Kapelica s vratima na jugoistočnom kutu sakristije, na neki način danas je njezin sastavni dio. Pridodana joj je davno, jer je zapisano kako je „Pavao Franjin Pucić 8. kolovoza 1521. za mise na Gospinom oltaru kod sakristije“ dao određeni iznos. Iznad vrata kapelice na kamenu je natpis: „INDIVE ∙ TRINITATIS ∙ SACCELLUM ∙ SACRUM“ (Sveta kapelica Nedjeljivog Trojstva). Ovaj kamen iznad nadvratnika s natpisom zasigurno je naknadno „uguran“ između istočnog zida i natpisa na kamenu iznad „pila“, pa je pri ubacivanju tog kamena skraćena ukrašena kamena greda iznad umivaonika. Kamena greda s natpisom iznad praga kapelice, napravljena je po uzoru na onu iznad umivaonika i u više detalja joj je slična, a natpis je izveden stisnutim slovima i kraticama, jer za tako dugi tekst tu nije bilo dosta mjesta. Riječ „Indive“ je skraćena a glasi „Individue“. U riječi „sacellum“ napisano je jedno „c“ više, pa kad bi riječ uzeli tako natpis bi promijenio smisao. Slovo je ubacio klesar koji naravno nije znao latinski. Očita naknadna intervencija iznad nadvratnika kapelice upućuje na to kako ona prije nije nosila ime Presvetog Trojstva, nego ga je dobila naknadno po slici koja je sada u njoj na jednostavnom drvenom oltaru, a na kojoj je predočena scena kako Presveto Trojstvo (Otac, Sin i Duh Sveti) kruni Blaženu Djevicu Mariju. Slika je restaurirana u Rijeci 2007., a dokumentacija o restauraciji pokazuje kako je na njezinom prijašnjem drvenom podokviru bio jedan francuski natpis, što upućuje na francuskog autora.

Na južnom zidu kapelice nadgrobna je crna mramorna ploča s natpisom: „CONDITUR HOC FRANCISCA BONA DE GENTE SEPULCRO GUNDULA …“. Natpis u čitavom prijevodu glasi: „U ovom grobu sahranjena je Franciska Gundulić od roda Bunić uskoro moćna dvostrukim plemstvom, slavna po pobožnosti, znamenita po poštenju, zaručena za Sigismunda odlikovala se čašću carskog križa. Što koriste zlatni ključ, bogatstvo i imena ako prerana smrt iziskuje zadnji dan. Dok te muž, sjećajući te se, u suzama i u ljubavi ispraća, sam zaboravlja svoj život. Umrla je dana 21. veljače godine Gospodnje 1785.“ I ovaj zapis na kamenu u sakristijskoj kapelici posvećen supruzi Sigismunda Dominika Gundulića (1712-1800) člana obiteljske loze slavnog pjesnika Ivana Gundulića, koji je ukopan u crkvi Male braće, govori o vezi obitelji Gundulić s ovim samostanom. Vezu je potvrdila i Orsula Gundulić (1811-1844) koja je 18. siječnja 1839. samostanu oporučno ostavila sliku, moćnik i sve što je pripadalo njezinoj kućnoj kapeli, što je zabilježeno u arhivu gvardijanata. A nadgrobna ploča Gundulića koja je do 1963. bila u podu kapelice nalazi se danas u lapidariju pored stare ljekarne. Kapelica Presvetog Trojstva danas služi i kao prostor kroz kojeg se iz sakristije komunicira s malim dvorištem. Uočljivo je ipak da to nije stalno bilo tako, jer su vrata iz kapelice prema dvorištu otvorena naknadno, o čemu svjedoči prilagođeni svodni kapitel iznad vrata. U dvorište, u kojem su također kao i u drugim prostorima bili grobovi, vjerojatno se u početku ulazilo direktno iz sakristije.

Kapelica s vratima na jugoistočnom kutu sakristije, na neki način danas je njezin sastavni dio. Pridodana joj je davno, jer je zapisano kako je „Pavao Franjin Pucić 8. kolovoza 1521. za mise na Gospinom oltaru kod sakristije“ dao određeni iznos. Iznad vrata kapelice na kamenu je natpis: „INDIVE ∙ TRINITATIS ∙ SACCELLUM ∙ SACRUM“ (Sveta kapelica Nedjeljivog Trojstva). Ovaj kamen iznad nadvratnika s natpisom zasigurno je naknadno „uguran“ između istočnog zida i natpisa na kamenu iznad „pila“, pa je pri ubacivanju tog kamena skraćena ukrašena kamena greda iznad umivaonika. Kamena greda s natpisom iznad praga kapelice, napravljena je po uzoru na onu iznad umivaonika i u više detalja joj je slična, a natpis je izveden stisnutim slovima i kraticama, jer za tako dugi tekst tu nije bilo dosta mjesta. Riječ „Indive“ je skraćena a glasi „Individue“. U riječi „sacellum“ napisano je jedno „c“ više, pa kad bi riječ uzeli tako natpis bi promijenio smisao. Slovo je ubacio klesar koji naravno nije znao latinski. Očita naknadna intervencija iznad nadvratnika kapelice upućuje na to kako ona prije nije nosila ime Presvetog Trojstva, nego ga je dobila naknadno po slici koja je sada u njoj na jednostavnom drvenom oltaru, a na kojoj je predočena scena kako Presveto Trojstvo (Otac, Sin i Duh Sveti) kruni Blaženu Djevicu Mariju. Slika je restaurirana u Rijeci 2007., a dokumentacija o restauraciji pokazuje kako je na njezinom prijašnjem drvenom podokviru bio jedan francuski natpis, što upućuje na francuskog autora.

