Godinu i pol dana prošlo je od velike USKOK-ove akcije na zadarskom području, kada je zbog sumnje u davanje i primanje mita uhićeno deset ljudi, od kojih su trojica bili porezni inspektori.

Optužnica u tom slučaju, podignuta u siječnju ove godine, još uvijek nije potvrđena budući da se tek treba odlučiti o zahtjevima obrane za izdvajanje nezakonitih dokaza, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

Ako ikad bude potvrđena, kako sada stvari stoje, na optuženičkoj klupi naći će se devet okrivljenih: porezni inspektori Robert Slavica (53) iz Šibenika, Žarko Gospić (66) i Zlatko Filipović (60) iz Zadra te Marin Dokoza (54), vlasnik tvrtke "Marino keramika" d.o.o., Branko Bungur (50) iz Zadra, vlasnik i odgovorna osoba firme "Slad" d.o.o., Davor Lulić (45), vlasnik tvrtke "Lulić" d.o.o., Ivan Lulić (73), odgovorna osoba firme "Mehanizacija" d.d., te Nino Šimunić (53) iz Zadra i Mito Mičić (55), vlasnik zadarskog lokala "Šime".

Lignje i bifteci

Jedini koji neće na suđenje je danas 67-godišnji Zef Mučaj (65) iz Nina, vlasnik pekare koji se, doznajemo, nagodio s USKOK-om. Osuđen je na osam mjeseci zatvora s rokom kušnje od dvije godine, a priznao je da je porezniku Gospiću jednom, u razdoblju od ožujka do kolovoza 2021. godine, dao najmanje jednom 1400 kuna mita da bi mu ovaj dojavljivao kad će kod njega u pekaru u nadzor doći njegovi kolege, ali i on osobno.

Kad bi dobio dojavu, naravno, Mučaj je prilagođavalo stanje u blagajni što se tiče fiskaliziranih računa pa nije imao problema s inspekcijama.

Gospić je takve informacije dojavljivao kako Mučaju, tako i Mičiću te još nekim vlasnicima kafića, mesaru, vlasniku pečenjarnice, trgovcima... Od Mučaja je dobio novac, a Mičić ga je, kao i njegovi kolege, častio večerama i ručkovima u svom restoranu "Šime", a inspektoru Gospiću je, kad god je ovaj tražio, davao lignje i bifteke.

USKOK, među ostalim, tereti poreznika Slavicu da je od 15. srpnja 2015. do kraja listopada 2021. godine počinio više zlouporaba položaja i ovlasti, uz ostalo, i da nije poduzeo nikakve radnje da ovrši tvrtku Branka Bungura, odnosno njezine račune i nekretnine, iako je porezni dug bio gotovo milijun kuna.

Isto tako, Slavica je dojavljivao kad će biti zapljene sredstava po računima tvrtki preko kojih je ovaj radio, a kako bi Bungur mogao novac prebaciti na račune drugih osoba. To je dovelo do toga da država nije mogla naplatiti više od dva milijuna kuna dugovanja za porez. Bungur je Slavici zauzvrat davao alkohol koji su proizvodile njegova Vinarija Biograd i Zadarska pivovara. Isto tako, Bungur je pomogao da se Slavičin brat zaposli u šibenskoj komunalnoj tvrtki.

Oštećena država

Slavica se, po USKOK-u, dogovorio i s Ivanom Lulićem te od siječnja 2016. do srpnja 2021. godine ništa nije poduzimao da ovrši račune i nekretnine njegove tvrtke "Mehanizacija" d.d. iako je ona državi dugovala oko 630 tisuća kuna te je taj dug samo rastao, a Lulić je svu imovinu koja je mogla biti pod ovrhom prenio na druge osobe.

Također, omogućio je Luliću da preko računa "Mehanizacije" na druge tvrtke prenese više od dva milijuna kuna tako što nije Fini dostavio rješenje o pljenidbi, a država je tako oštećena za gotovo 600 tisuća kuna neplaćenog poreza.

Činio je Slavica i druge "usluge", a zauzvrat je dobivao besplatno korištenje osobnih vozila te je uspio i besplatno srediti kupaonicu u svojoj kući nakon što je zaustavio ovrhu na imovini tvrtke Marina Dokoze, upis djeteta svog poznanika u vrtić, ručkove i večere u restoranima...

Godinu i pol dana prošlo je od velike USKOK-ove akcije na zadarskom području, kada je zbog sumnje u davanje i primanje mita uhićeno deset ljudi, od kojih su trojica bili porezni inspektori.

