Dječak rođen 2010. godine zaražen koronavirusom preminuo je rano ujutro u Klinici za infektivne bolesti "Dr. Fran Mihaljević", a obdukcijom će se utvrditi točan uzrok smrti. Prema informacijama iz bolnice, dječak u dobi od 11 godina i pet mjeseci samo dan prije dobio je simptome klasične za taj virus, visoku temperaturu, grlobolju, glavobolju i malaksalost, te je zaprimljen u bolnicu, no, nažalost, preminuo je već sljedeće jutro u 5.20 sati, piše Jutarnji.hr.

Prof. dr. Goran Tešović, pročelnik Zavoda za infektivne bolesti djece u Klinici "Dr. Fran Mihaljević", rekao je kako trenutne informacije govore da dijete nije imalo potvrđenih prijašnjih bolesti i da je kod dječaka potvrđen virus.

- Obdukcijom će se utvrditi točan uzrok smrti, no informacije kojima u ovom trenutku raspolažemo su da je dijete u četvrtak dobilo visoku temperaturu, grlobolju, glavobolju i malaksalost, što je uobičajena klinička slika. Riječ je o kratkotrajno bolesnom dječaku, njegova klinička slika bila je uobičajena slika covida-19 kod djece te dobi - kaže prof. Tešović. Napominje da su ovakvi ishodi vrlo rijetki, ali da se, nažalost, mogu dogoditi.

Prema informacijama medija, dječak se bavio sportom i živio je u zapadnom dijelu Zagreba, te je bio učenik petog razreda. Zbog velike tragedije njegovim kolegama iz razreda škola je ponudila psihološku pomoć.

Prof. dr. Milivoj Novak, pedijatar intenzivist iz KBC-a Zagreb, kaže da je za gotovo svu djecu covid-19 blaga bolest koja često bude asimptomatska ili sa simptomima klasičnima za bilo koju virozu. Detalje vezane uz preminulog dječaka ne zna i dodaje da treba pričekati obdukciju, a ako je uzrok vezan uz covid, smatra ga ekstremnim.

- Prema svim dosadašnjim iskustvima, gotovo sva djeca nemaju teže posljedice, minimalan broj ih je trebao hospitalizaciju, dok su smrtni ishodi ekstremno rijetki, pogotovo ako je dijete prethodno bilo zdravo - kaže prof. dr. Novak.

Da su ovakvi slučajevi iznimno rijetki, pokazuju i podaci Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo. Prema izvješću do 16. siječnja, od početka epidemije preminulo je troje djece u dobi od 0 do 9 godina pozitivne na covid-19, što je 0,01 posto svih umrlih, te četvero u dobi od 10 do 19 godina, što je 0,02 posto ukupno umrlih. Prema informacijama, od njih se za dvoje smatralo da su prethodno bili zdravi, za dječaka koji je jučer, nažalost, preminuo i za također 11-godišnjeg dječak koji je preminuo prije godinu dana. Naime, taj 11-godišnjak preminuo je 24. siječnja prošle godine od multiorganskog zatajenja kao posljedice koronavirusa i tada je bio najmlađi preminuli od te bolesti u Hrvatskoj. Prema podacima Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo, do 16. siječnja pozitivne testove dobilo je 36.145 djece u dobi do 9 godina, te 92.697 djece u dobi od 10 do 19 godina.

Dječak rođen 2010. godine zaražen koronavirusom preminuo je rano ujutro u Klinici za infektivne bolesti "Dr. Fran Mihaljević", a obdukcijom će se utvrditi točan uzrok smrti. Prema informacijama iz bolnice, dječak u dobi od 11 godina i pet mjeseci samo dan prije dobio je simptome klasične za taj virus, visoku temperaturu, grlobolju, glavobolju i malaksalost, te je zaprimljen u bolnicu, no, nažalost, preminuo je već sljedeće jutro u 5.20 sati, piše Jutarnji.hr.

Prof. dr. Goran Tešović, pročelnik Zavoda za infektivne bolesti djece u Klinici "Dr. Fran Mihaljević", rekao je kako trenutne informacije govore da dijete nije imalo potvrđenih prijašnjih bolesti i da je kod dječaka potvrđen virus.

- Obdukcijom će se utvrditi točan uzrok smrti, no informacije kojima u ovom trenutku raspolažemo su da je dijete u četvrtak dobilo visoku temperaturu, grlobolju, glavobolju i malaksalost, što je uobičajena klinička slika. Riječ je o kratkotrajno bolesnom dječaku, njegova klinička slika bila je uobičajena slika covida-19 kod djece te dobi - kaže prof. Tešović. Napominje da su ovakvi ishodi vrlo rijetki, ali da se, nažalost, mogu dogoditi.

