Trgovački sud u Dubrovniku ukinuo je 21. veljače 2023. godine rješenje koje je sadržavalo privremenu mjeru zabrane otuđenja i opterećenja nekretnina u vlasništvu Ville Dubrovnik d.d., a koje se nalaze na području Svetog Jakova. Posljedično, ukidaju se i sve provedene radnje te brišu zabilježbe na navedenim nekretninama, koje su proizašle iz prethodnog rješenja.

Kako javljaju iz Ville Dubrovnik, uspješno okončanje spora rezultat je cjelovitog nagodbenog rješenja postignutog između Ville Dubrovnik d.d. i tvrtke Europrojekt d.o.o., povezanog s trenutačno neoperativnim zemljištem na Svetom Jakovu ukupne površine 6.675 kvadratnih metara. Rješenjem je potvrđeno vlasništvo Ville Dubrovnik na navedenim nekretninama, obavljen povrat ranije uplaćene kapare u iznosu od milijun eura, a Villa Dubrovnik ujedno je postigla i željeno strukturiranje zemljišnih čestica. Naime, zamjenom i prodajom manjih dijelova nekretnina s vlasnicima susjednih nekretnina, a koji su u partnerskom odnosu s tvrtkom EUROPROJEKT d.o.o., dosegnuta je tražena minimalna površina koja će Villi Dubrovnik omogućiti razvoj planiranog projekta luksuznih vila na svim česticama u svom vlasništvu, što ranije nije bio slučaj.

-Izražavamo zadovoljstvo postignutom nagodbom te, posljedično, rješenjem Trgovačkog suda koje nam omogućava da se u potpunosti posvetimo svom redovnom poslovanju te novim ulaganjima. Planirani razvoj projekta luksuznih vila na Svetom Jakovu trenutačno je još uvijek u inicijalnoj fazi, a uvjereni smo da bi svojim sinergijskim potencijalom mogao pružiti dodatnu vrijednost ukupnoj turističkoj ponudi našeg grada. Naravno, kao društveno odgovorna tvrtka koja u obzir uzima interes i mišljenje javnosti, svoje ćemo ideje prethodno javno prezentirati svim uključenim i zainteresiranom dionicima, a u suradnji s gradskim tijelima nadležnima za prostorno planiranje osigurati i poštivanje svih relevantnih propisa koji definiraju gradnju na području Svetog Jakova - istaknula je ovom prigodom Mirna Lončar Stražičić, predsjednica uprave Ville Dubrovnik d.d.

Trgovački sud u Dubrovniku ukinuo je 21. veljače 2023. godine rješenje koje je sadržavalo privremenu mjeru zabrane otuđenja i opterećenja nekretnina u vlasništvu Ville Dubrovnik d.d., a koje se nalaze na području Svetog Jakova. Posljedično, ukidaju se i sve provedene radnje te brišu zabilježbe na navedenim nekretninama, koje su proizašle iz prethodnog rješenja.

Kako javljaju iz Ville Dubrovnik, uspješno okončanje spora rezultat je cjelovitog nagodbenog rješenja postignutog između Ville Dubrovnik d.d. i tvrtke Europrojekt d.o.o., povezanog s trenutačno neoperativnim zemljištem na Svetom Jakovu ukupne površine 6.675 kvadratnih metara. Rješenjem je potvrđeno vlasništvo Ville Dubrovnik na navedenim nekretninama, obavljen povrat ranije uplaćene kapare u iznosu od milijun eura, a Villa Dubrovnik ujedno je postigla i željeno strukturiranje zemljišnih čestica. Naime, zamjenom i prodajom manjih dijelova nekretnina s vlasnicima susjednih nekretnina, a koji su u partnerskom odnosu s tvrtkom EUROPROJEKT d.o.o., dosegnuta je tražena minimalna površina koja će Villi Dubrovnik omogućiti razvoj planiranog projekta luksuznih vila na svim česticama u svom vlasništvu, što ranije nije bio slučaj.

-Izražavamo zadovoljstvo postignutom nagodbom te, posljedično, rješenjem Trgovačkog suda koje nam omogućava da se u potpunosti posvetimo svom redovnom poslovanju te novim ulaganjima. Planirani razvoj projekta luksuznih vila na Svetom Jakovu trenutačno je još uvijek u inicijalnoj fazi, a uvjereni smo da bi svojim sinergijskim potencijalom mogao pružiti dodatnu vrijednost ukupnoj turističkoj ponudi našeg grada. Naravno, kao društveno odgovorna tvrtka koja u obzir uzima interes i mišljenje javnosti, svoje ćemo ideje prethodno javno prezentirati svim uključenim i zainteresiranom dionicima, a u suradnji s gradskim tijelima nadležnima za prostorno planiranje osigurati i poštivanje svih relevantnih propisa koji definiraju gradnju na području Svetog Jakova - istaknula je ovom prigodom Mirna Lončar Stražičić, predsjednica uprave Ville Dubrovnik d.d.

Postignutom nagodbom okončan spor u vezi sa zemljištem na Svetom Jakovu

Trgovački sud u Dubrovniku ukinuo je 21. veljače 2023. godine rješenje koje je sadržavalo privremenu mjeru zabrane otuđenja i opterećenja nekretnina u vlasništvu Ville Dubrovnik d.d., a koje se nalaze na području Svetog Jakova. Posljedično, ukidaju se i sve provedene radnje te brišu zabilježbe na navedenim nekretninama, koje su proizašle iz prethodnog rješenja.

Kako javljaju iz Ville Dubrovnik, uspješno okončanje spora rezultat je cjelovitog nagodbenog rješenja postignutog između Ville Dubrovnik d.d. i tvrtke Europrojekt d.o.o., povezanog s trenutačno neoperativnim zemljištem na Svetom Jakovu ukupne površine 6.675 kvadratnih metara. Rješenjem je potvrđeno vlasništvo Ville Dubrovnik na navedenim nekretninama, obavljen povrat ranije uplaćene kapare u iznosu od milijun eura, a Villa Dubrovnik ujedno je postigla i željeno strukturiranje zemljišnih čestica. Naime, zamjenom i prodajom manjih dijelova nekretnina s vlasnicima susjednih nekretnina, a koji su u partnerskom odnosu s tvrtkom EUROPROJEKT d.o.o., dosegnuta je tražena minimalna površina koja će Villi Dubrovnik omogućiti razvoj planiranog projekta luksuznih vila na svim česticama u svom vlasništvu, što ranije nije bio slučaj.

-Izražavamo zadovoljstvo postignutom nagodbom te, posljedično, rješenjem Trgovačkog suda koje nam omogućava da se u potpunosti posvetimo svom redovnom poslovanju te novim ulaganjima. Planirani razvoj projekta luksuznih vila na Svetom Jakovu trenutačno je još uvijek u inicijalnoj fazi, a uvjereni smo da bi svojim sinergijskim potencijalom mogao pružiti dodatnu vrijednost ukupnoj turističkoj ponudi našeg grada. Naravno, kao društveno odgovorna tvrtka koja u obzir uzima interes i mišljenje javnosti, svoje ćemo ideje prethodno javno prezentirati svim uključenim i zainteresiranom dionicima, a u suradnji s gradskim tijelima nadležnima za prostorno planiranje osigurati i poštivanje svih relevantnih propisa koji definiraju gradnju na području Svetog Jakova - istaknula je ovom prigodom Mirna Lončar Stražičić, predsjednica uprave Ville Dubrovnik d.d.
