Američke tajne službe ne polaze od toga da je "inozemni protivnik" odgovoran za takozvani "Havana-sindrom" koji se pojavio među američkim diplomatima. Riječ je o stotinama slučajeva oštećenja mozga i drugih simptoma koje su prijavili američki dužnosnici zaposleni u veleposlanstvima u više zemalja.
Brojni američki diplomati koji žive u Havani na Kubi i njihove obitelji još od 2016. godine žalili su se na misteriozne glavobolje, gubitak sluha, vrtoglavicu i mučninu. Broj osoblja zaposlenoga u tom veleposlanstvu tad je smanjen na minimum. Kasnije su slične žalbe stizale i iz drugih krajeva svijeta. Američka vlada dugo nije isključivala mogućnost da se pri tome radi o nekoj vrsti napada - ali se uvijek isticalo da nije poznato što se krije iza toga.
Nema dokaza da je riječ o usmjerenoj energiji
U jednom nedavno objavljenom izvještaju tajnih službi dovode se u pitanje dugotrajne sumnje pogođenih da su možda bili meta globalne kampanje Rusije ili neke druge zemlje čiji cilj je bio da nekom vrstom usmjerene energije napadnu Amerikance, piše Deutsche Welle.
Umjesto toga, u izvještaju se navodi da postoji više dokaza da strane sile nisu umiješane u to. U pojedinim slučajevima, SAD je ustanovio da među protivničkim vladama postoji zabuna i sumnja da bi "Havana-sindrom" mogao biti američka zavjera.

Tajne službe istražile 1500 slučajeva širom svijeta
Još uvijek nema objašnjenja za te slučajeve, navedeno je u jednom ranijem izvještaju lista Washington Post. Riječ je o frustrirajućoj "zagonetci", citirao je taj list jednog od pripadnika američke tajne službe, koji je rekao da su oni otvoreni za nove ideje i dokaze.
Istražitelji su ispitali oko 1500 slučajeva u 96 zemalja. U mnogim od njih pronađena su druga moguća objašnjenja, kao što su medicinski razlozi, loša klimatizacija i ventilacija ili elektromagnetni valovi iz bezopasnih uređaja, poput kompjuterskog miša. Posebno detaljno je istraženo nešto više od dvadeset slučajeva. Nijedan od njih pak nije bio povezan s neprijateljskim napadom. Također nisu pronađeni dokazi da je protivnik Sjedinjenih Država posjedovao oružje kojim bi se mogli izazvati prijavljeni simptomi, piše DW.
Zdravstveni problemi američkih službenika i njihovih obitelji ne dovode se u pitanje, naglasio je direktor CIA-e William Burns. I dalje će se, kako je rekao, nastaviti obraćati pažnja na zdravlje i dobrobit zaposlenih te osigurati liječnička skrb za njih.
Žrtve govore o ciljanom napadu
Još prošle godine neovisni kolegij stručnjaka došao je do zaključka da su neki slučajevi "Havana-sindroma" mogli biti izazvani nekom vrstom ciljane upotrebe elektromagnetnog zračenja. Mnogi od pogođenih tvrde da su bili žrtve ciljanog napada. Uvijek iznova se Rusija spominje kao mogući počinitelj.

Američke tajne službe ne polaze od toga da je "inozemni protivnik" odgovoran za takozvani "Havana-sindrom" koji se pojavio među američkim diplomatima. Riječ je o stotinama slučajeva oštećenja mozga i drugih simptoma koje su prijavili američki dužnosnici zaposleni u veleposlanstvima u više zemalja.
Brojni američki diplomati koji žive u Havani na Kubi i njihove obitelji još od 2016. godine žalili su se na misteriozne glavobolje, gubitak sluha, vrtoglavicu i mučninu. Broj osoblja zaposlenoga u tom veleposlanstvu tad je smanjen na minimum. Kasnije su slične žalbe stizale i iz drugih krajeva svijeta. Američka vlada dugo nije isključivala mogućnost da se pri tome radi o nekoj vrsti napada - ali se uvijek isticalo da nije poznato što se krije iza toga.
Nema dokaza da je riječ o usmjerenoj energiji
U jednom nedavno objavljenom izvještaju tajnih službi dovode se u pitanje dugotrajne sumnje pogođenih da su možda bili meta globalne kampanje Rusije ili neke druge zemlje čiji cilj je bio da nekom vrstom usmjerene energije napadnu Amerikance, piše Deutsche Welle.
Umjesto toga, u izvještaju se navodi da postoji više dokaza da strane sile nisu umiješane u to. U pojedinim slučajevima, SAD je ustanovio da među protivničkim vladama postoji zabuna i sumnja da bi "Havana-sindrom" mogao biti američka zavjera.

Tajne službe istražile 1500 slučajeva širom svijeta
Još uvijek nema objašnjenja za te slučajeve, navedeno je u jednom ranijem izvještaju lista Washington Post. Riječ je o frustrirajućoj "zagonetci", citirao je taj list jednog od pripadnika američke tajne službe, koji je rekao da su oni otvoreni za nove ideje i dokaze.
Istražitelji su ispitali oko 1500 slučajeva u 96 zemalja. U mnogim od njih pronađena su druga moguća objašnjenja, kao što su medicinski razlozi, loša klimatizacija i ventilacija ili elektromagnetni valovi iz bezopasnih uređaja, poput kompjuterskog miša. Posebno detaljno je istraženo nešto više od dvadeset slučajeva. Nijedan od njih pak nije bio povezan s neprijateljskim napadom. Također nisu pronađeni dokazi da je protivnik Sjedinjenih Država posjedovao oružje kojim bi se mogli izazvati prijavljeni simptomi, piše DW.
Zdravstveni problemi američkih službenika i njihovih obitelji ne dovode se u pitanje, naglasio je direktor CIA-e William Burns. I dalje će se, kako je rekao, nastaviti obraćati pažnja na zdravlje i dobrobit zaposlenih te osigurati liječnička skrb za njih.
Žrtve govore o ciljanom napadu
Još prošle godine neovisni kolegij stručnjaka došao je do zaključka da su neki slučajevi "Havana-sindroma" mogli biti izazvani nekom vrstom ciljane upotrebe elektromagnetnog zračenja. Mnogi od pogođenih tvrde da su bili žrtve ciljanog napada. Uvijek iznova se Rusija spominje kao mogući počinitelj.
Prema pisanju Washington Posta, aktualni izvještaj gotovo u potpunosti opovrgava tu tezu. Oboljeli diplomati više puta su optuživali američku vladu da umanjuje ozbiljnost pojave
