Kad je u siječnju ove godine Pjero Baranović, predsjednik dalmatinskog kolekcionarskog društva "Diokles" iz Splita, predlagao da motiv poštanske prigodne markice bude vezan uz dvjestotu obljetnicu osnutka Arheološkog muzeja u Splitu – bez lažne skromnosti – očekivao je da će isti biti prihvaćen, i od muzejske uprave i Hrvatske pošte.

No, taj dugogodišnji marljivi pregalac i svojevrsni kroničar neugodno se iznenadio što ama baš nitko iz društva "Diokles", kao ni splitskog filatelističkog društva, nije bio pozvan na svečano obilježavanje impresivne obljetnice ARMUS-a.

O grubom previdu i, smatra Baranović, nedostatku osnovne komunikacijske kulture odlučio je progovoriti, veli, kako bi ravnatelju kulturne ustanove očitao dakle lekciju iz – kulture.

– Naše društvo, "Diokles", je li, okuplja filateliste, numizmatičare, kartičare, faleriste i druge sakupljače. Stoga smo ponosni što je upravo zahvaljujući nama filatelistima Arheološki muzej u Splitu konstantno promoviran preko prigodnih izdanja poštanskih markica, a osobno sam s rečenom praksom počeo 1993. godine, te otada realizirao preko stotinu motiva!

Tako je izdana markica u povodu 1150 godina Trpimirove darovnice, pa 150. obljetnice Bitke kod Visa, markica u povodu 1700 godina mučeničke smrti svetog Dujma...

Jurčević: Nadoknadit ćemo im to

Za dvjestoti rođendan muzeja, dakle, upravo smo mi iz "Dioklesa" predložili motiv sarkofaga Dobrog pastira, koji je i prihvaćen, a izvedbeno ga je riješio Duje Šegvić.

Također smo i Hrvatskoj narodnoj banci uputili dopis s traženjem izdavanja prigodničarske kovanice – srebrnjaka nominalne vrijednosti dvjesto kuna, što je načelno odobreno, samo nam je iz HNB-a rečeno da ipak netko iz muzeja uputi dopis; mi smo dali ideju i tehnički "pripremili teren".

No, zaslugama se hvale sami, a nas nitko na rođendan nije niti pozvao, iako je aktualni ravnatelj ARMUS-a Ante Jurčević obećao da će to učiniti. Nikad nam se nije javio – ojađen je Baranović.

Priznaje ipak da se, makar nepozvan, ušuljao na proslavu u muzeju.

– Sjetio sam se kako je Šunje govorija: "Šta će poštenome čoviku pasoš za prić granicu", pa sam tako i ja došao samoinicijativno, riskirajući da me izbace kao tata.

Slušao sam govorancije, vidio "bitne" ljude iz lokalne vlasti, no najviše me zaboljelo kad sam čuo ljude iz uprave muzeja kako se hvale izdavanjem prigodne markice i najavom izdavanja kovanice, a cijeli taj projekt smo iznijeli mi. Mi, koji smo ostavljeni ispred vrata! – tužno će Baranović.

Ravnatelj Jurčević kazao nam je da posrijedi nije previd, nego reduciranje broja uzvanika zbog korone.

– Nismo pozvali mnoge važne suradnike, čak ni kolege iz drugih muzeja, pa tako eto ni kolekcionarsko društvo. Kao što vidite, iz dana u dan se mijenjaju okolnosti, ali kanimo nadoknaditi propušteno svečanom akademijom u prosincu.

Nije nam bila nakana prisvajati tuđe zasluge, cijenim svačiji trud. Žao mi je ako sam ih zakinuo, nadoknadit ćemo – pomirljivo je ipak najavio Jurčević, ravnatelj Arheološkog muzeja u Splitu​​.

Kad je u siječnju ove godine Pjero Baranović, predsjednik dalmatinskog kolekcionarskog društva "Diokles" iz Splita, predlagao da motiv poštanske prigodne markice bude vezan uz dvjestotu obljetnicu osnutka Arheološkog muzeja u Splitu – bez lažne skromnosti – očekivao je da će isti biti prihvaćen, i od muzejske uprave i Hrvatske pošte.

No, taj dugogodišnji marljivi pregalac i svojevrsni kroničar neugodno se iznenadio što ama baš nitko iz društva "Diokles", kao ni splitskog filatelističkog društva, nije bio pozvan na svečano obilježavanje impresivne obljetnice ARMUS-a.

O grubom previdu i, smatra Baranović, nedostatku osnovne komunikacijske kulture odlučio je progovoriti, veli, kako bi ravnatelju kulturne ustanove očitao dakle lekciju iz – kulture.

– Naše društvo, "Diokles", je li, okuplja filateliste, numizmatičare, kartičare, faleriste i druge sakupljače. Stoga smo ponosni što je upravo zahvaljujući nama filatelistima Arheološki muzej u Splitu konstantno promoviran preko prigodnih izdanja poštanskih markica, a osobno sam s rečenom praksom počeo 1993. godine, te otada realizirao preko stotinu motiva!

Tako je izdana markica u povodu 1150 godina Trpimirove darovnice, pa 150. obljetnice Bitke kod Visa, markica u povodu 1700 godina mučeničke smrti svetog Dujma...

Jurčević: Nadoknadit ćemo im to

Za dvjestoti rođendan muzeja, dakle, upravo smo mi iz "Dioklesa" predložili motiv sarkofaga Dobrog pastira, koji je i prihvaćen, a izvedbeno ga je riješio Duje Šegvić.

Također smo i Hrvatskoj narodnoj banci uputili dopis s traženjem izdavanja prigodničarske kovanice – srebrnjaka nominalne vrijednosti dvjesto kuna, što je načelno odobreno, samo nam je iz HNB-a rečeno da ipak netko iz muzeja uputi dopis; mi smo dali ideju i tehnički "pripremili teren".

No, zaslugama se hvale sami, a nas nitko na rođendan nije niti pozvao, iako je aktualni ravnatelj ARMUS-a Ante Jurčević obećao da će to učiniti. Nikad nam se nije javio – ojađen je Baranović.

Priznaje ipak da se, makar nepozvan, ušuljao na proslavu u muzeju.

– Sjetio sam se kako je Šunje govorija: "Šta će poštenome čoviku pasoš za prić granicu", pa sam tako i ja došao samoinicijativno, riskirajući da me izbace kao tata.

Slušao sam govorancije, vidio "bitne" ljude iz lokalne vlasti, no najviše me zaboljelo kad sam čuo ljude iz uprave muzeja kako se hvale izdavanjem prigodne markice i najavom izdavanja kovanice, a cijeli taj projekt smo iznijeli mi. Mi, koji smo ostavljeni ispred vrata! – tužno će Baranović.

Ravnatelj Jurčević kazao nam je da posrijedi nije previd, nego reduciranje broja uzvanika zbog korone.

– Nismo pozvali mnoge važne suradnike, čak ni kolege iz drugih muzeja, pa tako eto ni kolekcionarsko društvo. Kao što vidite, iz dana u dan se mijenjaju okolnosti, ali kanimo nadoknaditi propušteno svečanom akademijom u prosincu.

Nije nam bila nakana prisvajati tuđe zasluge, cijenim svačiji trud. Žao mi je ako sam ih zakinuo, nadoknadit ćemo – pomirljivo je ipak najavio Jurčević, ravnatelj Arheološkog muzeja u Splitu​​.
