I dubrovački ribar, stanovnik povijesne jezgre  Vlaho Čejović sudjelovao je u potrazi i spašavanju kajakaša jučer kod Lokruma. Jutro nakon događaja zatekli smo ga u starom Portu, na malom mulu koordinirao je ukrcaj putnika u izletničke brodove koji su zaplovili čim je vjetar posustao.

- Zatekao sam se na mulu kad su mi s broda Galešnik rekli da tonu ljudi s kajacima i da treba hitno pomoći u potrazi. Odmah smo isplovili i na moru zatekli brodove ‘Lokrum‘ i ‘Neptun 2‘ koji su već izvukli svaki po dvoje ljudi. Pokupili su sve ljude iz ‘prve ture‘, a dalje nisam mogao ploviti od jakog vjetra, nije bilo smisla. No, uto je došao i brod Galešnik. Ne daj Bože da nije bilo koga drugog, ostao bih sam  na moru, riskiralo bi se. Ovako smo učinili najbolje moguće kad su nas valovi visoko zapljuskivali. Samo se nadam da se nešto ovakvo više nikad neće ponoviti - rekao je Čejović.

S broda Galešnik nam je Nedjeljko Antunović rekao samo kratko:

- Učinili smo samo ono što nam je bila dužnost, ništa više! - poručio je.

Još jedan sudionik akcije spašavanja, Maro Rimac, je Dubrovačkom izrazio zadovoljstvo što je nezgoda prošla bez stradalih.

I dubrovački ribar, stanovnik povijesne jezgre  Vlaho Čejović sudjelovao je u potrazi i spašavanju kajakaša jučer kod Lokruma. Jutro nakon događaja zatekli smo ga u starom Portu, na malom mulu koordinirao je ukrcaj putnika u izletničke brodove koji su zaplovili čim je vjetar posustao.

- Zatekao sam se na mulu kad su mi s broda Galešnik rekli da tonu ljudi s kajacima i da treba hitno pomoći u potrazi. Odmah smo isplovili i na moru zatekli brodove ‘Lokrum‘ i ‘Neptun 2‘ koji su već izvukli svaki po dvoje ljudi. Pokupili su sve ljude iz ‘prve ture‘, a dalje nisam mogao ploviti od jakog vjetra, nije bilo smisla. No, uto je došao i brod Galešnik. Ne daj Bože da nije bilo koga drugog, ostao bih sam  na moru, riskiralo bi se. Ovako smo učinili najbolje moguće kad su nas valovi visoko zapljuskivali. Samo se nadam da se nešto ovakvo više nikad neće ponoviti - rekao je Čejović.

S broda Galešnik nam je Nedjeljko Antunović rekao samo kratko:

- Učinili smo samo ono što nam je bila dužnost, ništa više! - poručio je.

Još jedan sudionik akcije spašavanja, Maro Rimac, je Dubrovačkom izrazio zadovoljstvo što je nezgoda prošla bez stradalih.

I dubrovački ribar, stanovnik povijesne jezgre  Vlaho Čejović sudjelovao je u potrazi i spašavanju kajakaša jučer kod Lokruma. Jutro nakon događaja zatekli smo ga u starom Portu, na malom mulu koordinirao je ukrcaj putnika u izletničke brodove koji su zaplovili čim je vjetar posustao.

- Zatekao sam se na mulu kad su mi s broda Galešnik rekli da tonu ljudi s kajacima i da treba hitno pomoći u potrazi. Odmah smo isplovili i na moru zatekli brodove ‘Lokrum‘ i ‘Neptun 2‘ koji su već izvukli svaki po dvoje ljudi. Pokupili su sve ljude iz ‘prve ture‘, a dalje nisam mogao ploviti od jakog vjetra, nije bilo smisla. No, uto je došao i brod Galešnik. Ne daj Bože da nije bilo koga drugog, ostao bih sam  na moru, riskiralo bi se. Ovako smo učinili najbolje moguće kad su nas valovi visoko zapljuskivali. Samo se nadam da se nešto ovakvo više nikad neće ponoviti - rekao je Čejović.

S broda Galešnik nam je Nedjeljko Antunović rekao samo kratko:

- Učinili smo samo ono što nam je bila dužnost, ništa više! - poručio je.

Još jedan sudionik akcije spašavanja, Maro Rimac, je Dubrovačkom izrazio zadovoljstvo što je nezgoda prošla bez stradalih.
