U valu poskupljenja svega i svačega protekle godine rastu i kamate, posebno one na kredite. To s razlogom zabrinjava kreditno zadužene građane, kojih nije malo.
O kamatama se očitovala i viceguvernerka Hrvatske narodne banke Sandra Švaljek.
"Inflacija je porasla, što je iziskivalo reakciju središnjih banka. Zato su u eurosustavu kamate porasle za četiri posto, što je vrlo veliko podizanje i to se prelijeva na kamatne stope i na kredite. Vidimo da je u Hrvatskoj prijenos kamatnih stopa ispodprosječan. Više je razloga, banke su imale veliki višak likvidnosti, imali smo pad premije rizika, a kod stanovništva postoje zakonska ograničenja na kamate na stambene kredite", rekla je Švaljek za N1.

Ona je komentirala i povećane profite banaka te razliku kamatnih stopa za građane i za poduzeća.
inflacija je vrlo tvrdokorna
"Kod depozita stanovništva puno je manji rast kamatnih stopa nego kod poduzeća. Da, banke su imale veliki porast profitabilnosti. To se dogodilo jer čuvaju svoju kamatnu maržu, ali i zato jer HNB na višak obračunava depozitnu kamatnu stopu koja je prilično visoka. Ona ne samo da čuva profitabilnost banka nego je i povećava", rekla je Švaljek i dodala da su i kamatne stope na štednju počele polako rasti.
"Na više depozite kamatne stope više rastu nego na nižu. Očekujemo da će se to smanjiti. Mi u HNB-u namjeravamo objavljivati informativnu listu kamatnih stopa na depozite te bi građani mogli odlučiti gdje će deponirati svoj novac. Građani često ostavljaju novac u onoj banci gdje imaju tekući račun, ali upravo bi ih ta lista trebala potaknuti da vide da je preseljenje lako i vrlo moguće", objasnila je viceguvernerka HNB-a i dodala da kada bi rasle kamatne stope na depozite, rasle bi i one na kredite.

Što se tiče drugih zemalja, Švaljek kaže da HNB radi isto što i druge zemlje euro-područja i ne može provoditi druge politike. "Ta se politika pokazala djelotvornom i naša inflacija pada mjesecima zaredom. Ona je vrlo tvrdokorna, a dobar dio proizlazi iz činjenice da rastu cijene usluga jer postoji velika turistička potražnja. To vidimo i u Španjolskoj i Grčkoj, gdje dolazi do porasta stope inflacije. Nakon što prođe turistička sezona, možemo očekivati pad inflacije i stupanje na onu željenu stopu od dva posto", zaključila je Sandra Švaljek za N1.
Svakako potez HNB-a kao što je objava liste kamatnih stopa, koji je najavila viceguvernerka, treba pozdraviti. Građanima bi to trebalo donijeti nešto veće prinose, a banke potaknuti na konkurentsko ponašanje.

U valu poskupljenja svega i svačega protekle godine rastu i kamate, posebno one na kredite. To s razlogom zabrinjava kreditno zadužene građane, kojih nije malo.
O kamatama se očitovala i viceguvernerka Hrvatske narodne banke Sandra Švaljek.
"Inflacija je porasla, što je iziskivalo reakciju središnjih banka. Zato su u eurosustavu kamate porasle za četiri posto, što je vrlo veliko podizanje i to se prelijeva na kamatne stope i na kredite. Vidimo da je u Hrvatskoj prijenos kamatnih stopa ispodprosječan. Više je razloga, banke su imale veliki višak likvidnosti, imali smo pad premije rizika, a kod stanovništva postoje zakonska ograničenja na kamate na stambene kredite", rekla je Švaljek za N1.

Ona je komentirala i povećane profite banaka te razliku kamatnih stopa za građane i za poduzeća.

"Kod depozita stanovništva puno je manji rast kamatnih stopa nego kod poduzeća. Da, banke su imale veliki porast profitabilnosti. To se dogodilo jer čuvaju svoju kamatnu maržu, ali i zato jer HNB na višak obračunava depozitnu kamatnu stopu koja je prilično visoka. Ona ne samo da čuva profitabilnost banka nego je i povećava", rekla je Švaljek i dodala da su i kamatne stope na štednju počele polako rasti.
"Na više depozite kamatne stope više rastu nego na nižu. Očekujemo da će se to smanjiti. Mi u HNB-u namjeravamo objavljivati informativnu listu kamatnih stopa na depozite te bi građani mogli odlučiti gdje će deponirati svoj novac. Građani često ostavljaju novac u onoj banci gdje imaju tekući račun, ali upravo bi ih ta lista trebala potaknuti da vide da je preseljenje lako i vrlo moguće", objasnila je viceguvernerka HNB-a i dodala da kada bi rasle kamatne stope na depozite, rasle bi i one na kredite.

Što se tiče drugih zemalja, Švaljek kaže da HNB radi isto što i druge zemlje euro-područja i ne može provoditi druge politike. "Ta se politika pokazala djelotvornom i naša inflacija pada mjesecima zaredom. Ona je vrlo tvrdokorna, a dobar dio proizlazi iz činjenice da rastu cijene usluga jer postoji velika turistička potražnja. To vidimo i u Španjolskoj i Grčkoj, gdje dolazi do porasta stope inflacije. Nakon što prođe turistička sezona, možemo očekivati pad inflacije i stupanje na onu željenu stopu od dva posto", zaključila je Sandra Švaljek za N1.
Svakako potez HNB-a kao što je objava liste kamatnih stopa, koji je najavila viceguvernerka, treba pozdraviti. Građanima bi to trebalo donijeti nešto veće prinose, a banke potaknuti na konkurentsko ponašanje.
