Karolina Šuša svestrana je mlada umjetnica – ona je plesačica, glumica, pjevačica. Sada slijedi ona poznata "ali to nije sve". U njezinu slučaju i nije... Ona je profesorica engleskog jezika i komparativne književnosti, turistička vodičica, ali ono što nam je posebno zanimljivo jest da je i – pripovjedačica za djecu.
Specijalno za njih oformila je i svoj alter ego "Kate koju znate" i počela se s njima intenzivno družiti kada je počelo ovo ludilo s koronavirusom. Online, naravno.
Paralelno sa širenjem virusa i ona je počela širiti svoj krug malih prijatelja u kojima je razbudila famozni svijet mašte. I tako je krenula još jedna lijepa, pozitivna priča, koju je ova globalna nevolja iznjedrila.
– U to doba, kada smo svi bili zatvoreni u kući, i ja sam pekla kruh i kolače, prala i čistila po kući, ali nekako sam znala da moram i mogu djelovati i u kreativnom smislu.

Tako sam, razmišljajući o svojim prijateljima koji imaju jedno, dvoje ili više djece i kako je njima sigurno teško bez parka, bez vrtića, bez škole, bake i djedova, odlučila malo pripomoći.
Obavijestila sam ih da ću svaki utorak preko Zooma čitati priče za laku noć njihovoj djeci. Krenulo je, eto tako, spontano... Djeca su bila oduševljena, roditelji još više, krug se počeo širiti i sada "Kate koju znate", uz Zoom, djeluje na još nekoliko platformi, možete je gledati i uživo, a nadam se da će se krug još širiti – govori nam umjetnica iz Opatije, koja se, što zbog ljubavi, što zbog posla, u Split doselila prije pet godina.
"Kate koju znate" priča priče djeci od tri do osam godina, one su s vremenom prerasle u prave igrokaze, a njezini prijatelji dobili su čast da sudjelu u epizodnim rolama glumeći pse, zečeve, mačke...

- Nisam htjela pripovijedati standardne priče, poput "Pepeljuge", "Trnoružice" i slično. Htjela sam im predstaviti i druge, manje poznate, ali krasne priče, u čemu mi je pomogla mama koja radi u vrtiću, a provela sam sate i sate na Dječjem odjelu splitske knjižnice u potrazi za nadahnućem... – kazuje nam naša sugovornica, čijeg su "Hrkala", "Bjesomirka", "Plesnu haljinu žutog maslačka"... prije nekoliko dana imala priliku uživo vidjeti i djeca na Lastovu, gdje je "Kate koju znate" nastupila.
I dalje svakog utorka ima uživo javljanja, ali i YouTube kanal na kojem se sada posložilo dvanaest kostimiranih bajki, koje postižu sve veću gledanost, a bude li sreće, ova vesela umjetnica nada se da će je dječica imati priliku slušati i gledati u knjižnicama, vrtićima...
Valja reći i to kako su njezin lik i djelo nedvojbeno pravo osvježenje u dječjem svijetu, u kojem sve ranije i ranije tehnologija preuzima ne samo posljednju, već najčešće i jedinu riječ kada je u pitanju njihovo slobodno vrijeme.
Bajke i ovakva vrsta zabave za djecu, u kojima ih se potiče na smijeh, zabavu, ali i na kreativnost, zapravo nikada ne bi smjeli postati staromodni, smatra ona.

– U svaku priču utkano je mnogo veselja i pozitivne energije, kako za mene, tako i za njih. Bajke ne smijemo podcijeniti – one su vrlo bitne u koncipiranju dječjih vrijednosti, ali i doživljaju svijeta. Pogotovo u svjetlu činjenice što im se na internetu serviraju razni sadržaji, bez ikakve pedagoške barijere – smatra Šuša, koja je do korona-krize djelovala u drukčijim umjetničkim konceptima.
S 20 godina počela je plesati suvremeni ples, a šest godina poslije u tom je segmentu stekla status umjetnice, potom je počela i pjevati... A onda je oformila Cabaret à la carte, u kojem je plesala, pjevala, bila zadužena za produkciju, koreografiju... Ukratko, vodila je glavnu riječ.

I išlo im je sjajno; sudjelovali su na Exitu, u showu "Supertalent", imali niz nastupa diljem regije, a ova godina trebala im je biti kompletno ispunjena nastupima. No, nažalost, iz svima dobro znanih razloga – nije.
No da jest, tko zna bi li bilo i "Kate koju znate"...

'Epileptični' sadržaj
Mi često znamo podcjenjivački pristupati djeci, nudeći im ultrakratke "epileptične" sadržaje prepune žarkih boja, šarenih i kratkih kadrova, isprepletenih "kreštavim" glasanjem. To je pogrešno.
Umjesto toga, ponudimo ima malo duže forme – od dvadesetak minuta, ponudimo im humor, priču, nečiju osobnost... Pa ako i ne razumiju četiri-pet riječi kojima im se obraćam, nema veze. Tako će ih lakše naučiti – kaže Karolina Šuša.

