U ambulanti u Retkovcu u petak 14. listopada brutalno je napadnuta medicinska sestra koja radi u pedijatrijskoj ordinaciji. Napadač je, da stvar bude gora, liječnik, koji je ondje došao kao otac, po ispričnicu za svoje dijete.
Kako je objavio Index, liječnik je sestru brutalno napao.
“Uhvatio me za vrat i počeo gušiti da bi me potom bacio na tlo. Krenuo je prema meni i vjerojatno bi nastavio s napadom, no u tome su ga spriječili očevi djece koja su čekala na red ispred ambulante. Sve to događalo se ispred ambulante, pred našim pacijentima djecom i njihovim roditeljima, kao i pred djetetom i suprugom napadača te slučajnim prolaznicima. Dok su očevi držali napadača uza zid ambulante, ja sam plačući pobjegla u svoju kancelariju i pokušala nazvati policiju”, ispričala je napadnuta sestra Indexu.
Nakon što su informacija o napadu objavljene, oglasili su se i iz stručnih udruga najoštrije osuđujući nasilje.
HKSM oštro osudila napad
“Hrvatska komora medicinskih sestara (HKMS) najoštrije osuđuje fizički napad na medicinsku sestru koji se dogodio u pedijatrijskoj ordinaciji u Zagrebu u petak, 14. listopada pri čemu je medicinska sestra teško ozlijeđena. Medicinsku sestru fizički je napao liječnik, koji je u tom trenu u ordinaciji prisutan kao otac maloljetnog pacijenta.
‘Bilo kakav oblik prijetnji i napada prema medicinskih sestrama i drugim zdravstvenim djelatnicima smatramo nedopustivim i teško zabrinjavajućim. Čuo sam se s našom ozlijeđenom članicom i Komora joj je odmah po prijavi slučaja osigurala pravnu pomoć”, rekao je predsjednik HKMS-a, Mario Gazić.
Najnoviji slučaj nasilja nad medicinskom sestrom još jednom potvrđuje zabrinjavajuće podatke o nasilju nad zdravstvenim djelatnicima, iz istraživanja koje je Komora medicinskih sestara provela u svibnju 2018. godine. Čak 89 posto medicinskih sestara je doživjelo neki oblik nasilja na radnom mjestu, a 95 posto glavnih medicinskih sestara izjasnilo se kako fizička zaštita i sigurnost u zdravstvenim ustanovama nisu na odgovarajućoj razini. Istraživanje je pokazalo i da više od pola ustanova nema zaštitarsku službu od 0 do 24, dok 9 posto ima ovu službu samo tijekom noći.
Podsjetimo, članak 315.a Kaznenog zakona RH za napad na zdravstvenog radnika propisuje kaznu zatvora od šest mjeseci do pet godina”, poručili su iz HKSM-a.
HUBOL žali što je počinitelj liječnik
“Hrvatska udruga bolničkih liječnika najoštrije osuđuje svako nasilje spram zdravstvenih djelatnika, tako i nasilje koje je, kako su objavili mediji, počinio liječnik, otac pacijenta, spram medicinske sestre u pedijatrijskoj ambulanti u Zagrebu.
HUBOL izražava žaljenje što je počinitelj ovog incidenta liječnik tj. osoba koja je i sam zdravstveni djelatnik. Svi zdravstveni djelatnici, medicinske sestre, liječnici i svi ostali svakodnevno su, nažalost, redovito izloženi verbalnom i fizičkom nasilju. Istraživanje koje je o nasilju u zdravstvenim ustanovama 2016. provela Hrvatska liječnička komora pokazalo je da je 93 posto anketiranih liječnika doživjelo na poslu neki oblik verbalnog ili fizičkog nasilja, a fizički napad na liječnika dogodio se u 22% zdravstvenih ustanova u Hrvatskoj, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.
HUBOL apelira na odgovorne za sigurnost zaposlenih u zdravstvenom sustavu da se angažiraju na stvaranju odgovarajućih okvira zaštite zdravstvenih djelatnika na radnom mjestu”, kažu iz HUBOL-a.