Optužnica u tom slučaju, podignuta u siječnju ove godine, još uvijek nije potvrđena budući da se tek treba odlučiti o zahtjevima obrane za izdvajanje nezakonitih dokaza, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

Ako ikad bude potvrđena, kako sada stvari stoje, na optuženičkoj klupi naći će se devet okrivljenih: porezni inspektori Robert Slavica (53) iz Šibenika, Žarko Gospić (66) i Zlatko Filipović (60) iz Zadra te Marin Dokoza (54), vlasnik tvrtke "Marino keramika" d.o.o., Branko Bungur (50) iz Zadra, vlasnik i odgovorna osoba firme "Slad" d.o.o., Davor Lulić (45), vlasnik tvrtke "Lulić" d.o.o., Ivan Lulić (73), odgovorna osoba firme "Mehanizacija" d.d., te Nino Šimunić (53) iz Zadra i Mito Mičić (55), vlasnik zadarskog lokala "Šime".

Jedini koji neće na suđenje je danas 67-godišnji Zef Mučaj (65) iz Nina, vlasnik pekare koji se, doznajemo, nagodio s USKOK-om. Osuđen je na osam mjeseci zatvora s rokom kušnje od dvije godine, a priznao je da je porezniku Gospiću jednom, u razdoblju od ožujka do kolovoza 2021. godine, dao najmanje jednom 1400 kuna mita da bi mu ovaj dojavljivao kad će kod njega u pekaru u nadzor doći njegovi kolege, ali i on osobno.

Kad bi dobio dojavu, naravno, Mučaj je prilagođavalo stanje u blagajni što se tiče fiskaliziranih računa pa nije imao problema s inspekcijama.

Gospić je takve informacije dojavljivao kako Mučaju, tako i Mičiću te još nekim vlasnicima kafića, mesaru, vlasniku pečenjarnice, trgovcima... Od Mučaja je dobio novac, a Mičić ga je, kao i njegovi kolege, častio večerama i ručkovima u svom restoranu "Šime", a inspektoru Gospiću je, kad god je ovaj tražio, davao lignje i bifteke.

USKOK, među ostalim, tereti poreznika Slavicu da je od 15. srpnja 2015. do kraja listopada 2021. godine počinio više zlouporaba položaja i ovlasti, uz ostalo, i da nije poduzeo nikakve radnje da ovrši tvrtku Branka Bungura, odnosno njezine račune i nekretnine, iako je porezni dug bio gotovo milijun kuna.

Isto tako, Slavica je dojavljivao kad će biti zapljene sredstava po računima tvrtki preko kojih je ovaj radio, a kako bi Bungur mogao novac prebaciti na račune drugih osoba. To je dovelo do toga da država nije mogla naplatiti više od dva milijuna kuna dugovanja za porez. Bungur je Slavici zauzvrat davao alkohol koji su proizvodile njegova Vinarija Biograd i Zadarska pivovara. Isto tako, Bungur je pomogao da se Slavičin brat zaposli u šibenskoj komunalnoj tvrtki.

Oštećena država

Slavica se, po USKOK-u, dogovorio i s Ivanom Lulićem te od siječnja 2016. do srpnja 2021. godine ništa nije poduzimao da ovrši račune i nekretnine njegove tvrtke "Mehanizacija" d.d. iako je ona državi dugovala oko 630 tisuća kuna te je taj dug samo rastao, a Lulić je svu imovinu koja je mogla biti pod ovrhom prenio na druge osobe.

Također, omogućio je Luliću da preko računa "Mehanizacije" na druge tvrtke prenese više od dva milijuna kuna tako što nije Fini dostavio rješenje o pljenidbi, a država je tako oštećena za gotovo 600 tisuća kuna neplaćenog poreza.

Činio je Slavica i druge "usluge", a zauzvrat je dobivao besplatno korištenje osobnih vozila te je uspio i besplatno srediti kupaonicu u svojoj kući nakon što je zaustavio ovrhu na imovini tvrtke Marina Dokoze, upis djeteta svog poznanika u vrtić, ručkove i večere u restoranima...

Godinu i pol dana prošlo je od velike USKOK-ove akcije na zadarskom području, kada je zbog sumnje u davanje i primanje mita uhićeno deset ljudi, od kojih su trojica bili porezni inspektori.

Optužnica u tom slučaju, podignuta u siječnju ove godine, još uvijek nije potvrđena budući da se tek treba odlučiti o zahtjevima obrane za izdvajanje nezakonitih dokaza, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

Ako ikad bude potvrđena, kako sada stvari stoje, na optuženičkoj klupi naći će se devet okrivljenih: porezni inspektori Robert Slavica (53) iz Šibenika, Žarko Gospić (66) i Zlatko Filipović (60) iz Zadra te Marin Dokoza (54), vlasnik tvrtke "Marino keramika" d.o.o., Branko Bungur (50) iz Zadra, vlasnik i odgovorna osoba firme "Slad" d.o.o., Davor Lulić (45), vlasnik tvrtke "Lulić" d.o.o., Ivan Lulić (73), odgovorna osoba firme "Mehanizacija" d.d., te Nino Šimunić (53) iz Zadra i Mito Mičić (55), vlasnik zadarskog lokala "Šime".

Lignje i bifteci

Jedini koji neće na suđenje je danas 67-godišnji Zef Mučaj (65) iz Nina, vlasnik pekare koji se, doznajemo, nagodio s USKOK-om.
