U Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj županiji u utorak je zabilježen rekordan broj novozaraženih, ukupno ih je 333, a ravnatelj Opće bolnice Dubrovnik, dr. Marijo Bekić video-vezom sudjelovao je na sastanku na čelu s premijerom Plenkovićem i članovima Vlade na kojemu su sudjelovali predstavnici Stožera civilne zaštite, ravnatelji bolnica svih županija, kao i predstavnici županijskih zavoda za javno zdravstvo.

- Na sastanku su premijer i svi sudionici sjednice zahvalili svim sudionicima zdravstvenog sustava na nesebičnoj borbi, trudu, rezultatima koji su se postigli tijekom skoro dvije godine borbe protiv covid-19 pandemije. Tematizirani su dosadašnji izazovi, trenutno stanje i perspektiva koja nas očekuje vezano uz pojavu omikron varijante. Izrazilo se opće zadovoljstvo snagama i rezultatima koje je uložio zdravstveni sustav, pokazao je zaista jednu žilavost, kazao je dr. Bekić te dodao:
- Naše brojke testiranih najveće su do sada od pojave pandemije u smislu pozitivnih nalaza tako da su današnji, a po svemu sudeći će i ovi sutrašnji rezultati ići na oko 45 posto covid pozitivnih u odnosu na ukupan broj testiranih. Što se tiče pacijenata, prošli tjedan smo imali priličan pad broja pacijenata. Prošli tjedan smo započeli s dvadesetak hospitaliziranih, danas je ta brojka oko 35, što znači da ipak dolazi do postupnog porasta, ali ćemo vidjeti hoće li ovaj porast broja inficiranih rezultirati porastom broja hospitaliziranih, naveo je Bekić.
Na pitanje može li se očekivati daljnji rast inficiranih i hospitaliziranih s obzirom na blagdane, ravnatelj OB Dubrovnik odgovara:
- Ovaj je rast vjerojatno bio posljedica povećanog broja neposrednih kontakata i druženja tijekom Badnjeg dana i Božića, a preostaje nam vidjeti hoće li tako ostati i poslije Nove godine. Trenutno raspolažemo s 81 posteljom, 12 mjesta u Jedinici intenzivnog liječenja i 17 stacionarnih respiratora. Zaista, pratimo situaciju iz sata u sat.Tijekom prošlog tjedna promišljali smo o vraćanju hladnog programa koji smo suspendirali prije nekih mjesec dana, međutim, nove brojke zaista nam daju za pravo da nastavimo s odlaganjem hladnog programa dok ne vidimo kako će ići situacija, napominje dr. Bekić.

- Apsolutno! Jer, znamo da je tijekom prvog vala pandemije inkubacija bila otprilike sedam do desetak dana, ovo vrijeme inkubacije je dosta kraće, veliki je broj zaraženih, a vrijeme inkubacije ukazuje na to da je po svoj prilici kod nas stigla omikron varijanta virusa, zaključio je prvi čovjek OB Dubrovnik.

U Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj županiji u utorak je zabilježen rekordan broj novozaraženih, ukupno ih je 333, a ravnatelj Opće bolnice Dubrovnik, dr. Marijo Bekić video-vezom sudjelovao je na sastanku na čelu s premijerom Plenkovićem i članovima Vlade na kojemu su sudjelovali predstavnici Stožera civilne zaštite, ravnatelji bolnica svih županija, kao i predstavnici županijskih zavoda za javno zdravstvo.

- Na sastanku su premijer i svi sudionici sjednice zahvalili svim sudionicima zdravstvenog sustava na nesebičnoj borbi, trudu, rezultatima koji su se postigli tijekom skoro dvije godine borbe protiv covid-19 pandemije. Tematizirani su dosadašnji izazovi, trenutno stanje i perspektiva koja nas očekuje vezano uz pojavu omikron varijante. Izrazilo se opće zadovoljstvo snagama i rezultatima koje je uložio zdravstveni sustav, pokazao je zaista jednu žilavost, kazao je dr. Bekić te dodao:
- Naše brojke testiranih najveće su do sada od pojave pandemije u smislu pozitivnih nalaza tako da su današnji, a po svemu sudeći će i ovi sutrašnji rezultati ići na oko 45 posto covid pozitivnih u odnosu na ukupan broj testiranih. Što se tiče pacijenata, prošli tjedan smo imali priličan pad broja pacijenata. Prošli tjedan smo započeli s dvadesetak hospitaliziranih, danas je ta brojka oko 35, što znači da ipak dolazi do postupnog porasta, ali ćemo vidjeti hoće li ovaj porast broja inficiranih rezultirati porastom broja hospitaliziranih, naveo je Bekić.
Na pitanje može li se očekivati daljnji rast inficiranih i hospitaliziranih s obzirom na blagdane, ravnatelj OB Dubrovnik odgovara:
- Ovaj je rast vjerojatno bio posljedica povećanog broja neposrednih kontakata i druženja tijekom Badnjeg dana i Božića, a preostaje nam vidjeti hoće li tako ostati i poslije Nove godine. Trenutno raspolažemo s 81 posteljom, 12 mjesta u Jedinici intenzivnog liječenja i 17 stacionarnih respiratora. Zaista, pratimo situaciju iz sata u sat.Tijekom prošlog tjedna promišljali smo o vraćanju hladnog programa koji smo suspendirali prije nekih mjesec dana, međutim, nove brojke zaista nam daju za pravo da nastavimo s odlaganjem hladnog programa dok ne vidimo kako će ići situacija, napominje dr. Bekić.

No, je li opravdana sumnja kako je u Dubrovačko-neretvansku županiju stigao omikron?
- Apsolutno! Jer, znamo da je tijekom prvog vala pandemije inkubacija bila otprilike sedam do desetak dana, ovo vrijeme inkubacije je dosta kraće, veliki je broj zaraženih, a vrijeme inkubacije ukazuje na to da je po svoj prilici kod nas stigla omikron varijanta virusa, zaključio je prvi čovjek OB Dubrovnik.
