“Nestašica lijekova u Hrvatskoj je stalno stanje. Možda ćemo zbog covida, rata u Ukrajini i svih poskupljenja koja se događaju imati malo više problema s tim, ali vidimo da probleme imaju i neke naprednije i bogatije zemlje”, rekla je za HRT predsjednica Hrvatske ljekarničke komore Ana Soldo.

Cijelu godinu u Njemačkoj je veliki problem nestašice lijekova. Nijemci su izjavili da imaju 100.000 registriranih lijekova, a nestašica je za nekih 300-tinjak, dodala je.

U Hrvatskoj imamo 15.000 registriranih lijekova, a oko 200 do 300 lijekova je na neki način nedostupno pacijentima, istaknula je, a prenosi N1.

Smatra kako bi Hrvatska trebala presložiti pravila oko propisivanja i izdavanja lijekova, kako bi ljekarnici mogli reagirati jednostavnije i brže i pacijentima po prvom dolasku u ljekarnu dati potreban lijek.

“Trenutno je nestašica lijekova za tlak. Imamo ih na 100-tinjak registriranih, ali problem je da ponekad pacijenti moraju prvo otići kod specijaliste, pa onda liječniku obiteljske medicine da mu se promijeni terapiju”, rekla je Soldo istaknuvši da nema razloga za paniku.

Osvrnula se i na dug države prema veledrogerijama od 5,5 milijardi kuna.

“Jedino rješenje je da se na neki način država zaduži i plati sve zaostale dugove, kako bi se odnosi postavili kako treba. Veledrogerije, ljekarne, pa i ravnatelji bolnica troše enormno puno vremena na saniranje tog duga. Stalno je neki problem oko isporuke lijekova i to nema smisla. Također, treba promijeniti i način financiranja bolnica. Ako kontinuirano svakih pola godine dajemo nove injekcije u sustav, a ništa se nije promijenilo, onda taj sustav financiranja ne funkcionira”, poručila je Ana Soldo.

“Nestašica lijekova u Hrvatskoj je stalno stanje. Možda ćemo zbog covida, rata u Ukrajini i svih poskupljenja koja se događaju imati malo više problema s tim, ali vidimo da probleme imaju i neke naprednije i bogatije zemlje”, rekla je za HRT predsjednica Hrvatske ljekarničke komore Ana Soldo.

Cijelu godinu u Njemačkoj je veliki problem nestašice lijekova. Nijemci su izjavili da imaju 100.000 registriranih lijekova, a nestašica je za nekih 300-tinjak, dodala je.

U Hrvatskoj imamo 15.000 registriranih lijekova, a oko 200 do 300 lijekova je na neki način nedostupno pacijentima, istaknula je, a prenosi N1.

Smatra kako bi Hrvatska trebala presložiti pravila oko propisivanja i izdavanja lijekova, kako bi ljekarnici mogli reagirati jednostavnije i brže i pacijentima po prvom dolasku u ljekarnu dati potreban lijek.

“Trenutno je nestašica lijekova za tlak. Imamo ih na 100-tinjak registriranih, ali problem je da ponekad pacijenti moraju prvo otići kod specijaliste, pa onda liječniku obiteljske medicine da mu se promijeni terapiju”, rekla je Soldo istaknuvši da nema razloga za paniku.

Osvrnula se i na dug države prema veledrogerijama od 5,5 milijardi kuna.

“Jedino rješenje je da se na neki način država zaduži i plati sve zaostale dugove, kako bi se odnosi postavili kako treba. Veledrogerije, ljekarne, pa i ravnatelji bolnica troše enormno puno vremena na saniranje tog duga. Stalno je neki problem oko isporuke lijekova i to nema smisla. Također, treba promijeniti i način financiranja bolnica. Ako kontinuirano svakih pola godine dajemo nove injekcije u sustav, a ništa se nije promijenilo, onda taj sustav financiranja ne funkcionira”, poručila je Ana Soldo.