Karolina Šuša svestrana je mlada umjetnica – ona je plesačica, glumica, pjevačica. Sada slijedi ona poznata "ali to nije sve". U njezinu slučaju i nije... Ona je profesorica engleskog jezika i komparativne književnosti, turistička vodičica, ali ono što nam je posebno zanimljivo jest da je i – pripovjedačica za djecu.
Specijalno za njih oformila je i svoj alter ego "Kate koju znate" i počela se s njima intenzivno družiti kada je počelo ovo ludilo s koronavirusom. Online, naravno.
Paralelno sa širenjem virusa i ona je počela širiti svoj krug malih prijatelja u kojima je razbudila famozni svijet mašte. I tako je krenula još jedna lijepa, pozitivna priča, koju je ova globalna nevolja iznjedrila.
– U to doba, kada smo svi bili zatvoreni u kući, i ja sam pekla kruh i kolače, prala i čistila po kući, ali nekako sam znala da moram i mogu djelovati i u kreativnom smislu.

Tako sam, razmišljajući o svojim prijateljima koji imaju jedno, dvoje ili više djece i kako je njima sigurno teško bez parka, bez vrtića, bez škole, bake i djedova, odlučila malo pripomoći.
Obavijestila sam ih da ću svaki utorak preko Zooma čitati priče za laku noć njihovoj djeci. Krenulo je, eto tako, spontano... Djeca su bila oduševljena, roditelji još više, krug se počeo širiti i sada "Kate koju znate", uz Zoom, djeluje na još nekoliko platformi, možete je gledati i uživo, a nadam se da će se krug još širiti – govori nam umjetnica iz Opatije, koja se, što zbog ljubavi, što zbog posla, u Split doselila prije pet godina.
"Kate koju znate" priča priče djeci od tri do osam godina, one su s vremenom prerasle u prave igrokaze, a njezini prijatelji dobili su čast da sudjelu u epizodnim rolama glumeći pse, zečeve, mačke...
YouTube kanal
- Nisam htjela pripovijedati standardne priče, poput "Pepeljuge", "Trnoružice" i slično. Htjela sam im predstaviti i druge, manje poznate, ali krasne priče, u čemu mi je pomogla mama koja radi u vrtiću, a provela sam sate i sate na Dječjem odjelu splitske knjižnice u potrazi za nadahnućem... – kazuje nam naša sugovornica, čijeg su "Hrkala", "Bjesomirka", "Plesnu haljinu žutog maslačka"... prije nekoliko dana imala priliku uživo vidjeti i djeca na Lastovu, gdje je "Kate koju znate" nastupila.
I dalje svakog utorka ima uživo javljanja, ali i YouTube kanal na kojem se sada posložilo dvanaest kostimiranih bajki, koje postižu sve veću gledanost, a bude li sreće, ova vesela umjetnica nada se da će je dječica imati priliku slušati i gledati u knjižnicama, vrtićima...
Valja reći i to kako su njezin lik i djelo nedvojbeno pravo osvježenje u dječjem svijetu, u kojem sve ranije i ranije tehnologija preuzima ne samo posljednju, već najčešće i jedinu riječ kada je u pitanju njihovo slobodno vrijeme.
Bajke i ovakva vrsta zabave za djecu, u kojima ih se potiče na smijeh, zabavu, ali i na kreativnost, zapravo nikada ne bi smjeli postati staromodni, smatra ona.

– U svaku priču utkano je mnogo veselja i pozitivne energije, kako za mene, tako i za njih. Bajke ne smijemo podcijeniti – one su vrlo bitne u koncipiranju dječjih vrijednosti, ali i doživljaju svijeta. Pogotovo u svjetlu činjenice što im se na internetu serviraju razni sadržaji, bez ikakve pedagoške barijere – smatra Šuša, koja je do korona-krize djelovala u drukčijim umjetničkim konceptima.
S 20 godina počela je plesati suvremeni ples, a šest godina poslije u tom je segmentu stekla status umjetnice, potom je počela i pjevati... A onda je oformila Cabaret à la carte, u kojem je plesala, pjevala, bila zadužena za produkciju, koreografiju... Ukratko, vodila je glavnu riječ.

I išlo im je sjajno; sudjelovali su na Exitu, u showu "Supertalent", imali niz nastupa diljem regije, a ova godina trebala im je biti kompletno ispunjena nastupima. No, nažalost, iz svima dobro znanih razloga – nije.
No da jest, tko zna bi li bilo i "Kate koju znate"...

'Epileptični' sadržaj
Mi često znamo podcjenjivački pristupati djeci, nudeći im ultrakratke "epileptične" sadržaje prepune žarkih boja, šarenih i kratkih kadrova, isprepletenih "kreštavim" glasanjem. To je pogrešno.
Umjesto toga, ponudimo ima malo duže forme – od dvadesetak minuta, ponudimo im humor, priču, nečiju osobnost... Pa ako i ne razumiju četiri-pet riječi kojima im se obraćam, nema veze. Tako će ih lakše naučiti – kaže Karolina Šuša.
