Tko može odoljeti dobrom domaćem kajmaku? Volimo ga kao prilog ćevapima i drugim specijalitetima s roštilja, guštamo ga dodati u variva s povrćem, obožavamo ga pomiješati sa sjeckanim paprikama i kiselim krastavcima za fini namaz... Ma nema do dobrog kajmaka.

Već mo vam pisali kako ga napraviti kod kuće, no dali smo vam samo tradicionalni recept za koji ipak treba ponešto truda i još više vremena. Sad ćemo vas razveseliti jednim brzinskim receptom uz koji ćete bez po muke i za čas dobiti kajmak. Poštenije bi bilo reći zamjenu za kajmak, jer tradicionalno se kajmak radi od slojeva i slojeva skorupa s neobranog mlijeka, koji se slažu u posudu koja se zove čabrica i blago sole.