Prema informacijama medija, dječak se bavio sportom i živio je u zapadnom dijelu Zagreba, te je bio učenik petog razreda. Zbog velike tragedije njegovim kolegama iz razreda škola je ponudila psihološku pomoć.

Prof. dr. Milivoj Novak, pedijatar intenzivist iz KBC-a Zagreb, kaže da je za gotovo svu djecu covid-19 blaga bolest koja često bude asimptomatska ili sa simptomima klasičnima za bilo koju virozu. Detalje vezane uz preminulog dječaka ne zna i dodaje da treba pričekati obdukciju, a ako je uzrok vezan uz covid, smatra ga ekstremnim.

- Prema svim dosadašnjim iskustvima, gotovo sva djeca nemaju teže posljedice, minimalan broj ih je trebao hospitalizaciju, dok su smrtni ishodi ekstremno rijetki, pogotovo ako je dijete prethodno bilo zdravo - kaže prof. dr. Novak.

Da su ovakvi slučajevi iznimno rijetki, pokazuju i podaci Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo. Prema izvješću do 16. siječnja, od početka epidemije preminulo je troje djece u dobi od 0 do 9 godina pozitivne na covid-19, što je 0,01 posto svih umrlih, te četvero u dobi od 10 do 19 godina, što je 0,02 posto ukupno umrlih. Prema informacijama, od njih se za dvoje smatralo da su prethodno bili zdravi, za dječaka koji je jučer, nažalost, preminuo i za također 11-godišnjeg dječak koji je preminuo prije godinu dana. Naime, taj 11-godišnjak preminuo je 24. siječnja prošle godine od multiorganskog zatajenja kao posljedice koronavirusa i tada je bio najmlađi preminuli od te bolesti u Hrvatskoj. Prema podacima Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo, do 16. siječnja pozitivne testove dobilo je 36.145 djece u dobi do 9 godina, te 92.697 djece u dobi od 10 do 19 godina.

Dječak rođen 2010. godine zaražen koronavirusom preminuo je rano ujutro u Klinici za infektivne bolesti "Dr. Fran Mihaljević", a obdukcijom će se utvrditi točan uzrok smrti. Prema informacijama iz bolnice, dječak u dobi od 11 godina i pet mjeseci samo dan prije dobio je simptome klasične za taj virus, visoku temperaturu, grlobolju, glavobolju i malaksalost, te je zaprimljen u bolnicu, no, nažalost, preminuo je već sljedeće jutro u 5.20 sati, piše Jutarnji.hr.

Prof. dr. Goran Tešović, pročelnik Zavoda za infektivne bolesti djece u Klinici "Dr. Fran Mihaljević", rekao je kako trenutne informacije govore da dijete nije imalo potvrđenih prijašnjih bolesti i da je kod dječaka potvrđen virus.

- Obdukcijom će se utvrditi točan uzrok smrti, no informacije kojima u ovom trenutku raspolažemo su da je dijete u četvrtak dobilo visoku temperaturu, grlobolju, glavobolju i malaksalost, što je uobičajena klinička slika. Riječ je o kratkotrajno bolesnom dječaku, njegova klinička slika bila je uobičajena slika covida-19 kod djece te dobi - kaže prof. Tešović. Napominje da su ovakvi ishodi vrlo rijetki, ali da se, nažalost, mogu dogoditi.

Prema informacijama medija, dječak se bavio sportom i živio je u zapadnom dijelu Zagreba, te je bio učenik petog razreda. Zbog velike tragedije njegovim kolegama iz razreda škola je ponudila psihološku pomoć.

Prof. dr. Milivoj Novak, pedijatar intenzivist iz KBC-a Zagreb, kaže da je za gotovo svu djecu covid-19 blaga bolest koja često bude asimptomatska ili sa simptomima klasičnima za bilo koju virozu. Detalje vezane uz preminulog dječaka ne zna i dodaje da treba pričekati obdukciju, a ako je uzrok vezan uz covid, smatra ga ekstremnim.

- Prema svim dosadašnjim iskustvima, gotovo sva djeca nemaju teže posljedice, minimalan broj ih je trebao hospitalizaciju, dok su smrtni ishodi ekstremno rijetki, pogotovo ako je dijete prethodno bilo zdravo - kaže prof. dr. Novak.

Da su ovakvi slučajevi iznimno rijetki, pokazuju i podaci Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo. Prema izvješću do 16. siječnja, od početka epidemije preminulo je troje djece u dobi od 0 do 9 godina pozitivne na covid-19, što je 0,01 posto svih umrlih, te četvero u dobi od 10 do 19 godina, što je 0,02 posto ukupno umrlih.
