Premda je glavna turistička sezona već iza nas, skladišta brojnih dubrovačkih ugostiteljskih objekata su trenutačno puna. Razlog  nisu kalkulacije vlasnika koji su možda odlučili kupiti veće količine hrane i pića kako bi  uštedjeli zbog kroničnog rasta  cijena, već nepovratna staklena ambalaža koja se prikuplja još od konca proljeća.

Nakon što smo od par ugostitelja doznali za  taj problem, posebno uočljiv u povijesnoj jezgri Dubronika, pokušali smo doznati uzrok neodvoza staklenog otpada. Naime, dok građani staklo odlažu u posebne kontejnere, trgovci i ugostitelji to ne smiju, o čemu u tvrtki Čistoća Dubrovnik direktor Marko Iveković kaže:- Pravne osobe su u obvezi zbrinuti staklenu ambalažu u suradnji s ovlaštenim oporabiteljem te ispuniti prateću dokumentaciju, voditi očevidnik o nastanku i tijeku otpada, a dužne su samostalno kontaktirati bilo kojeg ovlaštenog oporabitelja na području Hrvatske kako bi zbrinuli vlastiti otpad sukladno važećim zakonima. Do sada nismo imali upita za odvoz staklene ambalaže. Pri zaprimanju upita te ovisno o količini ambalaže spremni smo izraditi ponudu za prikupljanje i zbrinjavanje iste u suradnji s ovlaštenim oporabiteljem.

Kontaktirali smo i tvrtku Respekt d.o.o. iz Metkovića koja je koncesionar odvoza ambalažnog otpada za Dubrovačko-neretvansku županiju i doznali kako planiraju do konca studenog odvesti sav stakleni otpad:- Ove je godine turistička sezona počela dva mjeseca ranije i još traje, za razliku od lani kad je trajala do sredine listopada. S Dubrovnikom je sve još teže jer imamo problem teško dostupnih objekata, pri čemu moramo plaćati i posebne takse za vozila veće nosivosti, što se u ugovoru s Fondom za zaštitu okoliša uopće ne spominje niti nam se taj trošak uopće nadoknađuje- ističe direktor Respekta Tomislav Mandić i dodaje:

-Problem predstavlja i činjenica da, sve do završetka Stonske obilaznice, teški kamioni sa staklenim ambalažnim otpadom ne smiju preko Pelješkog mosta niti kroz Ston, nego moramo voziti kroz Neum što zahtjeva posebnu proceduru. Godišnje iz Dubrovnika vozimo više od 20 tura, a u svakoj po dva kontejnera u kojima je po 8 do 10 tona stakla! A za svaku turu mi u Dubrovnik moramo doći prije 5 sati ujutrokako bi preuzeli staklenu ambalažu i potom što prije natrag. Jer, pokazalo se da nam je nakon 7- 7,15 sati nemoguće izaći iz prometnih gužvi. No, to je problem cijele Dalmacije, što u kontinentalnom dijelu Hrvatske teško razumiju- naglašava Mandić.

Odvoz samo kupcima

Za odvoz staklene ambalaže skrbe i neki veleprodajni lanci, među kojima su Velpro, Ba-com i Roto Dinamic. I dok se na telefon potonje nitko nije javljao, na upit o tom odvozu u Velprou nisu imali komentar, ali smo neslužbeno doznali kako ambalažu odvoze samo od trgovaca i ugostitelja s kojima imaju ugovor, odnosno od pravnih subjekata koji su njihovi kupci, što su nam odgovorili i u tvrtki Ba-com.

Premda je glavna turistička sezona već iza nas, skladišta brojnih dubrovačkih ugostiteljskih objekata su trenutačno puna. Razlog  nisu kalkulacije vlasnika koji su možda odlučili kupiti veće količine hrane i pića kako bi  uštedjeli zbog kroničnog rasta  cijena, već nepovratna staklena ambalaža koja se prikuplja još od konca proljeća.

