Iz gradske uprave poslali su priopćenje za javnost u kojem navode sljedeće: "Strateškim promišljanjem ove gradske uprave osigurano je da visokovrijedni prostori, od stjecanja vlasništva nad UTD Ragusom, preuzimanja većinskog vlasništva nad Lukom Dubrovnik sve do kupnje TUP-a, postanu imovina svih građana te da Grad postane gospodarom ovog vrijednog prostora.

Nakon brojnih pokušaja da se društvo Luka Dubrovnik obezvrijedi te da se cruise terminal dodijeli drugoj tvrtki, čime bi bila upitna sama budućnost društva, Grad Dubrovnik je ispunio sve svoje obveze prema Vladi Republike Hrvatske koje nisu bile ispoštovane najmanje 15 godina. Uz navedeno, Grad Dubrovnik je putem društva UTD Ragusa otkupom dionica postao većinski vlasnik Luke, a upravo će se izmjenama UPU-a Gruški akvatoriji redefinirati koncesijsko područje Luke Dubrovnik čime će se steći uvjeti da se konačno nakon 32 godine dodjeli koncesija za izgradnju Terminala za brodove na kružnim putovanjima na području Luke Dubrovnik.

Predloženim izmjenama i dopunama razmotrit će se i mogućnost prenamjene dijela zone TUP-a u javnu i društvenu namjenu s ciljem transformacije istog u kulturni centar grada.

Također, nakon što je s tvrtkom Laguna Trade dogovoreno novo koncesijsko područje prema kojem građani neće izgubiti nijedno parking mjesto na Lapadskoj obali, revizijom će se obuhvatiti i područje Marine Gruž temeljem čega će Vlada donijeti Odluku o novim granicama koncesije.

Stoga je upravo prijedlog Odluke o izradi Izmjena i dopuna Urbanističkog plana uređenja "Gruški akvatorij" koji je upućen Gradskom vijeću jedan od koraka koji će, ukoliko bude usvojen od strane vijećnika, omogućiti realizaciju strateških projekata i stvaranje jednog novog urbanog identiteta cijelog ovog područja Grada".

Iz gradske uprave poslali su priopćenje za javnost u kojem navode sljedeće: "Strateškim promišljanjem ove gradske uprave osigurano je da visokovrijedni prostori, od stjecanja vlasništva nad UTD Ragusom, preuzimanja većinskog vlasništva nad Lukom Dubrovnik sve do kupnje TUP-a, postanu imovina svih građana te da Grad postane gospodarom ovog vrijednog prostora.

Nakon brojnih pokušaja da se društvo Luka Dubrovnik obezvrijedi te da se cruise terminal dodijeli drugoj tvrtki, čime bi bila upitna sama budućnost društva, Grad Dubrovnik je ispunio sve svoje obveze prema Vladi Republike Hrvatske koje nisu bile ispoštovane najmanje 15 godina. Uz navedeno, Grad Dubrovnik je putem društva UTD Ragusa otkupom dionica postao većinski vlasnik Luke, a upravo će se izmjenama UPU-a Gruški akvatoriji redefinirati koncesijsko područje Luke Dubrovnik čime će se steći uvjeti da se konačno nakon 32 godine dodjeli koncesija za izgradnju Terminala za brodove na kružnim putovanjima na području Luke Dubrovnik.

Predloženim izmjenama i dopunama razmotrit će se i mogućnost prenamjene dijela zone TUP-a u javnu i društvenu namjenu s ciljem transformacije istog u kulturni centar grada.

Također, nakon što je s tvrtkom Laguna Trade dogovoreno novo koncesijsko područje prema kojem građani neće izgubiti nijedno parking mjesto na Lapadskoj obali, revizijom će se obuhvatiti i područje Marine Gruž temeljem čega će Vlada donijeti Odluku o novim granicama koncesije.

Stoga je upravo prijedlog Odluke o izradi Izmjena i dopuna Urbanističkog plana uređenja "Gruški akvatorij" koji je upućen Gradskom vijeću jedan od koraka koji će, ukoliko bude usvojen od strane vijećnika, omogućiti realizaciju strateških projekata i stvaranje jednog novog urbanog identiteta cijelog ovog područja Grada".

Grad želi mijenjati plan, redefinirati koncesijsko područje Luke Dubrovnik i prenamijeniti dio zone TUP-a

Iz gradske uprave poslali su priopćenje za javnost u kojem navode sljedeće: "Strateškim promišljanjem ove gradske uprave osigurano je da visokovrijedni prostori, od stjecanja vlasništva nad UTD Ragusom, preuzimanja većinskog vlasništva nad Lukom Dubrovnik sve do kupnje TUP-a, postanu imovina svih građana te da Grad postane gospodarom ovog vrijednog prostora.

Nakon brojnih pokušaja da se društvo Luka Dubrovnik obezvrijedi te da se cruise terminal dodijeli drugoj tvrtki, čime bi bila upitna sama budućnost društva, Grad Dubrovnik je ispunio sve svoje obveze prema Vladi Republike Hrvatske koje nisu bile ispoštovane najmanje 15 godina. Uz navedeno, Grad Dubrovnik je putem društva UTD Ragusa otkupom dionica postao većinski vlasnik Luke, a upravo će se izmjenama UPU-a Gruški akvatoriji redefinirati koncesijsko područje Luke Dubrovnik čime će se steći uvjeti da se konačno nakon 32 godine dodjeli koncesija za izgradnju Terminala za brodove na kružnim putovanjima na području Luke Dubrovnik.

Predloženim izmjenama i dopunama razmotrit će se i mogućnost prenamjene dijela zone TUP-a u javnu i društvenu namjenu s ciljem transformacije istog u kulturni centar grada.

Također, nakon što je s tvrtkom Laguna Trade dogovoreno novo koncesijsko područje prema kojem građani neće izgubiti nijedno parking mjesto na Lapadskoj obali, revizijom će se obuhvatiti i područje Marine Gruž temeljem čega će Vlada donijeti Odluku o novim granicama koncesije.

Stoga je upravo prijedlog Odluke o izradi Izmjena i dopuna Urbanističkog plana uređenja "Gruški akvatorij" koji je upućen Gradskom vijeću jedan od koraka koji će, ukoliko bude usvojen od strane vijećnika, omogućiti realizaciju strateških projekata i stvaranje jednog novog urbanog identiteta cijelog ovog područja Grada".