U ambulanti u Retkovcu u petak 14. listopada brutalno je napadnuta medicinska sestra koja radi u pedijatrijskoj ordinaciji. Napadač je, da stvar bude gora, liječnik, koji je ondje došao kao otac, po ispričnicu za svoje dijete.
Kako je objavio Index, liječnik je sestru brutalno napao.
“Uhvatio me za vrat i počeo gušiti da bi me potom bacio na tlo. Krenuo je prema meni i vjerojatno bi nastavio s napadom, no u tome su ga spriječili očevi djece koja su čekala na red ispred ambulante. Sve to događalo se ispred ambulante, pred našim pacijentima djecom i njihovim roditeljima, kao i pred djetetom i suprugom napadača te slučajnim prolaznicima. Dok su očevi držali napadača uza zid ambulante, ja sam plačući pobjegla u svoju kancelariju i pokušala nazvati policiju”, ispričala je napadnuta sestra Indexu.
Nakon što su informacija o napadu objavljene, oglasili su se i iz stručnih udruga najoštrije osuđujući nasilje.
HKSM oštro osudila napad
“Hrvatska komora medicinskih sestara (HKMS) najoštrije osuđuje fizički napad na medicinsku sestru koji se dogodio u pedijatrijskoj ordinaciji u Zagrebu u petak, 14. listopada pri čemu je medicinska sestra teško ozlijeđena. Medicinsku sestru fizički je napao liječnik, koji je u tom trenu u ordinaciji prisutan kao otac maloljetnog pacijenta.
‘Bilo kakav oblik prijetnji i napada prema medicinskih sestrama i drugim zdravstvenim djelatnicima smatramo nedopustivim i teško zabrinjavajućim. Čuo sam se s našom ozlijeđenom članicom i Komora joj je odmah po prijavi slučaja osigurala pravnu pomoć”, rekao je predsjednik HKMS-a, Mario Gazić.
Najnoviji slučaj nasilja nad medicinskom sestrom još jednom potvrđuje zabrinjavajuće podatke o nasilju nad zdravstvenim djelatnicima, iz istraživanja koje je Komora medicinskih sestara provela u svibnju 2018. godine. Čak 89 posto medicinskih sestara je doživjelo neki oblik nasilja na radnom mjestu, a 95 posto glavnih medicinskih sestara izjasnilo se kako fizička zaštita i sigurnost u zdravstvenim ustanovama nisu na odgovarajućoj razini. Istraživanje je pokazalo i da više od pola ustanova nema zaštitarsku službu od 0 do 24, dok 9 posto ima ovu službu samo tijekom noći.
Podsjetimo, članak 315.a Kaznenog zakona RH za napad na zdravstvenog radnika propisuje kaznu zatvora od šest mjeseci do pet godina”, poručili su iz HKSM-a.
HUBOL žali što je počinitelj liječnik
“Hrvatska udruga bolničkih liječnika najoštrije osuđuje svako nasilje spram zdravstvenih djelatnika, tako i nasilje koje je, kako su objavili mediji, počinio liječnik, otac pacijenta, spram medicinske sestre u pedijatrijskoj ambulanti u Zagrebu.
HUBOL izražava žaljenje što je počinitelj ovog incidenta liječnik tj. osoba koja je i sam zdravstveni djelatnik. Svi zdravstveni djelatnici, medicinske sestre, liječnici i svi ostali svakodnevno su, nažalost, redovito izloženi verbalnom i fizičkom nasilju. Istraživanje koje je o nasilju u zdravstvenim ustanovama 2016. provela Hrvatska liječnička komora pokazalo je da je 93 posto anketiranih liječnika doživjelo na poslu neki oblik verbalnog ili fizičkog nasilja, a fizički napad na liječnika dogodio se u 22% zdravstvenih ustanova u Hrvatskoj, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.
HUBOL apelira na odgovorne za sigurnost zaposlenih u zdravstvenom sustavu da se angažiraju na stvaranju odgovarajućih okvira zaštite zdravstvenih djelatnika na radnom mjestu”, kažu iz HUBOL-a.
