Grad Dubrovnik sufinancira izradu projektne dokumentacije za sunčanu elektranu na obiteljskim kućama. Javni poziv objavljen od strane grada omogućuje građanima da ostvare subvenciju od 90% ili do 930 eura s PDV-om. Ovaj program omogućuje vlasnicima kuća da uz samo 10% vlastitih sredstava izrade glavni elektrotehnički projekt za sunčanu elektranu u suradnji s renomiranom tvrtkom MS2 energo d.o.o.

MS2 energo d.o.o. je već uspješno instalirao više od 200 kućnih solarnih elektrana diljem Hrvatske, a posebno je aktivan na području Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije te Istarske županije.

MS2 energo d.o.o. ima bogato iskustvo u projektiranju i instalaciji solarnih elektrana te u postupku ostvarivanja sufinanciranja od strane gradova, općina, županija i Fonda za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost (FZOEU). Stoga, vlasnici kuća mogu s povjerenjem kontaktirati MS2 energo d.o.o. za izradu glavnog projekta sunčane elektrane.

Uz izradu glavnog projekta, vlasnici će biti spremni za instalaciju sunčane elektrane na svojim kućama. Također, imaju mogućnost prijave na natječaj za instalaciju cijelog sustava sunčane elektrane, što može rezultirati subvencijom od 40% do 80% za cjelokupnu investiciju. Planira se da će na jesen biti objavljen natječaj za sufinanciranje troškova nabave i ugradnje sunčanih elektrana od strane Fonda za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost (FZOEU), a sljedeće godine i od strane Grada Dubrovnika.

UVJETI (izdvojeno iz teksta javnog poziva):

 

1. Predmetna građevina je zakonita (ima građevinsku ili uporabnu dozvolu, rješenje o izvedenom stanju, ili jednakovrijedan dokument sukladno Zakonu o gradnji).

2. Više od 50% objekta je namijenjeno za stanovanje

3. Građevinska brutto površina nije veća od 400 m2

4. Vlasnik ili suvlasnik je punoljetan, ima prebivalište na adresi predmetnog objekta, a brojilo za struju glasi na njegovo ime.

1. Potpisana izjava podnositelja prijave da su ostali suvlasnici objekta suglasni s izgradnjom sunčane elektrane na objektu.

2. Energetski certifikat i izvješće o energetskom pregledu (nije bitno koju energetsku ocjenu ima objekt).

3. Elektrotehnički projekt za sunčanu elektranu (izrađuje MS2 energo d.o.o.).

4. Obavijest o mogućnosti priključenja izdan od strane Elektrojuga (HEP ODS Dubrovnik).

5. Račun za elektrotehnički projekt (izdaje MS2 energo d.o.o.).

MS2 energo nudi uslugu izrade glavnog projekta i posredovanje u izradi energetskog certifikata i izvješća o energetskom pregledu, javite se mailom na adresu: kontakt@ms2-energo.com uz naslov maila – “Sunčana elektrana – Grad Dubrovnik”.

 

Javni poziv traje do 8. listopada 2023. godine, a dokument pod točkom 4. čeka se i do 90 dana, pa je potrebno krenuti u proceduru čim prije.

Grad Dubrovnik sufinancira izradu projektne dokumentacije za sunčanu elektranu na obiteljskim kućama. Javni poziv objavljen od strane grada omogućuje građanima da ostvare subvenciju od 90% ili do 930 eura s PDV-om. Ovaj program omogućuje vlasnicima kuća da uz samo 10% vlastitih sredstava izrade glavni elektrotehnički projekt za sunčanu elektranu u suradnji s renomiranom tvrtkom MS2 energo d.o.o.

MS2 energo d.o.o. je već uspješno instalirao više od 200 kućnih solarnih elektrana diljem Hrvatske, a posebno je aktivan na području Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije te Istarske županije.

MS2 energo d.o.o. ima bogato iskustvo u projektiranju i instalaciji solarnih elektrana te u postupku ostvarivanja sufinanciranja od strane gradova, općina, županija i Fonda za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost (FZOEU). Stoga, vlasnici kuća mogu s povjerenjem kontaktirati MS2 energo d.o.o. za izradu glavnog projekta sunčane elektrane.

Uz izradu glavnog projekta, vlasnici će biti spremni za instalaciju sunčane elektrane na svojim kućama. Također, imaju mogućnost prijave na natječaj za instalaciju cijelog sustava sunčane elektrane, što može rezultirati subvencijom od 40% do 80% za cjelokupnu investiciju. Planira se da će na jesen biti objavljen natječaj za sufinanciranje troškova nabave i ugradnje sunčanih elektrana od strane Fonda za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost (FZOEU), a sljedeće godine i od strane Grada Dubrovnika.

1. Predmetna građevina je zakonita (ima građevinsku ili uporabnu dozvolu, rješenje o izvedenom stanju, ili jednakovrijedan dokument sukladno Zakonu o gradnji).

4. Vlasnik ili suvlasnik je punoljetan, ima prebivalište na adresi predmetnog objekta, a brojilo za struju glasi na njegovo ime.
