Ima li išta ljepše nego leći u netom pospremljen krevet? Miriše tako čisto i ugodno u spavaćoj sobi! Neki mijenjaju posteljinu jednom tjedno, drugi tek nakon četiri tjedna. Ali što je ispravno?

Stručnjaci kažu kako obično to ne mora biti jednom tjedno, ali da ne treba predugo čekati na pranje i mijenjanje posteljine.

Osnovno pravilo glasi: plahte treba mijenjati svaka dva tjedna, kaže Udruga za osobnu njegu i deterdžente, piše Fenix.

Međutim, uvijek se moraju uzeti u obzir individualne navike spavanja: iz higijenskih razloga, primjerice, oni koji spavaju goli bi bilo dobro mijenjati krevet jednom tjedno. Ima li išta ljepše nego leći u netom pospremljen krevet? Miriše tako čisto i ugodno u spavaćoj sobi! Neki mijenjaju posteljinu jednom tjedno, drugi tek nakon četiri tjedna. Ali što je ispravno?

Stručnjaci kažu kako obično to ne mora biti jednom tjedno, ali da ne treba predugo čekati na pranje i mijenjanje posteljine.

Osnovno pravilo glasi: plahte treba mijenjati svaka dva tjedna, kaže Udruga za osobnu njegu i deterdžente, piše Fenix.

Međutim, uvijek se moraju uzeti u obzir individualne navike spavanja: iz higijenskih razloga, primjerice, oni koji spavaju goli bi bilo dobro mijenjati krevet jednom tjedno. Isto vrijedi i za osobe koje se noću jako znoje ili za osobe alergične na kućnu prašinu. Osim toga, treba voditi računa i o grinjama koje ostavljaju izmet u rublju i tako izazivaju alergije. Plahte je najbolje staviti u perilicu na najmanje 60 stupnjeva, jer na 58 stupnjeva paučnjaci ugibaju. Tu su i posebne navlake za poplune za alergičare na grinje i osobe alergične na kućnu prašinu.

Ima li išta ljepše nego leći u netom pospremljen krevet? Miriše tako čisto i ugodno u spavaćoj sobi! Neki mijenjaju posteljinu jednom tjedno, drugi tek nakon četiri tjedna. Ali što je ispravno?

Stručnjaci kažu kako obično to ne mora biti jednom tjedno, ali da ne treba predugo čekati na pranje i mijenjanje posteljine.

Osnovno pravilo glasi: plahte treba mijenjati svaka dva tjedna, kaže Udruga za osobnu njegu i deterdžente, piše Fenix.

Međutim, uvijek se moraju uzeti u obzir individualne navike spavanja: iz higijenskih razloga, primjerice, oni koji spavaju goli bi bilo dobro mijenjati krevet jednom tjedno. Isto vrijedi i za osobe koje se noću jako znoje ili za osobe alergične na kućnu prašinu. Osim toga, treba voditi računa i o grinjama koje ostavljaju izmet u rublju i tako izazivaju alergije. Plahte je najbolje staviti u perilicu na najmanje 60 stupnjeva, jer na 58 stupnjeva paučnjaci ugibaju. Tu su i posebne navlake za poplune za alergičare na grinje i osobe alergične na kućnu prašinu.
