Unatoč brojnim upozorenjima za zaštitu od prejakog sunca, zna se dogoditi i da izgorimo. Taj problem nije nepoznat ni narodnoj medicini kada se znalo izgorjeti ne od prekomjernog sunčanja nego od rada na jakom suncu.

Kada se to dogodi, ruska narodna medicina savjetuje da se na opekotinu stave listovi kiselog kupusa i drže dvadesetak minuta. Može se naribati mrkva i držati kao oblog na gazi ili pamučnoj krpi, ali najefikasnije je, tvrde, naribati i pomiješati kiseli kupus i mrkvu te dodati eterično ulje nevena, piše Hayat.

Drugo narodno rješenje za oporavak iziritirane kože jest naribana ili izmiksana mješavina sirovog krumpira i jabuke. Nju ne treba držati duže od pola sata, nakon čega je treba isprati toplom vodom.

Narodna medicina tvrdi da može pomoći i kombinacija rajčica i jogurta. Dvije rajčice treba narezati na veće ploške, dodati dvije žlice jogurta i napraviti kompaktnu smjesu. Nju treba nanijeti na kožu i isprati poslije 20 do 30 minuta.

Sastojci za četvrto rješenje su osnovni dijelovi danas popularnog doručka. Dvije žlice zobenih pahuljica, dvije zgnječene banane i žlicu meda treba pomiješati i ostaviti da odstoji sat vremena, potom ih nanijeti na nadražene dijelove kože, držati dvadesetak minuta pa isprati mlakom vodom.

Ako ovi narodni recepti pomognu u oporavku kože od prevelikog izlaganja suncu, takvo opasno ponašanje treba izbjegavati jer može dovesti do raka kože, a za njega ni narodna medicina nema učinkovit lijek.

Unatoč brojnim upozorenjima za zaštitu od prejakog sunca, zna se dogoditi i da izgorimo. Taj problem nije nepoznat ni narodnoj medicini kada se znalo izgorjeti ne od prekomjernog sunčanja nego od rada na jakom suncu.

Kada se to dogodi, ruska narodna medicina savjetuje da se na opekotinu stave listovi kiselog kupusa i drže dvadesetak minuta. Može se naribati mrkva i držati kao oblog na gazi ili pamučnoj krpi, ali najefikasnije je, tvrde, naribati i pomiješati kiseli kupus i mrkvu te dodati eterično ulje nevena, piše Hayat.

Drugo narodno rješenje za oporavak iziritirane kože jest naribana ili izmiksana mješavina sirovog krumpira i jabuke. Nju ne treba držati duže od pola sata, nakon čega je treba isprati toplom vodom.

Narodna medicina tvrdi da može pomoći i kombinacija rajčica i jogurta. Dvije rajčice treba narezati na veće ploške, dodati dvije žlice jogurta i napraviti kompaktnu smjesu. Nju treba nanijeti na kožu i isprati poslije 20 do 30 minuta.

Sastojci za četvrto rješenje su osnovni dijelovi danas popularnog doručka. Dvije žlice zobenih pahuljica, dvije zgnječene banane i žlicu meda treba pomiješati i ostaviti da odstoji sat vremena, potom ih nanijeti na nadražene dijelove kože, držati dvadesetak minuta pa isprati mlakom vodom.

Ako ovi narodni recepti pomognu u oporavku kože od prevelikog izlaganja suncu, takvo opasno ponašanje treba izbjegavati jer može dovesti do raka kože, a za njega ni narodna medicina nema učinkovit lijek.
