Nakon napada psa na Kaštelanku, nasred plaže, usred bijela dana, u kojoj je gospođa zadobila srećom lakše tjelesne ozljede - vlasnik psa je novčano kažnjen, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

"Strogo" je kažnjen. Prava odgojna mjera. Mora uplatiti odmah 200 kuna u državni proračun.

Kažnjen je po Zakonu o prekršajima protiv javnog reda i mira, članak 30., koji precizno kaže kako onaj koji "bez nadzora drži životinju" duguje državi od 50 do 200 njemačkih maraka. Da, njemačkih maraka, ali to je neka druga priča. Ovaj iz naše priče je "kažnjen" sa 50 dm-a. Preračunato bi to bilo nekih 188 kuna, ali kuna više, kuna manje - dvije stotine okruglo.

Dvije stotine kuna, da dobro smo napisali! Ne, nismo zaboravili dodati dvije nule, nismo zaboravili niti jednu. Dvije stotine kuna za pretrpljeni strah, za zašivene rane, za kontrole stanja tetiva kod ortopeda, za tablete protiv bola i neprospavane noći.

Nakon napada psa na Kaštelanku, nasred plaže, usred bijela dana, u kojoj je gospođa zadobila srećom lakše tjelesne ozljede - vlasnik psa je novčano kažnjen, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

"Strogo" je kažnjen. Prava odgojna mjera. Mora uplatiti odmah 200 kuna u državni proračun.

Kažnjen je po Zakonu o prekršajima protiv javnog reda i mira, članak 30., koji precizno kaže kako onaj koji "bez nadzora drži životinju" duguje državi od 50 do 200 njemačkih maraka. Da, njemačkih maraka, ali to je neka druga priča. Ovaj iz naše priče je "kažnjen" sa 50 dm-a. Preračunato bi to bilo nekih 188 kuna, ali kuna više, kuna manje - dvije stotine okruglo.

Dvije stotine kuna, da dobro smo napisali! Ne, nismo zaboravili dodati dvije nule, nismo zaboravili niti jednu. Dvije stotine kuna za pretrpljeni strah, za zašivene rane, za kontrole stanja tetiva kod ortopeda, za tablete protiv bola i neprospavane noći.

Je li vrijeme za mijenjati Zakon, pitate? Rekli bi da je već - prošlo...

Vlasnik psa koji je harao kaštelanskom plažom ‘drastično‘ kažnjen, evo koliku globu je prekršajni sud ‘odrezao‘ nesavjesnom građaninu

Nakon napada psa na Kaštelanku, nasred plaže, usred bijela dana, u kojoj je gospođa zadobila srećom lakše tjelesne ozljede - vlasnik psa je novčano kažnjen, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

"Strogo" je kažnjen. Prava odgojna mjera. Mora uplatiti odmah 200 kuna u državni proračun.

Kažnjen je po Zakonu o prekršajima protiv javnog reda i mira, članak 30., koji precizno kaže kako onaj koji "bez nadzora drži životinju" duguje državi od 50 do 200 njemačkih maraka. Da, njemačkih maraka, ali to je neka druga priča. Ovaj iz naše priče je "kažnjen" sa 50 dm-a. Preračunato bi to bilo nekih 188 kuna, ali kuna više, kuna manje - dvije stotine okruglo.

Dvije stotine kuna, da dobro smo napisali! Ne, nismo zaboravili dodati dvije nule, nismo zaboravili niti jednu. Dvije stotine kuna za pretrpljeni strah, za zašivene rane, za kontrole stanja tetiva kod ortopeda, za tablete protiv bola i neprospavane noći.

Je li vrijeme za mijenjati Zakon, pitate? Rekli bi da je već - prošlo...
