Trebate li ideju za brzinski ručak, a pri ruci imate koji komad piletine, ali ne i puno više od toga, imamo rješenje. Pripremit ćete piletinu u finom kremastom umaku.

Nema veze što se niste sjetili vrhnje za kuhanje ili ga namjerno izbjegavate, jer za ovaj recept ono vam neće biti potrebno. Zapravo, sve što vam još treba uz kokoš je malo brašna, malo češnjaka i pola limuna. Ostali sastojci su opcionalni pa ih prilagodite svom ukusu.

Priprema je izrazito jednostavna, a sve je brzo gotovo: piletinu najprije treba uvaljati u brašno i začine pa prepržiti na tavi. Nakon što je uhvatila lijepu boju, piletina seli iz tave a na njeno mjesto stižu maslac i protisnuti češnjak. Nakon par trenutaka sve se zalije pilećim temeljcem kojem se doda malo peršina i papra. Sve se dobro promiješa da postane kremasto i to je trenutak za vratiti piletinu natrag u tavu. Ne zvuči loše, zar ne?

Trebate li ideju za brzinski ručak, a pri ruci imate koji komad piletine, ali ne i puno više od toga, imamo rješenje. Pripremit ćete piletinu u finom kremastom umaku.

Nema veze što se niste sjetili vrhnje za kuhanje ili ga namjerno izbjegavate, jer za ovaj recept ono vam neće biti potrebno. Zapravo, sve što vam još treba uz kokoš je malo brašna, malo češnjaka i pola limuna. Ostali sastojci su opcionalni pa ih prilagodite svom ukusu.

Priprema je izrazito jednostavna, a sve je brzo gotovo: piletinu najprije treba uvaljati u brašno i začine pa prepržiti na tavi. Nakon što je uhvatila lijepu boju, piletina seli iz tave a na njeno mjesto stižu maslac i protisnuti češnjak. Nakon par trenutaka sve se zalije pilećim temeljcem kojem se doda malo peršina i papra. Sve se dobro promiješa da postane kremasto i to je trenutak za vratiti piletinu natrag u tavu. Ne zvuči loše, zar ne?

Gotovo za čas: piletina u kremastom umaku s češnjakom i limunom umaku ne sadrži ni kap vrhnja, a priprema se kao od šale

Trebate li ideju za brzinski ručak, a pri ruci imate koji komad piletine, ali ne i puno više od toga, imamo rješenje. Pripremit ćete piletinu u finom kremastom umaku.

Nema veze što se niste sjetili vrhnje za kuhanje ili ga namjerno izbjegavate, jer za ovaj recept ono vam neće biti potrebno. Zapravo, sve što vam još treba uz kokoš je malo brašna, malo češnjaka i pola limuna. Ostali sastojci su opcionalni pa ih prilagodite svom ukusu.

Priprema je izrazito jednostavna, a sve je brzo gotovo: piletinu najprije treba uvaljati u brašno i začine pa prepržiti na tavi. Nakon što je uhvatila lijepu boju, piletina seli iz tave a na njeno mjesto stižu maslac i protisnuti češnjak. Nakon par trenutaka sve se zalije pilećim temeljcem kojem se doda malo peršina i papra. Sve se dobro promiješa da postane kremasto i to je trenutak za vratiti piletinu natrag u tavu. Ne zvuči loše, zar ne?
