Novi Nacrt prijedloga novog Zakona o pomorskom dobru i morskim lukama mnoge je digao na noge jer udruga Pokret otoka upozorava na moguće ograničenje opće upotrebe pomorskog dobra, njegovo ograđivanje pa i naplatu ulaska na plaže. Direktor Sunset Beacha, koncesionara na plaži u Uvali Lapad, Marinko Benić, prokomentirao je Nacrt.

- Prijedlog je dobar i smatram da mora postojati više opcija, uključujući zatvorenu kocesiju. Nema smisla ograničavati se zakonskim okvirima, jer svaki pojedini predmet koncesije je opet podložan kritici javnosti i interesu lokalne zajednice. Kada se priča općenito o interesu lokalne zajednice, to ne uključuje samo aktivizam oko pojedinih slučajeva i parcijalne interese pojedinaca i malih grupa. Taj interes lokalne zajednice potrebno je promatrati kroz širi interes svih građana Dubrovnika i Županije. Zaklinjemo se u razvoj elitnog turizma, a to zahtjeva određeni standard usluge, a ponekad i zaštitu privatnositi gostiju koji plaćaju jako visoku cijenu svog boravka. Naša obala je dosta duga i lijepa, i sigurno postoji manji dio prostora koji se može izdvojiti za tu namjenu, a bez da se ugroze interesi naših su građana za ljetnim guštima. Naravno, alternativa je masovni turizam, ali onda predlažem da se navedeno usvoji kao strategija razvoja našeg turizma, kako bi investitori znali perspektivu razvoja i u što ulagati, navodi Benić te dodaje:

- Mi u Uvali ne namjeravamo tražiti takvu vrstu koncesije, naša plaža zbog specifičnosti Uvale Lapad treba biti otvorenog tipa. Ako netko želi ležaljku treba je platiti, a ako netko želi ležati na ručniku na plaži to je njegovo pravo. Mislim da smo u ovom slučaju jako dobro balansirali javni interes i naše komecijalne interese, jako često i na svoju štetu. Naravno, postavlja se pitanje kako razvijati plaže i kvalitetne sadržaje sa suženim prostorom za komercijalne usluge, ali to je balans na kojem treba raditi privatni investitori, lokalna samouprava i lokalna zajednica, zaključuje sugovornik.

Novi Nacrt prijedloga novog Zakona o pomorskom dobru i morskim lukama mnoge je digao na noge jer udruga Pokret otoka upozorava na moguće ograničenje opće upotrebe pomorskog dobra, njegovo ograđivanje pa i naplatu ulaska na plaže. - Prijedlog je dobar i smatram da mora postojati više opcija, uključujući zatvorenu kocesiju. Nema smisla ograničavati se zakonskim okvirima, jer svaki pojedini predmet koncesije je opet podložan kritici javnosti i interesu lokalne zajednice. Kada se priča općenito o interesu lokalne zajednice, to ne uključuje samo aktivizam oko pojedinih slučajeva i parcijalne interese pojedinaca i malih grupa. Taj interes lokalne zajednice potrebno je promatrati kroz širi interes svih građana Dubrovnika i Županije. Naša obala je dosta duga i lijepa, i sigurno postoji manji dio prostora koji se može izdvojiti za tu namjenu, a bez da se ugroze interesi naših su građana za ljetnim guštima. Naravno, alternativa je masovni turizam, ali onda predlažem da se navedeno usvoji kao strategija razvoja našeg turizma, kako bi investitori znali perspektivu razvoja i u što ulagati, navodi Benić te dodaje:

- Mi u Uvali ne namjeravamo tražiti takvu vrstu koncesije, naša plaža zbog specifičnosti Uvale Lapad treba biti otvorenog tipa. Ako netko želi ležaljku treba je platiti, a ako netko želi ležati na ručniku na plaži to je njegovo pravo. Mislim da smo u ovom slučaju jako dobro balansirali javni interes i naše komecijalne interese, jako često i na svoju štetu. Novi Nacrt prijedloga novog Zakona o pomorskom dobru i morskim lukama mnoge je digao na noge jer udruga Pokret otoka upozorava na moguće ograničenje opće upotrebe pomorskog dobra, njegovo ograđivanje pa i naplatu ulaska na plaže. Direktor Sunset Beacha, koncesionara na plaži u Uvali Lapad, Marinko Benić, prokomentirao je Nacrt.

- Prijedlog je dobar i smatram da mora postojati više opcija, uključujući zatvorenu kocesiju. Nema smisla ograničavati se zakonskim okvirima, jer svaki pojedini predmet koncesije je opet podložan kritici javnosti i interesu lokalne zajednice. Kada se priča općenito o interesu lokalne zajednice, to ne uključuje samo aktivizam oko pojedinih slučajeva i parcijalne interese pojedinaca i malih grupa.
