Da bi mogao obaviti posao, odnosno sudjelovati na raspravi u parnici čija je vrijednost 5 milijuna kuna, odvjetnik Čičak je od ponedjeljka, od kada su se počele izdavati propusnice za putovanja između županija, uporno kontaktirao Stožer, od Nacionalnog stožera civilne zaštite, preko Stožera Grada Zagreba i opet nazad, da bi propusnicu dobio tek u srijedu nešto prije podneva, tri sata nakon što je održana rasprava na sudu u Splitu, donosi Jutarnji list.

- Počeo sam zvati u 10 ujutro u ponedjeljak, odmah prvi dan kada su se počeli zaprimati zahtjevi za propusnice. Bila je objavljena informacija da mi koji imamo poziv za ročišta na sudu možemo dobiti propusnicu. Zvao sam broj koji je bio objavljen, ali se nitko nije javio. Onda sam zvao broj Stožera grada Zagreba, ali je taj broj bio isključen. U 14.30 sati sam poslao zahtjev, a u 14.57 mi je vraćen mail da ću dobiti informaciju o propusnici. Nije stigla nikakva informacija. U 20.30 sam poslao mail na Nacionalni stožer jer nisam imao odgovor. Opet sam dobio automatizirani odgovor - opisao je odvjetnik Čičak prvi dan borbe za propusnicom.

U utorak ujutro je ponovo zvao sve telefonske brojeve koji su naznačeni u obavijestima o ograničenju kretanja, ali nikog nije mogao dobiti.

- Našao sam se u vremenskoj stisci. Riječ je o raspravi vrijednosti 5 milijuna kuna i ne mogu poslati bilo koga. To je prevažan spor. Da stvar bude gora, kolega iz Splita koji bi me mogao zamijeniti nije znao hoće li morati u samoizolaciju - ogorčeno govori odvjetnik.

U utorak predvečer je ponovno poslao mail Stožeru, ali nije bilo odgovora. - Mail da mi je odobrena propusnica stigao mi je u srijedu u 11.17 sati, tri sata nakon ročišta - nastavio je Čičak.

Zvao je voditeljicu postupka u Splitu, no ona mu je rekla kako je uredno zaprimio sudski poziv, da njegov odvjetnički ured ima pisarnicu u Splitu i da će ona održati raspravu. Sreća je što je ispalo da kolega iz Splita nije morao u izolaciju.

- Da nisam uspio poslati zamjenu, mogle su nastupiti ozbiljne posljedice. Da se kao zastupnik tužitelja nisam pojavio na sudu, sud je mogao nastaviti postupak mimo mene. Mogla je nastati velika šteta - rekao je odvjetnik i zapitao se koja je raaizlika između njega i kamiondžije koji može putovati iz jedne županije u drugu bez propusnice jer mu je dovoljan samo teretni list, a on ne može sa sudskim pozivom nego treba propusnicu.

- Ovakve mjere traže razmjernost, ako je 1 posto stanovništva zaražen, to nije razmjernost u odnosu na ostale. Neka budu face i neka vladajući aktiviraju članak 17. Ustava koji je predviđen za izvanredno stanje - ogorčen je odvjetnik Čičak, donosi Jutarnji list. Da bi mogao obaviti posao, odnosno sudjelovati na raspravi u parnici čija je vrijednost 5 milijuna kuna, odvjetnik Čičak je od ponedjeljka, od kada su se počele izdavati propusnice za putovanja između županija, uporno kontaktirao Stožer, od Nacionalnog stožera civilne zaštite, preko Stožera Grada Zagreba i opet nazad, da bi propusnicu dobio tek u srijedu nešto prije podneva, tri sata nakon što je održana rasprava na sudu u Splitu, donosi Jutarnji list.

- Počeo sam zvati u 10 ujutro u ponedjeljak, odmah prvi dan kada su se počeli zaprimati zahtjevi za propusnice. Bila je objavljena informacija da mi koji imamo poziv za ročišta na sudu možemo dobiti propusnicu. Zvao sam broj koji je bio objavljen, ali se nitko nije javio. Onda sam zvao broj Stožera grada Zagreba, ali je taj broj bio isključen. U 14.30 sati sam poslao zahtjev, a u 14.57 mi je vraćen mail da ću dobiti informaciju o propusnici. Nije stigla nikakva informacija. U 20.30 sam poslao mail na Nacionalni stožer jer nisam imao odgovor. Opet sam dobio automatizirani odgovor - opisao je odvjetnik Čičak prvi dan borbe za propusnicom.

U utorak ujutro je ponovo zvao sve telefonske brojeve koji su naznačeni u obavijestima o ograničenju kretanja, ali nikog nije mogao dobiti.

- Našao sam se u vremenskoj stisci. Riječ je o raspravi vrijednosti 5 milijuna kuna i ne mogu poslati bilo koga. To je prevažan spor. Da stvar bude gora, kolega iz Splita koji bi me mogao zamijeniti nije znao hoće li morati u samoizolaciju - ogorčeno govori odvjetnik.

