Procjenjuje se da je 200.000 djece u opasnosti da ove zime ostanu bez krova nad glavom, objavila je dobrotvorna organizacija Shelter. Anketa koju je proveo YouGov pokazala je da je 104.000 obitelji u privatnim iznajmljenim kućama primilo obavijesti o deložaciji u posljednja dva mjeseca ili su kasnile s najamninom te su u opasnosti da izgube svoje domove. Procjenjuje se da je 55.000 djece, zajedno s njihovim obiteljima, već deložirano u posljednja tri mjeseca, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Majci troje djece Kat iz Worthinga uručena je obavijest o deložaciji s datumom 18. siječnja 2022. i nije uspjela pronaći drugi dom. Uz brigu o svoja tri sina, u dobi od 15, 12 i osam godina, primalja Kat također se na puno radno vrijeme brine za rođaka s Parkinsonovom bolešću i demencijom. 

“Moja djeca imaju pravo osjećati se sigurno. Oni znaju da smo na rubu da postanemo beskućnici i to ima izravan utjecaj na njihovu psihičku dobrobit. To je apsolutno užasno. Čak i moj osmogodišnjak zna da ćemo biti deložirani. Kao roditelj, potpuno ste bespomoćni. Ipak, stvarno se bojim da ćemo ostati beskućnici i biti smješteni na neko užasno mjesto. Bojim se da će djeca pomisliti da sam ja kriva. Ne želim da pomisle da ih je nešto što sam ja učinila dovelo u tu situaciju”, očajna je Kat.

Istraživanje Sheltera također je pokazalo da bi se 71 posto podstanarskih obitelji ove zime, ako dođe do toga, mučilo s pronalaskom drugog doma, a 21 posto kaže da su njihova djeca znala da muku muče s plaćanjem stanarine. Od anketiranih, 11 posto je izjavilo da se njihova djeca brinu da će ostati beskućnici.

Izvršna direktorica Sheltera, Polly Neate, rekla je: “Nijedno dijete ne bi trebalo brinuti da će uskoro nakon Božića izgubiti dom, a kamoli 200.000. No, toliko će obitelji svaki dan provoditi s prijetnjom deložacije koja im se nadvila nad krovom, ne znajući hoće li i sljedeće godine imati dom. Obavijesti o deložaciji počele su stizati na otirače i naše službe rade 24 sata kako bi pomogle obiteljima koje nemaju kamo drugdje. Kao i prije, vlada mora intervenirati kako bi zaštitila ljude u svojim domovima. Hitno nam je potrebna veća podrška za podstanare kako bismo ih zaštitili od deložacije ove zime. Tisuće obitelji klate se na rubu litice. Samo uz podršku javnosti moći ćemo se i dalje javljati na pozive i pomoći što većem broju njih.”

Procjenjuje se da je 200.000 djece u opasnosti da ove zime ostanu bez krova nad glavom, objavila je dobrotvorna organizacija Shelter. Anketa koju je proveo YouGov pokazala je da je 104.000 obitelji u privatnim iznajmljenim kućama primilo obavijesti o deložaciji u posljednja dva mjeseca ili su kasnile s najamninom te su u opasnosti da izgube svoje domove. Procjenjuje se da je 55.000 djece, zajedno s njihovim obiteljima, već deložirano u posljednja tri mjeseca, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Majci troje djece Kat iz Worthinga uručena je obavijest o deložaciji s datumom 18. siječnja 2022. i nije uspjela pronaći drugi dom. Uz brigu o svoja tri sina, u dobi od 15, 12 i osam godina, primalja Kat također se na puno radno vrijeme brine za rođaka s Parkinsonovom bolešću i demencijom. 

“Moja djeca imaju pravo osjećati se sigurno. Oni znaju da smo na rubu da postanemo beskućnici i to ima izravan utjecaj na njihovu psihičku dobrobit. To je apsolutno užasno. Čak i moj osmogodišnjak zna da ćemo biti deložirani. Kao roditelj, potpuno ste bespomoćni. Ipak, stvarno se bojim da ćemo ostati beskućnici i biti smješteni na neko užasno mjesto. Bojim se da će djeca pomisliti da sam ja kriva. Ne želim da pomisle da ih je nešto što sam ja učinila dovelo u tu situaciju”, očajna je Kat.

