Mađarski premijer Viktor Orban donio je jučer prvu odluku temeljem prava koje je prigrabio uvođenjem izvanrednog stanja u Mađarskoj zbog, kako je obrazložio, rata u susjednoj državi. Već prva Orbanova mjera će sasvim sigurno oduševiti populiste, kao i pobornike autokratsko-diktatorskog načina vladanja: prisilit će velike kompanije da državi predaju "ekstraprofite".
Ti izvanredni prihodi mađarske države slijevat će se u dva fonda koji će ih pak koristiti za poticaje koji će spriječiti rast cijena te za razvoj oružanih snaga Mađarske. Jedan fond bit će posvećen "zaštiti infrastrukture" (ali nije precizno objašnjeno), a drugi vojnoj obrani Mađarske. Još nije poznato koliko će "ekstraprofita" velike kompanije morati uplaćivati u fondove. Orbanova formulacija iz videa u kojem je objavio izvanrednu mjeru glasi "veliki dio" profita.
Mnogi će skočiti od sreće na sam spomen oduzimanja "ekstraprofita" velikim kompanijama, a upravo u tome je temeljna opasnost Orbanovog autokratskog populizma u kojem on upravo demonstrira sve veću moć te se otvara pitanje na što je sve spreman, iako sve pravda zaštitom mađarskih obitelji, penzionera i radnih mjesta. Dugi rat u Ukrajini kao i politika sankcija EU zajedno će dovesti, poručuje Orban, do "drastičnog rasta cijena", što će spriječiti novcem internacionalnih kompanija, te će uz to hitno pokrenuti jačanja mađarskih vojnih snaga. U ovom kontekstu ključno je pitanje s kim teoretski Orban misli da bi mogao ratovati, pa stoga hitno jača oružane snage? U trenutku kad se energija svugdje tretira kao alternativa oružju, pitanje je i hoće li "rezanje cijena" zapravo imati prirodu strateškog interesnog pozicioniranja Mađarske prema EU i susjednim zemljama, donosi Jutarnji list.
Orban je najavio da će mjera vrijediti u 2022. i 2023. godini te će se odnositi na "velike internacionalne kompanije" u energetici, tvrtke u distribuciji i maloprodaji, zrakoplovne i telekomunikacijske kompanije. Orban je konstatirao kako su te kompanije zabilježile "ekstraprofite" tijekom rata u Ukrajini, ali još nije obrazložio koliki su ti profiti, kako su ih kompanije ostvarile te koliki dio profita će predati mađarskim državnim fondovima. U osnovi je Orban demonstrirao povećanje osobne političke moći.
"Mi tražimo i očekujemo od onih koji imaju ekstraprofite u ovoj ratnoj situaciji da pomognu ljudima te doprinesu vojnoj potrošnji zemlje", naglasio je Orban te je najavio detaljnije naputke.
Nakon Orbanove objave zabilježen je trenutačni pad forinte prema euru od 1,8 posto.
Iako se danas očekuju detalji kako će funkcionirati neobična Orbanova mjera koju je donio temeljem izvanrednih ovlasti, može se primijetiti visoka razina sličnosti funkcioniranja Orbanovog i Putinovog režima: I u Rusiji i u Mađarskoj vrh vlasti umrežen je s bogatim oligarsima te skupa tvore strukturu moći koja kontrolira društvo, ali su u tom odnosu milijarderi ti koji su u potpunosti podređeni autokratima; i Putinu i Orbanu. To je odnos u kojem postoji obostrana korist, ali u kojem oligarsi kao poduzetnici ne mogu očekivati zaštitu pravne države u slučaju da ih vladajući autokrat iz bilo kojeg razloga poželi uništiti, ili im oduzeti dio prihoda ("ekstraprofita"). Razlog za to je što i u Rusiji i u Mađarskoj samo vlada privid demokracije i pravne sigurnosti.

Mađarski premijer Viktor Orban donio je jučer prvu odluku temeljem prava koje je prigrabio uvođenjem izvanrednog stanja u Mađarskoj zbog, kako je obrazložio, rata u susjednoj državi. Ti izvanredni prihodi mađarske države slijevat će se u dva fonda koji će ih pak koristiti za poticaje koji će spriječiti rast cijena te za razvoj oružanih snaga Mađarske. Jedan fond bit će posvećen "zaštiti infrastrukture" (ali nije precizno objašnjeno), a drugi vojnoj obrani Mađarske. Još nije poznato koliko će "ekstraprofita" velike kompanije morati uplaćivati u fondove. Orbanova formulacija iz videa u kojem je objavio izvanrednu mjeru glasi "veliki dio" profita.
Mnogi će skočiti od sreće na sam spomen oduzimanja "ekstraprofita" velikim kompanijama, a upravo u tome je temeljna opasnost Orbanovog autokratskog populizma u kojem on upravo demonstrira sve veću moć te se otvara pitanje na što je sve spreman, iako sve pravda zaštitom mađarskih obitelji, penzionera i radnih mjesta. Dugi rat u Ukrajini kao i politika sankcija EU zajedno će dovesti, poručuje Orban, do "drastičnog rasta cijena", što će spriječiti novcem internacionalnih kompanija, te će uz to hitno pokrenuti jačanja mađarskih vojnih snaga. U ovom kontekstu ključno je pitanje s kim teoretski Orban misli da bi mogao ratovati, pa stoga hitno jača oružane snage? U trenutku kad se energija svugdje tretira kao alternativa oružju, pitanje je i hoće li "rezanje cijena" zapravo imati prirodu strateškog interesnog pozicioniranja Mađarske prema EU i susjednim zemljama, donosi Jutarnji list.
Orban je najavio da će mjera vrijediti u 2022. i 2023. godini te će se odnositi na "velike internacionalne kompanije" u energetici, tvrtke u distribuciji i maloprodaji, zrakoplovne i telekomunikacijske kompanije. Orban je konstatirao kako su te kompanije zabilježile "ekstraprofite" tijekom rata u Ukrajini, ali još nije obrazložio koliki su ti profiti, kako su ih kompanije ostvarile te koliki dio profita će predati mađarskim državnim fondovima. U osnovi je Orban demonstrirao povećanje osobne političke moći.
"Mi tražimo i očekujemo od onih koji imaju ekstraprofite u ovoj ratnoj situaciji da pomognu ljudima te doprinesu vojnoj potrošnji zemlje", naglasio je Orban te je najavio detaljnije naputke.
Nakon Orbanove objave zabilježen je trenutačni pad forinte prema euru od 1,8 posto.
Iako se danas očekuju detalji kako će funkcionirati neobična Orbanova mjera koju je donio temeljem izvanrednih ovlasti, može se primijetiti visoka razina sličnosti funkcioniranja Orbanovog i Putinovog režima: I u Rusiji i u Mađarskoj vrh vlasti umrežen je s bogatim oligarsima te skupa tvore strukturu moći koja kontrolira društvo, ali su u tom odnosu milijarderi ti koji su u potpunosti podređeni autokratima; i Putinu i Orbanu. To je odnos u kojem postoji obostrana korist, ali u kojem oligarsi kao poduzetnici ne mogu očekivati zaštitu pravne države u slučaju da ih vladajući autokrat iz bilo kojeg razloga poželi uništiti, ili im oduzeti dio prihoda ("ekstraprofita"). Razlog za to je što i u Rusiji i u Mađarskoj samo vlada privid demokracije i pravne sigurnosti.
