Gradski vijećnici iz redova dubrovačkog SDP-a Anita Bonačić Obradović i Saša Škrabić uputili su priopćenju za javnost pod nazivom ‘Lex AP – ‘politička sačekuša‘‘.

- Danas se u Saboru glasa o Prijedlogu zakona o izmjenama i dopunama Zakona o kaznenom postupku. U SDP-u godinama svjedočimo, prosvjedujemo, tražimo, oštro osuđujemo ubojstva žena, te naglašavamo da poražavajući porast femicida treba ozbiljno shvatiti i staviti u prioritetne probleme u društvu. Godinama naglašavamo da nema opravdanja za nečinjenje i zatvaranje očiju, da ne smije biti olakotnih okolnosti za nasilje. Često se banaliziralo obiteljsko nasilje, slale su se krive poruke, a žrtve su se brojale. Hrvatska je na crnoj ljestvici zemalja po broju femicida. Kroz sve to vrijeme bilo je jasno kada bi se počinitelji nasilja izložili najstrožim kaznama, poslala bi se jasnija društvena poruka, a počinitelje bi se učinkovitije odvraćalo od ponovnog počinjenja djela. Napokon je prevladala politička volja i u izmjene zakona uvedeno je kazneno djelo teškog ubojstva žene, odnosno femicida. Ova izmjena je došla na zadovoljstvo svih zastupnika.

No, kada se ponadate da ćemo kao društvo pokazati da smo zreli, da smo se odlučili da adekvatno kaznimo počinitelje femicida, Vlada Andreja Plenkovića servira nam izmjene Kaznenog zakona kao „trojanski konj“, ili jasnije rečeno „političku sačekušu“. Naime, u istom prijedlogu zakona uvodi se kazneno djelo teškog ubojstva žene, ali i kažnjavanje odgovornih za curenje informacija iz pravosudnih istraga, po mnogima kontroverzno kazneno djelo "neovlašteno otkrivanje sadržaja izvidne ili dokazne radnje“.

Oglasilo se i Hrvatsko novinarsko društvo te pozvalo klubove saborskih zastupnika da glasaju protiv prijedloga novog Kaznenog zakona upravo zbog kaznenog djela neovlaštenog otkrivanja izvidnih radnji. Ocijenili su to udarom na novinarsku profesiju i javni interes. A činjenica je da su upravo novinari u Hrvatskoj zaslužni za otkrivanje većine korupcijskih afera.

I ova „politička sačekuša“ dovodi do toga da zastupnici SDP i drugi iz oporbe koji su se godinama zalagali za borbu protiv nasilja nad ženama, odnosno uvođenje femicida u Kazneni zakon, neće glasati za to, jer ne podržavaju ušutkavanje novinara i zviždača. Dovedeni su u situaciju ‘ili sve ili ništa‘. Žalosno! - stoji u priopćenju SDP-a Dubrovnik.

Gradski vijećnici iz redova dubrovačkog SDP-a Anita Bonačić Obradović i Saša Škrabić uputili su priopćenju za javnost pod nazivom ‘Lex AP – ‘politička sačekuša‘‘.

- Danas se u Saboru glasa o Prijedlogu zakona o izmjenama i dopunama Zakona o kaznenom postupku. U SDP-u godinama svjedočimo, prosvjedujemo, tražimo, oštro osuđujemo ubojstva žena, te naglašavamo da poražavajući porast femicida treba ozbiljno shvatiti i staviti u prioritetne probleme u društvu. Godinama naglašavamo da nema opravdanja za nečinjenje i zatvaranje očiju, da ne smije biti olakotnih okolnosti za nasilje. Često se banaliziralo obiteljsko nasilje, slale su se krive poruke, a žrtve su se brojale. Hrvatska je na crnoj ljestvici zemalja po broju femicida. Kroz sve to vrijeme bilo je jasno kada bi se počinitelji nasilja izložili najstrožim kaznama, poslala bi se jasnija društvena poruka, a počinitelje bi se učinkovitije odvraćalo od ponovnog počinjenja djela. Napokon je prevladala politička volja i u izmjene zakona uvedeno je kazneno djelo teškog ubojstva žene, odnosno femicida. Ova izmjena je došla na zadovoljstvo svih zastupnika.

