"Ona je prelijepa." – "Prevara i farsa" (2023.)

Prvoligaška ekipa francuske kinematografije okupljena je za film "Prevara i farsa" ("Mascerade") koji je premijeru imao u Cannesu. Za početak, tu su popularni mladi glumci. Pierrea Ninneyja sigurno znate po ulogama u "Yvesu Saint Laurentu", "Ljubavi na francuski način", "Odiseju", "Crnoj kutiji" i "Snazi istine", kao i bivšu manekenku Marina Vacth koja se udobno smjestila ispred kamere u filmovima Francoisa Ozona "Mlada i lijepa" i "Dvostruki ljubavnik".

Angažirana je i dobro znana stara garda, Isabelle Adjani, Francois Cluzet i Emmanuelle Devos. A iza kamere je stao glumac Nicolas Bedos ("Ljubav je u zraku") koji se već uspješno okušao kao redatelj, režirajući jedan od najboljih francuskih filmova posljednjih godina "Predivan život", također napučen poznatim glumačkim facama (Daniel Auteuil, Fanny Ardant, Guillaume Canet).

"Prevara i farsa" je puno obećavala i očekivanja su bila visoka, ali u konačnici je ispala osrednji komad prevarantske krimi komedije, umjereno zanimljiv i tek površno zavodljiv.

Okej, gledatelj će zasigurno biti zaveden iznimnom ljepotom Vacth u ulozi prevarantice Margot, kao i lijepim, superatraktivnim lokacijama Francuske rivijere koje su nas zavele još od Hitchcockova klasika "Drž‘te lopova" s Caryjem Grantom i Grace Kelly.

Teško se sjetiti nekog recentnijeg (francuskog) filma koji je ovako privlačno prikazao ionako privlačnu Rivijeru. Gledajući "Mascarade" dođe vam da nakon odjavne špice odmah kupite avionsku kartu za Nicu i provedete tamo godišnji odmor, pa makar vas prevarila neka "prava" Margot.

Jer, "Francuska rivijera je sunčano mjesto za sjenovite ljude", kako ističe uvodni natpis, citirajući britanskog pisca i dramatičara W. Somerseta Maughama. Doista, Francuska rivijera bila bi odličan "setting" za neki moderni sunčani noir "made in France", neki lokalni "Under The Silver Lake", ali dok se nešto tako ne snimi preostaje nam ova krimi komedija s prelijepom, noirovski fatalnom manipulatoricom Vacth.

Njezina Margot plete (pod)zaplete. U prvih pet minuta Margot će napucati ljubomorni ljubavnik Simon (Cluzet) koji je pronalazi u luksuznom hotelu gdje se ona nalazi s dečkom Adrienom (Niney). Nakon što se Simon zbog toga nađe na suđenju, priča se odmotava u "flashback" modu i prikazuje zametak Margotine prevare u paru s Adrienom.

Margot i Adrien su se udružili da namagarče bivše i bezobrazno bogate ljubavnike te usput zaljubili. Adrienova ljubavnica je Martha (većinski karikaturalna Adjani), a on zavodi i Simonovu ženu Carole (Devos). Važnijih likova je dosta, kao i podzapleta stvorenih za dvostruke i trostruke prevare i preokrete, pa i dašak anti-elitističke satire spram nemorala bogatih, ali i siromašnih, što je "in" u posljednje vrijeme ("Trokut tuge").

Međutim, malo toga djeluje izvorno u filmu koji izgleda kao derivat sličnih prevarantskih "laže-maže" komedija, možda malo bolji od "Prevarantica", a misli i ponaša se da je originalniji pametniji nego što zapravo jest. Možda bi stvari bile drukčije da je Bedos ekonomičniji redatelj i da nije nepotrebno rastegao trajanje na golemih 135 minuta. Puno je to vremena čak i ako ga provodite u društvu Vacth. Neki gledatelji bi se mogli osjetiti blago prevarenim na kraju "Prevare i farse". Pitanje je da li je to bila poanta filma.

