Na elektroničkom oglasniku javne nabave Republike Hrvatske objavljen je otvoreni postupak javne nabave za nabavu radova u predmetu ‘‘Uređenje dječjeg igrališta i uređenje odvodnje oborinskih voda‘‘ u naselju Mandaljena. Procijenjenja vrijednost nabave iznosi 1,2 milijuna kuna (bez PDV-a).
Riječ je o projektu izgradnje i uređenja dječjeg igrališta u naselju Mandaljena, a osim samog igrališta uređuju se i prilazi te odvodnja oborinskih voda na predmetnoj lokaciji. Kako bi osigurala realizaciju ovog projekta Općina je prethodno kupila potrebno zemljište, te izradila projektnu dokumentaciju.
Posao Proto-archu
Novo multifunkcionalno dječje (i sportsko) igralište površine 442 četvorna metra planira se uz prometnicu Čelopeci-Mandaljena kako bi kao mjesto okupljanja, sporta, igre i druženja građana i djece preobrazilo pripadajući okolni kontekst. Projekt novog igrališta je izradio poznati dubrovački arhitektonski ured Proto-arch koji već niz godina kroz arhitektonske realizacije generiraju pozitivne promjene u lokalnoj zajednici. Projekt je razvijen u suradnji s uredom za krajobrazno uređenje Studio Landa.
Cilj novog dječjeg igrališta jest zadovoljiti suvremenim zahtjevima prostora za velik broj različitih aktivnosti te stvaranje kreativnog prostora igre, druženja i boravka na otvorenom. Koncept novog igrališta pravokutnog oblika sastoji se od jednog košarkaškog terena za basket, površine 112 četvorna metra, sprint staze duljine 40 metara, dječjeg igrališta podijeljenog u različite manje zone te ulaznog stubišta-gledališta u izlomljenoj formi ispred kojeg se formira polivalentni otvoreni prostor za razna događanja.
Kvalitetno osmišljen prostor
Sredinom igrališta ostavljena je zelena zona nepravilnog oblika namijenjena sadnji stabala. Kao element definiranja prostora koristi se i horizontalna grafika u raznim vibrantnim bojama, a završni slojevi igrališta se kombiniraju u vidu sigurnosne gume Playtop i bojanog asfalta.
Projektanti su se vodili idejom da kvalitetno osmišljeni prostor na otvorenom može generirati novi pulsirajući javni prostor kroz sportsku revitalizaciju naselja.
Nakon nedavno realiziranog igrališta u naselju Brašina i igrališta u naselju Mandaljena, u tijeku je i izrada projektne dokumentacija za uređenje dječjeg igrališta na Gornjem Brgatu (uz zgradu bivše škole) te uređenje zone javne namjene u naselju Čibača unutar koje je predviđena izgradnja dječjeg igrališta u I. fazi te Doma kulture u II. fazi.

Na elektroničkom oglasniku javne nabave Republike Hrvatske objavljen je otvoreni postupak javne nabave za nabavu radova u predmetu ‘‘Uređenje dječjeg igrališta i uređenje odvodnje oborinskih voda‘‘ u naselju Mandaljena. Procijenjenja vrijednost nabave iznosi 1,2 milijuna kuna (bez PDV-a).
Riječ je o projektu izgradnje i uređenja dječjeg igrališta u naselju Mandaljena, a osim samog igrališta uređuju se i prilazi te odvodnja oborinskih voda na predmetnoj lokaciji. Kako bi osigurala realizaciju ovog projekta Općina je prethodno kupila potrebno zemljište, te izradila projektnu dokumentaciju.
Posao Proto-archu
Novo multifunkcionalno dječje (i sportsko) igralište površine 442 četvorna metra planira se uz prometnicu Čelopeci-Mandaljena kako bi kao mjesto okupljanja, sporta, igre i druženja građana i djece preobrazilo pripadajući okolni kontekst. Projekt novog igrališta je izradio poznati dubrovački arhitektonski ured Proto-arch koji već niz godina kroz arhitektonske realizacije generiraju pozitivne promjene u lokalnoj zajednici. Projekt je razvijen u suradnji s uredom za krajobrazno uređenje Studio Landa.
Cilj novog dječjeg igrališta jest zadovoljiti suvremenim zahtjevima prostora za velik broj različitih aktivnosti te stvaranje kreativnog prostora igre, druženja i boravka na otvorenom. Koncept novog igrališta pravokutnog oblika sastoji se od jednog košarkaškog terena za basket, površine 112 četvorna metra, sprint staze duljine 40 metara, dječjeg igrališta podijeljenog u različite manje zone te ulaznog stubišta-gledališta u izlomljenoj formi ispred kojeg se formira polivalentni otvoreni prostor za razna događanja.
Kvalitetno osmišljen prostor
Sredinom igrališta ostavljena je zelena zona nepravilnog oblika namijenjena sadnji stabala. Kao element definiranja prostora koristi se i horizontalna grafika u raznim vibrantnim bojama, a završni slojevi igrališta se kombiniraju u vidu sigurnosne gume Playtop i bojanog asfalta.
Projektanti su se vodili idejom da kvalitetno osmišljeni prostor na otvorenom može generirati novi pulsirajući javni prostor kroz sportsku revitalizaciju naselja.
Nakon nedavno realiziranog igrališta u naselju Brašina i igrališta u naselju Mandaljena, u tijeku je i izrada projektne dokumentacija za uređenje dječjeg igrališta na Gornjem Brgatu (uz zgradu bivše škole) te uređenje zone javne namjene u naselju Čibača unutar koje je predviđena izgradnja dječjeg igrališta u I. fazi te Doma kulture u II. fazi.