Nakon što smo od par ugostitelja doznali za  taj problem, posebno uočljiv u povijesnoj jezgri Dubronika, pokušali smo doznati uzrok neodvoza staklenog otpada. Naime, dok građani staklo odlažu u posebne kontejnere, trgovci i ugostitelji to ne smiju, o čemu u tvrtki Čistoća Dubrovnik direktor Marko Iveković kaže:- Pravne osobe su u obvezi zbrinuti staklenu ambalažu u suradnji s ovlaštenim oporabiteljem te ispuniti prateću dokumentaciju, voditi očevidnik o nastanku i tijeku otpada, a dužne su samostalno kontaktirati bilo kojeg ovlaštenog oporabitelja na području Hrvatske kako bi zbrinuli vlastiti otpad sukladno važećim zakonima. Do sada nismo imali upita za odvoz staklene ambalaže. Pri zaprimanju upita te ovisno o količini ambalaže spremni smo izraditi ponudu za prikupljanje i zbrinjavanje iste u suradnji s ovlaštenim oporabiteljem.

Kontaktirali smo i tvrtku Respekt d.o.o. iz Metkovića koja je koncesionar odvoza ambalažnog otpada za Dubrovačko-neretvansku županiju i doznali kako planiraju do konca studenog odvesti sav stakleni otpad:- Ove je godine turistička sezona počela dva mjeseca ranije i još traje, za razliku od lani kad je trajala do sredine listopada. S Dubrovnikom je sve još teže jer imamo problem teško dostupnih objekata, pri čemu moramo plaćati i posebne takse za vozila veće nosivosti, što se u ugovoru s Fondom za zaštitu okoliša uopće ne spominje niti nam se taj trošak uopće nadoknađuje- ističe direktor Respekta Tomislav Mandić i dodaje:

-Problem predstavlja i činjenica da, sve do završetka Stonske obilaznice, teški kamioni sa staklenim ambalažnim otpadom ne smiju preko Pelješkog mosta niti kroz Ston, nego moramo voziti kroz Neum što zahtjeva posebnu proceduru. Godišnje iz Dubrovnika vozimo više od 20 tura, a u svakoj po dva kontejnera u kojima je po 8 do 10 tona stakla! A za svaku turu mi u Dubrovnik moramo doći prije 5 sati ujutrokako bi preuzeli staklenu ambalažu i potom što prije natrag. Jer, pokazalo se da nam je nakon 7- 7,15 sati nemoguće izaći iz prometnih gužvi. No, to je problem cijele Dalmacije, što u kontinentalnom dijelu Hrvatske teško razumiju- naglašava Mandić.

Odvoz samo kupcima

Za odvoz staklene ambalaže skrbe i neki veleprodajni lanci, među kojima su Velpro, Ba-com i Roto Dinamic. I dok se na telefon potonje nitko nije javljao, na upit o tom odvozu u Velprou nisu imali komentar, ali smo neslužbeno doznali kako ambalažu odvoze samo od trgovaca i ugostitelja s kojima imaju ugovor, odnosno od pravnih subjekata koji su njihovi kupci, što su nam odgovorili i u tvrtki Ba-com.

Odvoz stotine tona stakla otežavaju skupe gradske takse za teške kamione koje Fond ne priznaje kao trošak, ali i zakrčene prometnice

Premda je glavna turistička sezona već iza nas, skladišta brojnih dubrovačkih ugostiteljskih objekata su trenutačno puna. Razlog  nisu kalkulacije vlasnika koji su možda odlučili kupiti veće količine hrane i pića kako bi  uštedjeli zbog kroničnog rasta  cijena, već nepovratna staklena ambalaža koja se prikuplja još od konca proljeća.

Nakon što smo od par ugostitelja doznali za  taj problem, posebno uočljiv u povijesnoj jezgri Dubronika, pokušali smo doznati uzrok neodvoza staklenog otpada.