Istraživanje Sheltera također je pokazalo da bi se 71 posto podstanarskih obitelji ove zime, ako dođe do toga, mučilo s pronalaskom drugog doma, a 21 posto kaže da su njihova djeca znala da muku muče s plaćanjem stanarine. Od anketiranih, 11 posto je izjavilo da se njihova djeca brinu da će ostati beskućnici.

Izvršna direktorica Sheltera, Polly Neate, rekla je: “Nijedno dijete ne bi trebalo brinuti da će uskoro nakon Božića izgubiti dom, a kamoli 200.000. No, toliko će obitelji svaki dan provoditi s prijetnjom deložacije koja im se nadvila nad krovom, ne znajući hoće li i sljedeće godine imati dom. Obavijesti o deložaciji počele su stizati na otirače i naše službe rade 24 sata kako bi pomogle obiteljima koje nemaju kamo drugdje. Kao i prije, vlada mora intervenirati kako bi zaštitila ljude u svojim domovima. Hitno nam je potrebna veća podrška za podstanare kako bismo ih zaštitili od deložacije ove zime. Tisuće obitelji klate se na rubu litice. Samo uz podršku javnosti moći ćemo se i dalje javljati na pozive i pomoći što većem broju njih.”

Poplava deložacija u Velikoj Britaniji: 200.000 djece bi ove zime moglo postati beskućnici, njih 55.000 u zadnja tri mjeseca već je izbačeno na ulicu

Procjenjuje se da je 200.000 djece u opasnosti da ove zime ostanu bez krova nad glavom, objavila je dobrotvorna organizacija Shelter. Anketa koju je proveo YouGov pokazala je da je 104.000 obitelji u privatnim iznajmljenim kućama primilo obavijesti o deložaciji u posljednja dva mjeseca ili su kasnile s najamninom te su u opasnosti da izgube svoje domove. Procjenjuje se da je 55.000 djece, zajedno s njihovim obiteljima, već deložirano u posljednja tri mjeseca, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Majci troje djece Kat iz Worthinga uručena je obavijest o deložaciji s datumom 18. siječnja 2022. i nije uspjela pronaći drugi dom. Uz brigu o svoja tri sina, u dobi od 15, 12 i osam godina, primalja Kat također se na puno radno vrijeme brine za rođaka s Parkinsonovom bolešću i demencijom. 

“Moja djeca imaju pravo osjećati se sigurno. Oni znaju da smo na rubu da postanemo beskućnici i to ima izravan utjecaj na njihovu psihičku dobrobit. To je apsolutno užasno. Čak i moj osmogodišnjak zna da ćemo biti deložirani. Kao roditelj, potpuno ste bespomoćni. Ipak, stvarno se bojim da ćemo ostati beskućnici i biti smješteni na neko užasno mjesto. Bojim se da će djeca pomisliti da sam ja kriva. Ne želim da pomisle da ih je nešto što sam ja učinila dovelo u tu situaciju”, očajna je Kat.

Istraživanje Sheltera također je pokazalo da bi se 71 posto podstanarskih obitelji ove zime, ako dođe do toga, mučilo s pronalaskom drugog doma, a 21 posto kaže da su njihova djeca znala da muku muče s plaćanjem stanarine. Od anketiranih, 11 posto je izjavilo da se njihova djeca brinu da će ostati beskućnici.

Izvršna direktorica Sheltera, Polly Neate, rekla je: “Nijedno dijete ne bi trebalo brinuti da će uskoro nakon Božića izgubiti dom, a kamoli 200.000. No, toliko će obitelji svaki dan provoditi s prijetnjom deložacije koja im se nadvila nad krovom, ne znajući hoće li i sljedeće godine imati dom. Obavijesti o deložaciji počele su stizati na otirače i naše službe rade 24 sata kako bi pomogle obiteljima koje nemaju kamo drugdje. Kao i prije, vlada mora intervenirati kako bi zaštitila ljude u svojim domovima. Hitno nam je potrebna veća podrška za podstanare kako bismo ih zaštitili od deložacije ove zime. Tisuće obitelji klate se na rubu litice. Samo uz podršku javnosti moći ćemo se i dalje javljati na pozive i pomoći što većem broju njih.”
