Jučer u Dubrovniku i danas u Stonu je na temu “Centar za gospodarenje otpadom Lučino razdolje-put do uništenja neprocjenjivog zavičaja” održana konferencija za novinare Domovinskog pokreta na kojoj je izlagao nekadašnji ministar zaštite okoliša i energetike Slaven Dobrović.

-Tri važne odlike Centra za gospodarenje otpadom Lučino Razdolje je: što je ekstremno skupo, najavljuje se ukupni investicijski trošak od pola milijarde kuna. Želi se izgraditi na kriminalno, zločinački izabranoj lokaciji-djevičanski čistom kršu, devastirajuće za akvakulturu Malostonskog zaljeva, izvora pitke vode i priobalnog dijela Dubrovačkog primorja. Ova vlast je nesposobna za postizanje i sadašnjih, a kamoli budućih sektorskih ciljeva, odnosno stope recikliranja, kazao je Dobrović.

-U vrijeme kad sam bio ministar, došao sam u Dubrovnik, tada je Vlahušić bio gradonačelnik, a župan isti kao i danas. Rekli su kako im je jako važan projekt Centra za gospodarenje otpadom, a ja sam im rekao kako im to uopće ne treba. Pitao sam ih gdje vam je sustav? Morate imati sortirnicu, kompostere, gdje vam je to?

Dobrović je naglasio kako ipak postoji alternativa.

-Treba napraviti reciklažni centar na platou saniranog odlagališta Grabovica, sortirnicu plus kompostište, centar za ponovnu uporabu i reciklažna dvorišta. Prednosti su: ispunjavanje sektorskih ciljeva, sortirnica i kompostiranje i do 90% otpada, jeftinije čak 10 puta i nema nove ugroze za okoliš!

Bivši je ministar bio sarkastičan prema županijskoj vlasti.

-Ipak sve ovo ima jednu manu, a to je kako je ovo sve što sam naveo prejeftino za one koji u naše ime već godinama troše golemi javni novac.

Dobrović je više puta u medijima naglašavao opasnost CGO-a u Lučinom Razdolju i pitao se zar je zbilja netko spreman zbog interesa ugroziti vrijednost ovog kraja te se pitao tko će snositi odgovornost posljedica koje će plaćati iduće generacije.

Poruka je koju danas šaljemo s ovog mjesta kako nije točno da Centar kvalitetu dokazuje visokim cijenama, a prešućuje se opasnost. Nije točno da je to jedino rješenje! Alternativa je puno jeftinija i postiže cilj! Ona se tiče jedinica lokalne samouprave. Politika se mora provoditi odgovorno i donositi rješenja koja nisu klijentelističkog tipa, mi danas imamo struku koja navezana na klijentelu, oštar je bio Dobrović.

Jučer u Dubrovniku i danas u Stonu je na temu “Centar za gospodarenje otpadom Lučino razdolje-put do uništenja neprocjenjivog zavičaja” održana konferencija za novinare Domovinskog pokreta na kojoj je izlagao nekadašnji ministar zaštite okoliša i energetike Slaven Dobrović.

-Tri važne odlike Centra za gospodarenje otpadom Lučino Razdolje je: što je ekstremno skupo, najavljuje se ukupni investicijski trošak od pola milijarde kuna. Želi se izgraditi na kriminalno, zločinački izabranoj lokaciji-djevičanski čistom kršu, devastirajuće za akvakulturu Malostonskog zaljeva, izvora pitke vode i priobalnog dijela Dubrovačkog primorja. Ova vlast je nesposobna za postizanje i sadašnjih, a kamoli budućih sektorskih ciljeva, odnosno stope recikliranja, kazao je Dobrović.

-U vrijeme kad sam bio ministar, došao sam u Dubrovnik, tada je Vlahušić bio gradonačelnik, a župan isti kao i danas. Rekli su kako im je jako važan projekt Centra za gospodarenje otpadom, a ja sam im rekao kako im to uopće ne treba. Pitao sam ih gdje vam je sustav? Morate imati sortirnicu, kompostere, gdje vam je to?

Dobrović je naglasio kako ipak postoji alternativa.