No, kada se ponadate da ćemo kao društvo pokazati da smo zreli, da smo se odlučili da adekvatno kaznimo počinitelje femicida, Vlada Andreja Plenkovića servira nam izmjene Kaznenog zakona kao „trojanski konj“, ili jasnije rečeno „političku sačekušu“. Naime, u istom prijedlogu zakona uvodi se kazneno djelo teškog ubojstva žene, ali i kažnjavanje odgovornih za curenje informacija iz pravosudnih istraga, po mnogima kontroverzno kazneno djelo "neovlašteno otkrivanje sadržaja izvidne ili dokazne radnje“.

Oglasilo se i Hrvatsko novinarsko društvo te pozvalo klubove saborskih zastupnika da glasaju protiv prijedloga novog Kaznenog zakona upravo zbog kaznenog djela neovlaštenog otkrivanja izvidnih radnji. Ocijenili su to udarom na novinarsku profesiju i javni interes. A činjenica je da su upravo novinari u Hrvatskoj zaslužni za otkrivanje većine korupcijskih afera.

I ova „politička sačekuša“ dovodi do toga da zastupnici SDP i drugi iz oporbe koji su se godinama zalagali za borbu protiv nasilja nad ženama, odnosno uvođenje femicida u Kazneni zakon, neće glasati za to, jer ne podržavaju ušutkavanje novinara i zviždača. Dovedeni su u situaciju ‘ili sve ili ništa‘. Žalosno! - stoji u priopćenju SDP-a Dubrovnik.

‘Vlada Andreja Plenkovića servira nam izmjene Kaznenog zakona kao ‘političku sačekušu‘!‘

Gradski vijećnici iz redova dubrovačkog SDP-a Anita Bonačić Obradović i Saša Škrabić uputili su priopćenju za javnost pod nazivom ‘Lex AP – ‘politička sačekuša‘‘.

- Danas se u Saboru glasa o Prijedlogu zakona o izmjenama i dopunama Zakona o kaznenom postupku. U SDP-u godinama svjedočimo, prosvjedujemo, tražimo, oštro osuđujemo ubojstva žena, te naglašavamo da poražavajući porast femicida treba ozbiljno shvatiti i staviti u prioritetne probleme u društvu. Godinama naglašavamo da nema opravdanja za nečinjenje i zatvaranje očiju, da ne smije biti olakotnih okolnosti za nasilje. Često se banaliziralo obiteljsko nasilje, slale su se krive poruke, a žrtve su se brojale. Hrvatska je na crnoj ljestvici zemalja po broju femicida. Kroz sve to vrijeme bilo je jasno kada bi se počinitelji nasilja izložili najstrožim kaznama, poslala bi se jasnija društvena poruka, a počinitelje bi se učinkovitije odvraćalo od ponovnog počinjenja djela. Napokon je prevladala politička volja i u izmjene zakona uvedeno je kazneno djelo teškog ubojstva žene, odnosno femicida. Ova izmjena je došla na zadovoljstvo svih zastupnika.

No, kada se ponadate da ćemo kao društvo pokazati da smo zreli, da smo se odlučili da adekvatno kaznimo počinitelje femicida, Vlada Andreja Plenkovića servira nam izmjene Kaznenog zakona kao „trojanski konj“, ili jasnije rečeno „političku sačekušu“. Naime, u istom prijedlogu zakona uvodi se kazneno djelo teškog ubojstva žene, ali i kažnjavanje odgovornih za curenje informacija iz pravosudnih istraga, po mnogima kontroverzno kazneno djelo "neovlašteno otkrivanje sadržaja izvidne ili dokazne radnje“.

Oglasilo se i Hrvatsko novinarsko društvo te pozvalo klubove saborskih zastupnika da glasaju protiv prijedloga novog Kaznenog zakona upravo zbog kaznenog djela neovlaštenog otkrivanja izvidnih radnji. Ocijenili su to udarom na novinarsku profesiju i javni interes. A činjenica je da su upravo novinari u Hrvatskoj zaslužni za otkrivanje većine korupcijskih afera.

I ova „politička sačekuša“ dovodi do toga da zastupnici SDP i drugi iz oporbe koji su se godinama zalagali za borbu protiv nasilja nad ženama, odnosno uvođenje femicida u Kazneni zakon, neće glasati za to, jer ne podržavaju ušutkavanje novinara i zviždača. Dovedeni su u situaciju ‘ili sve ili ništa‘. Žalosno! - stoji u priopćenju SDP-a Dubrovnik.