Na južnom zidu kapelice nadgrobna je crna mramorna ploča s natpisom: „CONDITUR HOC FRANCISCA BONA DE GENTE SEPULCRO GUNDULA …“. Natpis u čitavom prijevodu glasi: „U ovom grobu sahranjena je Franciska Gundulić od roda Bunić uskoro moćna dvostrukim plemstvom, slavna po pobožnosti, znamenita po poštenju, zaručena za Sigismunda odlikovala se čašću carskog križa. Što koriste zlatni ključ, bogatstvo i imena ako prerana smrt iziskuje zadnji dan. Dok te muž, sjećajući te se, u suzama i u ljubavi ispraća, sam zaboravlja svoj život. Umrla je dana 21. veljače godine Gospodnje 1785.“ I ovaj zapis na kamenu u sakristijskoj kapelici posvećen supruzi Sigismunda Dominika Gundulića (1712-1800) člana obiteljske loze slavnog pjesnika Ivana Gundulića, koji je ukopan u crkvi Male braće, govori o vezi obitelji Gundulić s ovim samostanom. Vezu je potvrdila i Orsula Gundulić (1811-1844) koja je 18. siječnja 1839. samostanu oporučno ostavila sliku, moćnik i sve što je pripadalo njezinoj kućnoj kapeli, što je zabilježeno u arhivu gvardijanata. A nadgrobna ploča Gundulića koja je do 1963. bila u podu kapelice nalazi se danas u lapidariju pored stare ljekarne. Kapelica Presvetog Trojstva danas služi i kao prostor kroz kojeg se iz sakristije komunicira s malim dvorištem. Uočljivo je ipak da to nije stalno bilo tako, jer su vrata iz kapelice prema dvorištu otvorena naknadno, o čemu svjedoči prilagođeni svodni kapitel iznad vrata. U dvorište, u kojem su također kao i u drugim prostorima bili grobovi, vjerojatno se u početku ulazilo direktno iz sakristije.

Sakristija crkve Male braće: fra Stipe Nosić iznio je brojne zanimljivosti o kapelici Presvetog Trojstva

Kapelica s vratima na jugoistočnom kutu sakristije, na neki način danas je njezin sastavni dio. Pridodana joj je davno, jer je zapisano kako je „Pavao Franjin Pucić 8. kolovoza 1521. za mise na Gospinom oltaru kod sakristije“ dao određeni iznos. Iznad vrata kapelice na kamenu je natpis: „INDIVE ∙ TRINITATIS ∙ SACCELLUM ∙ SACRUM“ (Sveta kapelica Nedjeljivog Trojstva). Ovaj kamen iznad nadvratnika s natpisom zasigurno je naknadno „uguran“ između istočnog zida i natpisa na kamenu iznad „pila“, pa je pri ubacivanju tog kamena skraćena ukrašena kamena greda iznad umivaonika. Kamena greda s natpisom iznad praga kapelice, napravljena je po uzoru na onu iznad umivaonika i u više detalja joj je slična, a natpis je izveden stisnutim slovima i kraticama, jer za tako dugi tekst tu nije bilo dosta mjesta. Riječ „Indive“ je skraćena a glasi „Individue“. U riječi „sacellum“ napisano je jedno „c“ više, pa kad bi riječ uzeli tako natpis bi promijenio smisao. Slovo je ubacio klesar koji naravno nije znao latinski. Očita naknadna intervencija iznad nadvratnika kapelice upućuje na to kako ona prije nije nosila ime Presvetog Trojstva, nego ga je dobila naknadno po slici koja je sada u njoj na jednostavnom drvenom oltaru, a na kojoj je predočena scena kako Presveto Trojstvo (Otac, Sin i Duh Sveti) kruni Blaženu Djevicu Mariju. Slika je restaurirana u Rijeci 2007., a dokumentacija o restauraciji pokazuje kako je na njezinom prijašnjem drvenom podokviru bio jedan francuski natpis, što upućuje na francuskog autora.
