Na desetoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća Grada Dubrovnika, Andro Vlahušić u raspravi smatra kako bi trebalo kupiti prostor UTD-a u Komolcu. „Također trebamo zaštititi one koji obavljaju gospodarske djelatnosti u TUP-u, a smatram kako bi Grad trebao postati 100 postotni vlasnik UTD Raguse.“ Željko Raguž je rekao kako ispada da Gradsko vijeće vodi UTD i da se ne treba dodvoravati nikome: „Postoji direktorica koja će podnositi godišnje izvješće i mi ćemo o njemu raspravljati. Nećemo mi voditi tvrtku i mislim da smo malo skrenuli s rasprave“, rekao je Raguž.
Pero Vićan kazao je da za njega dileme nema i da će podržati da Grad kupi TUP. „Moramo uputiti zahvalnost ljudima TUP-a koji nisu prodali svoj udio iako su možda i bili u potrebi. Mi se pretvaramo u niskoplaćenu najamnu radnu snagu. To što će se staviti hipoteke na spomenike kulture radi TUP-a je u redu i tu nema ništa sporno. Trebamo otvoriti sva oka kad budu godišnja izvješća i za ovu točku ćemo glasati“. Vlahušić mu je replicirao kako bi bilo dobro da nakon UTD-a treba kupiti Dubrovačko primorje kako bi Vićan dobio svoj dio. „Možemo kupiti i Excelsa nekretnine i napraviti novu žičaru s Ilijine glavice do Srđa“, rekao je Vlahušić te izazvao smijeh u vijećnici.
Vijećnik Selmani u raspravi je rekao kako je njegova stranka dugo radila po ovom pitanju te da smatraju kako na ovaj način Grad može sačuvati ljude na svom području da ostanu živjeti. Smatra kako je TUP odradio važnu ulogu u razvoju Gruža te da je ovo strateška i isplativa investicija. Replicirao mu je Tropan istaknuvši kako se ugovorom s Erste bankom blokira bilo kakva intervencija Grada do 2040. godine.
Nakon što je iscrpljena rasprava, točka vezana za Prijedlog zaključka o prihvaćanju teksta Pisma namjere u svrhu sklapanja ugovora o kreditu između društva UTD Ragusa d.d. i poslovne banke usvojena je većinom glasova kao i Prijedlog odluke o zaduživanju UTD Raguse d.d. te Prijedlog odluke o davanju suglasnosti za zasnivanje založnog prava na nekretninama UTD Raguse d.d većinom glasova točka je usvojena.

Na desetoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća Grada Dubrovnika, Andro Vlahušić u raspravi smatra kako bi trebalo kupiti prostor UTD-a u Komolcu. „Također trebamo zaštititi one koji obavljaju gospodarske djelatnosti u TUP-u, a smatram kako bi Grad trebao postati 100 postotni vlasnik UTD Raguse.“ Željko Raguž je rekao kako ispada da Gradsko vijeće vodi UTD i da se ne treba dodvoravati nikome: „Postoji direktorica koja će podnositi godišnje izvješće i mi ćemo o njemu raspravljati. Nećemo mi voditi tvrtku i mislim da smo malo skrenuli s rasprave“, rekao je Raguž.
Pero Vićan kazao je da za njega dileme nema i da će podržati da Grad kupi TUP. „Moramo uputiti zahvalnost ljudima TUP-a koji nisu prodali svoj udio iako su možda i bili u potrebi. Mi se pretvaramo u niskoplaćenu najamnu radnu snagu. To što će se staviti hipoteke na spomenike kulture radi TUP-a je u redu i tu nema ništa sporno. Trebamo otvoriti sva oka kad budu godišnja izvješća i za ovu točku ćemo glasati“. Vlahušić mu je replicirao kako bi bilo dobro da nakon UTD-a treba kupiti Dubrovačko primorje kako bi Vićan dobio svoj dio. „Možemo kupiti i Excelsa nekretnine i napraviti novu žičaru s Ilijine glavice do Srđa“, rekao je Vlahušić te izazvao smijeh u vijećnici.
Vijećnik Selmani u raspravi je rekao kako je njegova stranka dugo radila po ovom pitanju te da smatraju kako na ovaj način Grad može sačuvati ljude na svom području da ostanu živjeti. Smatra kako je TUP odradio važnu ulogu u razvoju Gruža te da je ovo strateška i isplativa investicija. Replicirao mu je Tropan istaknuvši kako se ugovorom s Erste bankom blokira bilo kakva intervencija Grada do 2040. godine.
Nakon što je iscrpljena rasprava, točka vezana za Prijedlog zaključka o prihvaćanju teksta Pisma namjere u svrhu sklapanja ugovora o kreditu između društva UTD Ragusa d.d. i poslovne banke usvojena je većinom glasova kao i Prijedlog odluke o zaduživanju UTD Raguse d.d. te Prijedlog odluke o davanju suglasnosti za zasnivanje založnog prava na nekretninama UTD Raguse d.d većinom glasova točka je usvojena.
