Tijekom zadnjih nekoliko godina svjedoci smo velikih zastoja u prometu i prometnih čepova na području Općine Župa dubrovačka. Najviše se te vidi tijekom ljetnih mjeseci kada je promet kroz navedenu općinu desetorostruko veći.
Osim što dolazi do zastoja u prometu i kolona vozila, kašnjenja na zrakoplove to se ogleda i na sve lošijoj kvaliteti života samih stanovnika općine Župa dubrovačka. Isto tako svjedoci smo da odgovorne osobe općine Župa dubrovačka inzistiraju na policijskim službenicima koji bi trebali vršiti fizičku regulaciju prometa na najfrekventnijim raskrižjima i valjda tako umjesto njih preuzeti odgovornost za neriješavanje navedenih zastoja. Zašto Općina Župa dubrovačka godinama nije iskoristila mogućnost koju pruža Zakon o sigurnosti prometa na cestama pa tako, osim policije, promet u mirovanju kao i fizičku regulaciju prometa na području jedne od najbogatijih hrvatskih općina ne nadzire i prometni redar. Prometno redarstvo se bavi poslovima nadzora i premještanja nepropisno zaustavljenih i parkiranih vozila odnosno nadzorom prometa u mirovanju kao i fizičkom regulacijom prometa koji se temelji na Zakonu o sigurnosti prometa na cestama.
Općina Župa dubrovačka je jedna od najbogatijih hrvatskih općina po broju stanovnika s nekoliko tisuća registriranih vozila, velikim brojem nerazvrstanih, županijskih i državnih cesta, koja ima probleme u prometu na svakom koraku, parking prema kupalištu Gusar, Sheraton, škole, vrtići .... Općina s više obrta i trgovačkih društava, kroz koju tranzitira cesta prema ZL Čilipi i graničnim prijelazima, pa je velik priljev osobnih i dostavnih vozila njezina svakodnevica. Jedna od posljedica cjelokupnog rasta i općine Župa dubrovačka su sve veće gužve na njezinim cestama, ali i sve izraženiji problemi u prometu u mirovanju.
Stoga, postavlja se pravo pitanje. Zašto Općina Župa dubrovačka ne želi oformiti i osposobiti prometno redarstvo kako bi se aktivno uključila u povećanje razine sigurnosti u prometu, smanjenje gužve i povećanje protočnosti prometa! Jer očito da brza cesta neće skoro, a problema je sve više...

Tijekom zadnjih nekoliko godina svjedoci smo velikih zastoja u prometu i prometnih čepova na području Općine Župa dubrovačka. Najviše se te vidi tijekom ljetnih mjeseci kada je promet kroz navedenu općinu desetorostruko veći.
Osim što dolazi do zastoja u prometu i kolona vozila, kašnjenja na zrakoplove to se ogleda i na sve lošijoj kvaliteti života samih stanovnika općine Župa dubrovačka. Isto tako svjedoci smo da odgovorne osobe općine Župa dubrovačka inzistiraju na policijskim službenicima koji bi trebali vršiti fizičku regulaciju prometa na najfrekventnijim raskrižjima i valjda tako umjesto njih preuzeti odgovornost za neriješavanje navedenih zastoja. Zašto Općina Župa dubrovačka godinama nije iskoristila mogućnost koju pruža Zakon o sigurnosti prometa na cestama pa tako, osim policije, promet u mirovanju kao i fizičku regulaciju prometa na području jedne od najbogatijih hrvatskih općina ne nadzire i prometni redar. Prometno redarstvo se bavi poslovima nadzora i premještanja nepropisno zaustavljenih i parkiranih vozila odnosno nadzorom prometa u mirovanju kao i fizičkom regulacijom prometa koji se temelji na Zakonu o sigurnosti prometa na cestama.
Općina Župa dubrovačka je jedna od najbogatijih hrvatskih općina po broju stanovnika s nekoliko tisuća registriranih vozila, velikim brojem nerazvrstanih, županijskih i državnih cesta, koja ima probleme u prometu na svakom koraku, parking prema kupalištu Gusar, Sheraton, škole, vrtići .... Općina s više obrta i trgovačkih društava, kroz koju tranzitira cesta prema ZL Čilipi i graničnim prijelazima, pa je velik priljev osobnih i dostavnih vozila njezina svakodnevica. Jedna od posljedica cjelokupnog rasta i općine Župa dubrovačka su sve veće gužve na njezinim cestama, ali i sve izraženiji problemi u prometu u mirovanju.
Stoga, postavlja se pravo pitanje. Zašto Općina Župa dubrovačka ne želi oformiti i osposobiti prometno redarstvo kako bi se aktivno uključila u povećanje razine sigurnosti u prometu, smanjenje gužve i povećanje protočnosti prometa! Jer očito da brza cesta neće skoro, a problema je sve više...
