvo koje se često zadovoljava prejedanjem i manjkom želje za vježbanjem. Uz to ne postoje zdrave prehrambene navike kao što su isti obroci u isto vrijeme svaki dan i slično, kao i neuravnoteženi bioritam.

Veliki stres i nezadovoljstvo mogu dovesti i do nesanice. Čak i ako uspijevate spavati zbog svih briga, nemoguće se do kraja opustiti zbog čega san nije kvalitetan pa osjećate kontinuirani umor i iscrpljenost. Neispavanost dodatno negativno utječe na sve ove do sada navedene probleme. 

Sve to može dovesti do mentalnog umora zbog kojeg se teže fokusirati na poslu, slabija je koncentracija pa su i rezultati lošiji zbog čega se stres nastavlja i upada se u začarani krug. Time se također slabi imunološki sustav pa lako može doći do razbolijevanja, a onda i dužeg razdoblja koji vam je potreban za oporavak ako "skupite" čak i neke najobičnije bolesti. Žene također mogu iskusiti nepravilnosti u menstrualnom ciklusu i jače bolove prvih dana menstruacije.

Odrasle osobe na poslu i razmišljajući o njemu provedu više od pola budnog dana pa stoga ne čudi saznanje da ako vas taj posao ne samo ne uveseljava, već ga ne volite ili mrzite, može doći do komplikacija sa zdravljem. Kontinuirano nezadovoljstvo neminovno vodi i u zdravstvene posljedice, veza između mentalnog i fizičkog danas nam je jako dobro poznata.
