Privatni smještaj u Dubrovniku na visokoj je razini i po kvaliteti prati hotele, poruka je 10. Foruma obiteljskog smještaja u Dubrovniku. Turistička zajednica grada Dubrovnika, organizator jubilarnog Foruma, privatnim je iznajmljivačima predstavila aplikacije mVisitor te ‘Plaja‘, na kojoj se nalaze sve gradske plaže. Barbara Marković, predsjednica Hrvatske udruge obiteljskog smještaja, istaknula je Dubrovnik kao sinonim uspjeha u turizmu i luksuznog smještaja.

- Vlasnike obiteljskog smještaja i u Dubrovniku muči ulazak u sustav PDV-a, osobito stoga što je zadani prag ovdje lako dohvatljiv. Bila bih sretna kad bi se porez na dodanu vrijednost smanjio s 25 na 13 posto. Kako bi izbjegli ulazak u sustav PDV-a, mnogi zatvaraju svoj smještaj 1. rujna. Nadalje, iznajmljivače treba uputiti u ispravno ispisivanje računa jer je očito da značajan dio njih nije dovoljno dobro informiran. Na račun, naime, treba upisati bruto iznos, s uključenom provizijom platforme preko koje se iznajmljuje. Mnogi upisuju neto iznos jer su neupućeni ili možda žele izbjeći ulazak u PDV – kaže Barbara Marković, predsjednica Hrvatske udruge privatnog smještaja.

S porastom troškova i drastičnim povećanjem paušalnog poreza na dohodak u mnogim obalnim gradovima, ove godine rastu i cijene noćenja u obiteljskom smještaju na hrvatskoj obali.

- Cijene obiteljskog smještaja u Dalmaciji su 15-ak posto više nego lani, iako to ovisi i o samoj destinaciji i potražnji. Kako je rečeno na Forumu, Dubrovnik nema problema s potražnjom. Najave za sezonu već od Uskrsa su vrlo dobre. Veliki značaj imaju zračne veze Dubrovnika sa Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama i ostalim odredištima. Ovaj je grad ipak sinonim luksuza i boutique destinacije. Sezona u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji, koja je djelomično i autodestinacija, ipak počinje nešto kasnije nego u Dubrovniku. Ono što je Dubrovniku uspjelo, smanjiti sezonalnost, nešto je čemu Split teži. S druge strane, moram priznati da Dubrovnik želi postići nešto više cijene obiteljskog smještaja u visokoj sezoni kakve ima Split – komentira Barbara Marković.

Privatni smještaj u Dubrovniku na visokoj je razini i po kvaliteti prati hotele, poruka je 10. Foruma obiteljskog smještaja u Dubrovniku. Turistička zajednica grada Dubrovnika, organizator jubilarnog Foruma, privatnim je iznajmljivačima predstavila aplikacije mVisitor te ‘Plaja‘, na kojoj se nalaze sve gradske plaže. Barbara Marković, predsjednica Hrvatske udruge obiteljskog smještaja, istaknula je Dubrovnik kao sinonim uspjeha u turizmu i luksuznog smještaja.

- Vlasnike obiteljskog smještaja i u Dubrovniku muči ulazak u sustav PDV-a, osobito stoga što je zadani prag ovdje lako dohvatljiv. Bila bih sretna kad bi se porez na dodanu vrijednost smanjio s 25 na 13 posto. Kako bi izbjegli ulazak u sustav PDV-a, mnogi zatvaraju svoj smještaj 1. rujna. Nadalje, iznajmljivače treba uputiti u ispravno ispisivanje računa jer je očito da značajan dio njih nije dovoljno dobro informiran. Na račun, naime, treba upisati bruto iznos, s uključenom provizijom platforme preko koje se iznajmljuje. Mnogi upisuju neto iznos jer su neupućeni ili možda žele izbjeći ulazak u PDV – kaže Barbara Marković, predsjednica Hrvatske udruge privatnog smještaja.

S porastom troškova i drastičnim povećanjem paušalnog poreza na dohodak u mnogim obalnim gradovima, ove godine rastu i cijene noćenja u obiteljskom smještaju na hrvatskoj obali.

- Cijene obiteljskog smještaja u Dalmaciji su 15-ak posto više nego lani, iako to ovisi i o samoj destinaciji i potražnji. Kako je rečeno na Forumu, Dubrovnik nema problema s potražnjom. Najave za sezonu već od Uskrsa su vrlo dobre. Veliki značaj imaju zračne veze Dubrovnika sa Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama i ostalim odredištima. Ovaj je grad ipak sinonim luksuza i boutique destinacije. Sezona u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji, koja je djelomično i autodestinacija, ipak počinje nešto kasnije nego u Dubrovniku. Ono što je Dubrovniku uspjelo, smanjiti sezonalnost, nešto je čemu Split teži. S druge strane, moram priznati da Dubrovnik želi postići nešto više cijene obiteljskog smještaja u visokoj sezoni kakve ima Split – komentira Barbara Marković.
