Mahunarke ljeti nekako padnu u drugi plan pored obilja tikvica, balancana, poma i paprika. A to je šteta, jer su jako zdrave i nutricionisti nam uporno ponavljaju da bismo ih trebali jesti što češće. Takav je slučaj i s crvenom lećom, povoljnom i praktičnom namirnicom koju je lako skuhati. Želite li je skuhati na novi način, predlažemo vam da isprobate recept za misir wat, jelo s Roga Afrike koje se zahvaljujući tome što je jako ukusno i ekonomično, a zgodno za pripremu, proširilo i na druge kontinente.

Riječ je o crvenoj leći pirjanoj s lukom i začinima, a često sadrži i pastu od rajčice ili svježe rajčice. Jedan od bitnih sastojaka mu je začin koji se naziva berbere, a sastoji se od ljutih papričica, korijandera, đumbira, kima, češnjaka i sjemenki bosiljka pa ako ga nemate pokušajte mu rekonstruirati okus uz pomoć spomenutih sastojaka.

Za pripremu Misir Wata tradicionalno se koristi niter kibbeh, etiopski pročišćeni maslac, koji jelu daje posebnu aromu. Ako ga nemate, kratko zagrijavajte obični maslac dok se potpuno ne otopi, a na dnu mu se skupe tamni komadići. Procijedite ga i koristite poput ulja, a ostatak spremite u staklenku i upotrijebite za prženje jaja, dinstanje ili kao začin za pečeno povrće. Misir wat se tradicionalno poslužuje se s injerom, vrstom tankih pogačica od fermentiranog tijesta, nalik na palačinke, kojima se jelo grabi iz zdjele.

Crvena riža sa začinima (Misir Wat)

Sastojci:

240 g crvene leće
4 žlice niter kibbeha
3 češnja češnjaka
3 žlice paste od rajčice
2 žlice začina bebere
1 rajčica
1 žuti luk
povrtna ili pileća juha
sol

Priprema:

Otopite 3 žlice niter kibbeha pa na njemu prodinstajte luk narezan na kockice. Kad počne hvatati boju dodajte mu usitnjeni češnjak, rajčice, pastu od rajčice i 1 žlicu začina berbere, malo smanjite vatru i kuhajte 5-7 minuta.

Dodajte leću, sol i juhu ili toplu vodu pa zakuhajte, smanjite vatru i poklopite te pirjajte dok leća ne omekša. U skuhano dodajte preostalu žlicu niter kibbeha i još malo berbere.

Mahunarke ljeti nekako padnu u drugi plan pored obilja tikvica, balancana, poma i paprika. A to je šteta, jer su jako zdrave i nutricionisti nam uporno ponavljaju da bismo ih trebali jesti što češće. Takav je slučaj i s crvenom lećom, povoljnom i praktičnom namirnicom koju je lako skuhati. Želite li je skuhati na novi način, predlažemo vam da isprobate recept za misir wat, jelo s Roga Afrike koje se zahvaljujući tome što je jako ukusno i ekonomično, a zgodno za pripremu, proširilo i na druge kontinente.

Riječ je o crvenoj leći pirjanoj s lukom i začinima, a često sadrži i pastu od rajčice ili svježe rajčice. Jedan od bitnih sastojaka mu je začin koji se naziva berbere, a sastoji se od ljutih papričica, korijandera, đumbira, kima, češnjaka i sjemenki bosiljka pa ako ga nemate pokušajte mu rekonstruirati okus uz pomoć spomenutih sastojaka.

Za pripremu Misir Wata tradicionalno se koristi niter kibbeh, etiopski pročišćeni maslac, koji jelu daje posebnu aromu. Ako ga nemate, kratko zagrijavajte obični maslac dok se potpuno ne otopi, a na dnu mu se skupe tamni komadići. Procijedite ga i koristite poput ulja, a ostatak spremite u staklenku i upotrijebite za prženje jaja, dinstanje ili kao začin za pečeno povrće. Misir wat se tradicionalno poslužuje se s injerom, vrstom tankih pogačica od fermentiranog tijesta, nalik na palačinke, kojima se jelo grabi iz zdjele.

Crvena riža sa začinima (Misir Wat)

Sastojci:

240 g crvene leće
4 žlice niter kibbeha
3 češnja češnjaka
3 žlice paste od rajčice
2 žlice začina bebere
1 rajčica
1 žuti luk
povrtna ili pileća juha
sol

Priprema:

Otopite 3 žlice niter kibbeha pa na njemu prodinstajte luk narezan na kockice. Kad počne hvatati boju dodajte mu usitnjeni češnjak, rajčice, pastu od rajčice i 1 žlicu začina berbere, malo smanjite vatru i kuhajte 5-7 minuta.

Dodajte leću, sol i juhu ili toplu vodu pa zakuhajte, smanjite vatru i poklopite te pirjajte dok leća ne omekša. U skuhano dodajte preostalu žlicu niter kibbeha i još malo berbere.

Mahunarke ljeti nekako padnu u drugi plan pored obilja tikvica, balancana, poma i paprika. A to je šteta, jer su jako zdrave i nutricionisti nam uporno ponavljaju da bismo ih trebali jesti što češće. Takav je slučaj i s crvenom lećom, povoljnom i praktičnom namirnicom koju je lako skuhati. Želite li je skuhati na novi način, predlažemo vam da isprobate recept za misir wat, jelo s Roga Afrike koje se zahvaljujući tome što je jako ukusno i ekonomično, a zgodno za pripremu, proširilo i na druge kontinente.

Riječ je o crvenoj leći pirjanoj s lukom i začinima, a često sadrži i pastu od rajčice ili svježe rajčice. Jedan od bitnih sastojaka mu je začin koji se naziva berbere, a sastoji se od ljutih papričica, korijandera, đumbira, kima, češnjaka i sjemenki bosiljka pa ako ga nemate pokušajte mu rekonstruirati okus uz pomoć spomenutih sastojaka.

Za pripremu Misir Wata tradicionalno se koristi niter kibbeh, etiopski pročišćeni maslac, koji jelu daje posebnu aromu. Ako ga nemate, kratko zagrijavajte obični maslac dok se potpuno ne otopi, a na dnu mu se skupe tamni komadići. Procijedite ga i koristite poput ulja, a ostatak spremite u staklenku i upotrijebite za prženje jaja, dinstanje ili kao začin za pečeno povrće. Misir wat se tradicionalno poslužuje se s injerom, vrstom tankih pogačica od fermentiranog tijesta, nalik na palačinke, kojima se jelo grabi iz zdjele.

Crvena riža sa začinima (Misir Wat)

Sastojci:

240 g crvene leće
4 žlice niter kibbeha
3 češnja češnjaka
3 žlice paste od rajčice
2 žlice začina bebere
1 rajčica
1 žuti luk
povrtna ili pileća juha
sol

Priprema:

Otopite 3 žlice niter kibbeha pa na njemu prodinstajte luk narezan na kockice. Kad počne hvatati boju dodajte mu usitnjeni češnjak, rajčice, pastu od rajčice i 1 žlicu začina berbere, malo smanjite vatru i kuhajte 5-7 minuta.

Dodajte leću, sol i juhu ili toplu vodu pa zakuhajte, smanjite vatru i poklopite te pirjajte dok leća ne omekša. U skuhano dodajte preostalu žlicu niter kibbeha i još malo berbere.