U utorak predvečer je ponovno poslao mail Stožeru, ali nije bilo odgovora. - Mail da mi je odobrena propusnica stigao mi je u srijedu u 11.17 sati, tri sata nakon ročišta - nastavio je Čičak.

Zvao je voditeljicu postupka u Splitu, no ona mu je rekla kako je uredno zaprimio sudski poziv, da njegov odvjetnički ured ima pisarnicu u Splitu i da će ona održati raspravu. Sreća je što je ispalo da kolega iz Splita nije morao u izolaciju.

- Da nisam uspio poslati zamjenu, mogle su nastupiti ozbiljne posljedice. Da se kao zastupnik tužitelja nisam pojavio na sudu, sud je mogao nastaviti postupak mimo mene. Mogla je nastati velika šteta - rekao je odvjetnik i zapitao se koja je raaizlika između njega i kamiondžije koji može putovati iz jedne županije u drugu bez propusnice jer mu je dovoljan samo teretni list, a on ne može sa sudskim pozivom nego treba propusnicu.

- Ovakve mjere traže razmjernost, ako je 1 posto stanovništva zaražen, to nije razmjernost u odnosu na ostale. Neka budu face i neka vladajući aktiviraju članak 17. Ustava koji je predviđen za izvanredno stanje - ogorčen je odvjetnik Čičak, donosi Jutarnji list. PROPUSNICA GA KOŠTALA 5 MILIJUNA KUNA: ‘Imao sam parnicu, a propusnicu su mi odobrili 3 sata nakon ročišta‘

Zagrebački odvjetnik Alen Čičak u srijedu ujutro imao je zakazano ročište na sudu u Splitu. Da bi mogao obaviti posao, odnosno sudjelovati na raspravi u parnici čija je vrijednost 5 milijuna kuna, odvjetnik Čičak je od ponedjeljka, od kada su se počele izdavati propusnice za putovanja između županija, uporno kontaktirao Stožer, od Nacionalnog stožera civilne zaštite, preko Stožera Grada Zagreba i opet nazad, da bi propusnicu dobio tek u srijedu nešto prije podneva, tri sata nakon što je održana rasprava na sudu u Splitu, donosi Jutarnji list.

- Počeo sam zvati u 10 ujutro u ponedjeljak, odmah prvi dan kada su se počeli zaprimati zahtjevi za propusnice. Bila je objavljena informacija da mi koji imamo poziv za ročišta na sudu možemo dobiti propusnicu. Zvao sam broj koji je bio objavljen, ali se nitko nije javio. Onda sam zvao broj Stožera grada Zagreba, ali je taj broj bio isključen. U 14.30 sati sam poslao zahtjev, a u 14.57 mi je vraćen mail da ću dobiti informaciju o propusnici. Nije stigla nikakva informacija. U 20.30 sam poslao mail na Nacionalni stožer jer nisam imao odgovor. Opet sam dobio automatizirani odgovor - opisao je odvjetnik Čičak prvi dan borbe za propusnicom.

U utorak ujutro je ponovo zvao sve telefonske brojeve koji su naznačeni u obavijestima o ograničenju kretanja, ali nikog nije mogao dobiti.

- Našao sam se u vremenskoj stisci. Riječ je o raspravi vrijednosti 5 milijuna kuna i ne mogu poslati bilo koga. To je prevažan spor. Da stvar bude gora, kolega iz Splita koji bi me mogao zamijeniti nije znao hoće li morati u samoizolaciju - ogorčeno govori odvjetnik.

U utorak predvečer je ponovno poslao mail Stožeru, ali nije bilo odgovora. - Mail da mi je odobrena propusnica stigao mi je u srijedu u 11.17 sati, tri sata nakon ročišta - nastavio je Čičak.

Zvao je voditeljicu postupka u Splitu, no ona mu je rekla kako je uredno zaprimio sudski poziv, da njegov odvjetnički ured ima pisarnicu u Splitu i da će ona održati raspravu. Sreća je što je ispalo da kolega iz Splita nije morao u izolaciju.

- Da nisam uspio poslati zamjenu, mogle su nastupiti ozbiljne posljedice. Da se kao zastupnik tužitelja nisam pojavio na sudu, sud je mogao nastaviti postupak mimo mene. Mogla je nastati velika šteta - rekao je odvjetnik i zapitao se koja je raaizlika između njega i kamiondžije koji može putovati iz jedne županije u drugu bez propusnice jer mu je dovoljan samo teretni list, a on ne može sa sudskim pozivom nego treba propusnicu.

- Ovakve mjere traže razmjernost, ako je 1 posto stanovništva zaražen, to nije razmjernost u odnosu na ostale. Neka budu face i neka vladajući aktiviraju članak 17. Ustava koji je predviđen za izvanredno stanje - ogorčen je odvjetnik Čičak, donosi Jutarnji list.