-Treba napraviti reciklažni centar na platou saniranog odlagališta Grabovica, sortirnicu plus kompostište, centar za ponovnu uporabu i reciklažna dvorišta. Prednosti su: ispunjavanje sektorskih ciljeva, sortirnica i kompostiranje i do 90% otpada, jeftinije čak 10 puta i nema nove ugroze za okoliš!

Bivši je ministar bio sarkastičan prema županijskoj vlasti.

-Ipak sve ovo ima jednu manu, a to je kako je ovo sve što sam naveo prejeftino za one koji u naše ime već godinama troše golemi javni novac.

Dobrović je više puta u medijima naglašavao opasnost CGO-a u Lučinom Razdolju i pitao se zar je zbilja netko spreman zbog interesa ugroziti vrijednost ovog kraja te se pitao tko će snositi odgovornost posljedica koje će plaćati iduće generacije.

Poruka je koju danas šaljemo s ovog mjesta kako nije točno da Centar kvalitetu dokazuje visokim cijenama, a prešućuje se opasnost. Nije točno da je to jedino rješenje! Alternativa je puno jeftinija i postiže cilj! Ona se tiče jedinica lokalne samouprave. Politika se mora provoditi odgovorno i donositi rješenja koja nisu klijentelističkog tipa, mi danas imamo struku koja navezana na klijentelu, oštar je bio Dobrović.

Jučer u Dubrovniku i danas u Stonu je na temu “Centar za gospodarenje otpadom Lučino razdolje-put do uništenja neprocjenjivog zavičaja” održana konferencija za novinare Domovinskog pokreta na kojoj je izlagao nekadašnji ministar zaštite okoliša i energetike Slaven Dobrović.

-Tri važne odlike Centra za gospodarenje otpadom Lučino Razdolje je: što je ekstremno skupo, najavljuje se ukupni investicijski trošak od pola milijarde kuna. Želi se izgraditi na kriminalno, zločinački izabranoj lokaciji-djevičanski čistom kršu, devastirajuće za akvakulturu Malostonskog zaljeva, izvora pitke vode i priobalnog dijela Dubrovačkog primorja. Ova vlast je nesposobna za postizanje i sadašnjih, a kamoli budućih sektorskih ciljeva, odnosno stope recikliranja, kazao je Dobrović.

-U vrijeme kad sam bio ministar, došao sam u Dubrovnik, tada je Vlahušić bio gradonačelnik, a župan isti kao i danas. Rekli su kako im je jako važan projekt Centra za gospodarenje otpadom, a ja sam im rekao kako im to uopće ne treba. Pitao sam ih gdje vam je sustav? Morate imati sortirnicu, kompostere, gdje vam je to?

Dobrović je naglasio kako ipak postoji alternativa.

-Treba napraviti reciklažni centar na platou saniranog odlagališta Grabovica, sortirnicu plus kompostište, centar za ponovnu uporabu i reciklažna dvorišta. Prednosti su: ispunjavanje sektorskih ciljeva, sortirnica i kompostiranje i do 90% otpada, jeftinije čak 10 puta i nema nove ugroze za okoliš!

Bivši je ministar bio sarkastičan prema županijskoj vlasti.

-Ipak sve ovo ima jednu manu, a to je kako je ovo sve što sam naveo prejeftino za one koji u naše ime već godinama troše golemi javni novac.

Dobrović je više puta u medijima naglašavao opasnost CGO-a u Lučinom Razdolju i pitao se zar je zbilja netko spreman zbog interesa ugroziti vrijednost ovog kraja te se pitao tko će snositi odgovornost posljedica koje će plaćati iduće generacije.

Poruka je koju danas šaljemo s ovog mjesta kako nije točno da Centar kvalitetu dokazuje visokim cijenama, a prešućuje se opasnost. Nije točno da je to jedino rješenje! Alternativa je puno jeftinija i postiže cilj! Ona se tiče jedinica lokalne samouprave. Politika se mora provoditi odgovorno i donositi rješenja koja nisu klijentelističkog tipa, mi danas imamo struku koja navezana na klijentelu, oštar je bio Dobrović.
