Puno se stvari u životu svodi na stare mudrosti, od kojih je neke nezgodno citirati u javnom prostoru. Uglavnom, poslije jedne lijepe rabote nema kajanja, tako da će Župljanima sad na naplatu stići što su toliko općili oko trase buduće brze ceste prema aerodromu. Te ne bi da ide ovuda, ali ni onuda. Pa će sad dobiti novu staru magistralu, samo što će na crnom asfaltu bijelim slovima pisati - brza cesta, vozi polako.

Pelješki most spojio je Brijestu i Brisel. Hvala Ursuli von der Leyen i drugu Xi Jinpingu. Bez obzira što se puna crta nove ceste vuče skoro cijelim putem od Stona do Komarne, taj most je podignuo vrijednost nekretnina, olakšao nam život naročito u ljetno vrijeme i obradovao nas na stotinu malih načina. Međutim, usko grlo će se prenijeti istočnije, prema Župi i Konavlima. I svi će nam biti krivi osim nas samih. Jer smo mi odavno željeli brzu cestu. Samo ne u našem dvorištu.

Stalno okrenuti prošlosti (nekad slavnoj, a nekad baš i ne), teško nam pada planiranje budućnosti. Ali kladionice nam dobro idu pa evo i mog doprinosa. Spreman sam uložiti koju kunu u okladu oko toga što će uslijediti za godinu, dvije. Presretni zbog šengena i eura, nismo baš previše razmišljali što će nam se događati na granici.

A naznake toga dogodile su nam se već za Božić, samo što je tranzitna kolona za Albaniju i Crnu Goru počinjala negdje na Grudi, a ubuduće bi se prometni čep mogao stvoriti već od Čilipa. Policija će reći kako je sve spremno za šengen. Uostalom, šengenska pravila smo usvojili već odavno, zar ne?

Jesmo, a evo kako... I na Brgatu i na Karasovićima čeka se u jednoj koloni (na Neumu također, ali to je sad sporedna ruta). Nema segregacije putnika na građane EU i ostale. Tako da svi čekaju u jednoj koloni koja će ovog ljeta i pred velike blagdane biti duža iz godine u godinu jer najbliži i najlakši put prema Albaniji i Crnoj Gori doista vodi preko Dubrovnika. OK, navikli smo na jednu kolonu pa što? E pa vježbajte naviku jer bi od svibnja ove godine trebala početi implementacija “Entry-Exit sustava”. U prijevodu - da ‘prostite - sve što uđe, mora izaći.

Puno se stvari u životu svodi na stare mudrosti, od kojih je neke nezgodno citirati u javnom prostoru. Uglavnom, poslije jedne lijepe rabote nema kajanja, tako da će Župljanima sad na naplatu stići što su toliko općili oko trase buduće brze ceste prema aerodromu. Te ne bi da ide ovuda, ali ni onuda. Pa će sad dobiti novu staru magistralu, samo što će na crnom asfaltu bijelim slovima pisati - brza cesta, vozi polako.

Pelješki most spojio je Brijestu i Brisel. Hvala Ursuli von der Leyen i drugu Xi Jinpingu. Bez obzira što se puna crta nove ceste vuče skoro cijelim putem od Stona do Komarne, taj most je podignuo vrijednost nekretnina, olakšao nam život naročito u ljetno vrijeme i obradovao nas na stotinu malih načina. Međutim, usko grlo će se prenijeti istočnije, prema Župi i Konavlima. I svi će nam biti krivi osim nas samih. Jer smo mi odavno željeli brzu cestu. Samo ne u našem dvorištu.

Stalno okrenuti prošlosti (nekad slavnoj, a nekad baš i ne), teško nam pada planiranje budućnosti. Ali kladionice nam dobro idu pa evo i mog doprinosa. Spreman sam uložiti koju kunu u okladu oko toga što će uslijediti za godinu, dvije. Presretni zbog šengena i eura, nismo baš previše razmišljali što će nam se događati na granici.

A naznake toga dogodile su nam se već za Božić, samo što je tranzitna kolona za Albaniju i Crnu Goru počinjala negdje na Grudi, a ubuduće bi se prometni čep mogao stvoriti već od Čilipa. Policija će reći kako je sve spremno za šengen. Uostalom, šengenska pravila smo usvojili već odavno, zar ne?

Jesmo, a evo kako... I na Brgatu i na Karasovićima čeka se u jednoj koloni (na Neumu također, ali to je sad sporedna ruta). Nema segregacije putnika na građane EU i ostale. Tako da svi čekaju u jednoj koloni koja će ovog ljeta i pred velike blagdane biti duža iz godine u godinu jer najbliži i najlakši put prema Albaniji i Crnoj Gori doista vodi preko Dubrovnika. OK, navikli smo na jednu kolonu pa što? E pa vježbajte naviku jer bi od svibnja ove godine trebala početi implementacija “Entry-Exit sustava”. U prijevodu - da ‘prostite - sve što uđe, mora izaći.

Taj europski sustav za nadzor treba otežati prolaz ilegalaca, produljeni boravak osoba iz trećih zemalja i još par stvari. I da bi se to postiglo, osobama iz trećih zemalja, pa tako Crne Gore i Albanije, uzimat će se i biometrijski podaci. Dakle, lijepa fotka lica i otisak prstiju. Aerodrom u Briselu već ima ugrađene kamere i skener za otiske, ali najmanji je problem tu proceduru provesti na aerodromu gdje stotinu ljudi izađe iz jednog aviona.

Pokušajte zamisliti kako to izgleda s osobnim vozilima. Na cesti koja ima po jednu traku u oba smjera. Na graničnom prijelazu gdje ne postoji segregacija putnika, niti bi takva segregacija išta pomogla kad nema trake koja bi putnike razdvajala kilometrima prije samog graničnog prijelaza (kako su to napravili u Bugarskoj).

I kad je već sve tako dobro i ljudski organizirano da svi strpljivo čekamo u jednoj koloni, pokušajte tu kolonu vozila zamisliti ljeti, na 33 stupnja. U hladu. Bez vode. Bez WC-a. E to je pogled u budućnost.
