Turrón ili torrone slastica je koja potječe iz Italije. Prema priči, recept za ovaj kolač nastao je davne 1441. godine zbog vjenčanja vojvode i vojvotkinje od Milana, Biance Marie Visconti i Francesca Sforze.

Delikatesa, koja okusom i teksturom podsjeća na karamel bombone, pravi je specijalitet kojeg mnogi obožavaju. Ako ga još niste probali, ili ne znate što biste si slatko sljedeće pripremili, predlažemo ovaj jednostavan recept. 

Važno je napomenuti da ova slastica neodoljivo podsjeća na tradicionalni dalmatinski desert, mandulat. Ipak, dijeli ih jedna razlika: torrone se najčešće radi s rižinim papirom ili, kao u ovom slučaju, bez papira, dok je dalmatinski mandulat karakterističan po tome što se radi od kora oblatni. 

Torrone

Sastojci:

350 g smeđeg šećera
450 g meda
jedan dl vode
jedna žlica glukoze
dva bjelanjka
500 g badema, pistacija, lješnjaka ili nekih drugih orašastih plodova

Priprema:

U zdjeli na vatri pomiješajte med, smeđu šećer, glukozu i vodu. Kuhajte na laganoj vatri dok smjesa ne dosegne temperaturu od 140 Celzijusovih stupnjeva.
U velikoj posudi pomiješajte bjelanjke s prstohvatom soli u čvrsti snijeg. Lagano, neprestano miješajući, u bjelanjke ulijte vrelu karamelu koju ste prethodno pripremili i miješajte dok se sve ne sjedini. Kada se smjesa ohladi, u nju dodajte sjeckane i blago pečene orašaste plodove po izboru.
Sve sjedinite i smjesu izlijte na pobrašnjeni papir za pečenje. Oblikujte je rukama u oblik pravokutnika i ostavite da se suši preko noći. Kada se smjesa stvrdne, isijecite je na kockice ili kriške i poslužite.

Turrón ili torrone slastica je koja potječe iz Italije. Prema priči, recept za ovaj kolač nastao je davne 1441. godine zbog vjenčanja vojvode i vojvotkinje od Milana, Biance Marie Visconti i Francesca Sforze.

Delikatesa, koja okusom i teksturom podsjeća na karamel bombone, pravi je specijalitet kojeg mnogi obožavaju. Ako ga još niste probali, ili ne znate što biste si slatko sljedeće pripremili, predlažemo ovaj jednostavan recept. 

Važno je napomenuti da ova slastica neodoljivo podsjeća na tradicionalni dalmatinski desert, mandulat. Ipak, dijeli ih jedna razlika: torrone se najčešće radi s rižinim papirom ili, kao u ovom slučaju, bez papira, dok je dalmatinski mandulat karakterističan po tome što se radi od kora oblatni. 

Torrone

Sastojci:

350 g smeđeg šećera
450 g meda
jedan dl vode
jedna žlica glukoze
dva bjelanjka
500 g badema, pistacija, lješnjaka ili nekih drugih orašastih plodova

Priprema:

U zdjeli na vatri pomiješajte med, smeđu šećer, glukozu i vodu. Kuhajte na laganoj vatri dok smjesa ne dosegne temperaturu od 140 Celzijusovih stupnjeva.
U velikoj posudi pomiješajte bjelanjke s prstohvatom soli u čvrsti snijeg. Lagano, neprestano miješajući, u bjelanjke ulijte vrelu karamelu koju ste prethodno pripremili i miješajte dok se sve ne sjedini. Kada se smjesa ohladi, u nju dodajte sjeckane i blago pečene orašaste plodove po izboru.
Sve sjedinite i smjesu izlijte na pobrašnjeni papir za pečenje. Oblikujte je rukama u oblik pravokutnika i ostavite da se suši preko noći. Kada se smjesa stvrdne, isijecite je na kockice ili kriške i poslužite.

Isprobajte recept za torrone, talijansku poslasticu koja neodoljivo podsjeća na dalmatinski mandulat

Turrón ili torrone slastica je koja potječe iz Italije. Prema priči, recept za ovaj kolač nastao je davne 1441. godine zbog vjenčanja vojvode i vojvotkinje od Milana, Biance Marie Visconti i Francesca Sforze.

Delikatesa, koja okusom i teksturom podsjeća na karamel bombone, pravi je specijalitet kojeg mnogi obožavaju. Ako ga još niste probali, ili ne znate što biste si slatko sljedeće pripremili, predlažemo ovaj jednostavan recept. 

Važno je napomenuti da ova slastica neodoljivo podsjeća na tradicionalni dalmatinski desert, mandulat. Ipak, dijeli ih jedna razlika: torrone se najčešće radi s rižinim papirom ili, kao u ovom slučaju, bez papira, dok je dalmatinski mandulat karakterističan po tome što se radi od kora oblatni.