"Ona je prelijepa." – "Prevara i farsa" (2023.)

Prvoligaška ekipa francuske kinematografije okupljena je za film "Prevara i farsa" ("Mascerade") koji je premijeru imao u Cannesu. Za početak, tu su popularni mladi glumci. Pierrea Ninneyja sigurno znate po ulogama u "Yvesu Saint Laurentu", "Ljubavi na francuski način", "Odiseju", "Crnoj kutiji" i "Snazi istine", kao i bivšu manekenku Marina Vacth koja se udobno smjestila ispred kamere u filmovima Francoisa Ozona "Mlada i lijepa" i "Dvostruki ljubavnik".

Angažirana je i dobro znana stara garda, Isabelle Adjani, Francois Cluzet i Emmanuelle Devos. A iza kamere je stao glumac Nicolas Bedos ("Ljubav je u zraku") koji se već uspješno okušao kao redatelj, režirajući jedan od najboljih francuskih filmova posljednjih godina "Predivan život", također napučen poznatim glumačkim facama (Daniel Auteuil, Fanny Ardant, Guillaume Canet).

"Prevara i farsa" je puno obećavala i očekivanja su bila visoka, ali u konačnici je ispala osrednji komad prevarantske krimi komedije, umjereno zanimljiv i tek površno zavodljiv.

Okej, gledatelj će zasigurno biti zaveden iznimnom ljepotom Vacth u ulozi prevarantice Margot, kao i lijepim, superatraktivnim lokacijama Francuske rivijere koje su nas zavele još od Hitchcockova klasika "Drž‘te lopova" s Caryjem Grantom i Grace Kelly.

Teško se sjetiti nekog recentnijeg (francuskog) filma koji je ovako privlačno prikazao ionako privlačnu Rivijeru. Gledajući "Mascarade" dođe vam da nakon odjavne špice odmah kupite avionsku kartu za Nicu i provedete tamo godišnji odmor, pa makar vas prevarila neka "prava" Margot.

Jer, "Francuska rivijera je sunčano mjesto za sjenovite ljude", kako ističe uvodni natpis, citirajući britanskog pisca i dramatičara W. Somerseta Maughama. Doista, Francuska rivijera bila bi odličan "setting" za neki moderni sunčani noir "made in France", neki lokalni "Under The Silver Lake", ali dok se nešto tako ne snimi preostaje nam ova krimi komedija s prelijepom, noirovski fatalnom manipulatoricom Vacth.

Njezina Margot plete (pod)zaplete. U prvih pet minuta Margot će napucati ljubomorni ljubavnik Simon (Cluzet) koji je pronalazi u luksuznom hotelu gdje se ona nalazi s dečkom Adrienom (Niney). Nakon što se Simon zbog toga nađe na suđenju, priča se odmotava u "flashback" modu i prikazuje zametak Margotine prevare u paru s Adrienom.

Margot i Adrien su se udružili da namagarče bivše i bezobrazno bogate ljubavnike te usput zaljubili. Adrienova ljubavnica je Martha (većinski karikaturalna Adjani), a on zavodi i Simonovu ženu Carole (Devos). Važnijih likova je dosta, kao i podzapleta stvorenih za dvostruke i trostruke prevare i preokrete, pa i dašak anti-elitističke satire spram nemorala bogatih, ali i siromašnih, što je "in" u posljednje vrijeme ("Trokut tuge").

Međutim, malo toga djeluje izvorno u filmu koji izgleda kao derivat sličnih prevarantskih "laže-maže" komedija, možda malo bolji od "Prevarantica", a misli i ponaša se da je originalniji pametniji nego što zapravo jest. Možda bi stvari bile drukčije da je Bedos ekonomičniji redatelj i da nije nepotrebno rastegao trajanje na golemih 135 minuta. Puno je to vremena čak i ako ga provodite u društvu Vacth. Neki gledatelji bi se mogli osjetiti blago prevarenim na kraju "Prevare i farse". Pitanje je da li je to bila poanta filma.
