Rusija izgleda ponovno koncentrira ljude i opremu u blizini svoje granice nasuprot Harkiva za mogući novi napad na drugi po veličini grad u Ukrajini, upozorava general odgovoran za obranu tog grada.

Brigadni general Sergej Melnik, zapovjednik vojnog garnizona u Harkivu, za britanski Telegraph komentira da Rusi redovito ispaljuju tenkovske granate i šalju iranske dronove kamikaze preko granice otkako su se prošlog mjeseca povukli s položaja sjeverno od grada.

"Situacija je daleko od mirne", kaže Melnik. "S one strane granice gomilaju jako velik broj vojnika i opreme. Što će učiniti sljedeće, još ne znamo. Možemo samo nagađati - ili će krenuti u smjeru Harkiva u drugom ešalonu ili prema Donjecku. Kada se počnu kretati i kada se formiraju u borbene položaje, shvatit ćemo kamo idu."

Ovo bi moglo značiti da ruska djelomična mobilizacija daje bolje rezultate nego što su mnogi zapadni analitičari sugerirali. Podsjećamo, mnogi promatrači rata u Ukrajini tvrdili su da će ročnicima i rezervistima trebati dva do tri mjeseca da stignu na bojište jer ih treba obučiti, opremiti i konačno - integrirati u jedinice, piše Jutarnji.

Sada izvješća iz Rusije pokazuju da su mnogi ročnici poslani u postrojbe na prvoj liniji uz samo jedan dan obuke.

Brigadni general Melnik rekao je i da su ruske brigade pretrpjele velike gubitke ali da se i očekivalo da bi Rusi mogli raspršiti rezerviste među tim jedinicama kako bi se smanjio rizik od eventualne pobune.

"Ako mislite da se mobilizirani rezervisti okupljaju u jednu brigadu, u velikoj ste zabludi", komentirao je. "Ruska 200. brigada koja je stajala pored Harkiva ima 40 ili 50 posto gubitaka. Oni će, dakle, nadopuniti tih 50 posto. A onda će ostale mobilizirane rasporediti među drugim borbenim postrojbama. Ako pokušaju pobjeći, garantiram vam da će pucati u glavu i prvom i drugom i trećem. Bit će to masakr za sve one mobilizirane muškarce koji žele pobjeći od ovog rata."

Ista tako dodaje: "Prijetnja ostaje. Znate koliko je Putin ambiciozan. Mislite li da će zaboraviti na gorčinu koju mu je stvorio poraz u ovoj regiji? Mislim da ne."

Brigadni general Melnik vodio je obranu Harkiva otkako su ruske snage prešle granicu i opkolile grad još u veljači. Rusi su konačno istjerani iz harkivske regije prije dva tjedna u ofenzivi tempiranoj da koincidira s velikim probojem prema Kupjansku i Izjumu.

General Melnik koji je zapovijedao sjevernom ofenzivom, opisao ju je kao potporni napad koji je doveo do brzog ruskog kolapsa.

"Prije početka ofenzive sustavno smo razbili njihovu logistiku. Radili su topništvo i HIMARS-i. Dali smo im upute za gađanje, razbili njihova skladišta, cisterne goriva, streljivo. Nisu mogli operirati. Možda su dobili zapovijed za povlačenje. Ne znam što se dogodilo. No, kako su nam rekli mještani, navečer su još bili tu, a onda su ujutro nestali. Ostavili su svoju opremu, sve!"

Granica je sada sigurna, a ruske i ukrajinske snage sučeljene su jedna drugoj s obje strane. Tenkovska vatra događa se svakodnevno, a stvari ponekad eskaliraju i u prekogranične obračune, priznaje Melnik.

"Mi odgovaramo. Ranije nismo, ali nam je dosta", kaže. "Ne pucamo na Belgorod ili naselja. Samo na vojne položaje. Moglo bi se reći da osiguravamo slučajne požare."

Jedna je granata ranije ovog tjedna ubila dva civilna liječnika u blizini Strilčija, pograničnog sela u kojem su ruski tenkovi posebno aktivni. Zelenski je u nedjelju rekao da je Ukrajina primila napredni norveško-američki raketni sustav zemlja-zrak (NASAMS) koji je Kijev tražio mjesecima.

Brigadni general Melnik zanijekao je da su takvi sustavi već stigli do Harkiva.

"Potrebni su nam takvi moderni sustavi američkog tipa koji rade na malim udaljenostima. Predsjednik Zelenski je rekao da su ti sustavi stigli, ali ja ne znam ništa više o njima."

Rusija izgleda ponovno koncentrira ljude i opremu u blizini svoje granice nasuprot Harkiva za mogući novi napad na drugi po veličini grad u Ukrajini, upozorava general odgovoran za obranu tog grada.

Brigadni general Sergej Melnik, zapovjednik vojnog garnizona u Harkivu, za britanski Telegraph komentira da Rusi redovito ispaljuju tenkovske granate i šalju iranske dronove kamikaze preko granice otkako su se prošlog mjeseca povukli s položaja sjeverno od grada.

"Situacija je daleko od mirne", kaže Melnik. "S one strane granice gomilaju jako velik broj vojnika i opreme. Što će učiniti sljedeće, još ne znamo. Možemo samo nagađati - ili će krenuti u smjeru Harkiva u drugom ešalonu ili prema Donjecku. Kada se počnu kretati i kada se formiraju u borbene položaje, shvatit ćemo kamo idu."

Ovo bi moglo značiti da ruska djelomična mobilizacija daje bolje rezultate nego što su mnogi zapadni analitičari sugerirali. Podsjećamo, mnogi promatrači rata u Ukrajini tvrdili su da će ročnicima i rezervistima trebati dva do tri mjeseca da stignu na bojište jer ih treba obučiti, opremiti i konačno - integrirati u jedinice, piše Jutarnji.

Sada izvješća iz Rusije pokazuju da su mnogi ročnici poslani u postrojbe na prvoj liniji uz samo jedan dan obuke.

Brigadni general Melnik rekao je i da su ruske brigade pretrpjele velike gubitke ali da se i očekivalo da bi Rusi mogli raspršiti rezerviste među tim jedinicama kako bi se smanjio rizik od eventualne pobune.

"Ako mislite da se mobilizirani rezervisti okupljaju u jednu brigadu, u velikoj ste zabludi", komentirao je. "Ruska 200. brigada koja je stajala pored Harkiva ima 40 ili 50 posto gubitaka. Oni će, dakle, nadopuniti tih 50 posto. A onda će ostale mobilizirane rasporediti među drugim borbenim postrojbama. Ako pokušaju pobjeći, garantiram vam da će pucati u glavu i prvom i drugom i trećem. Bit će to masakr za sve one mobilizirane muškarce koji žele pobjeći od ovog rata."

Ista tako dodaje: "Prijetnja ostaje. Znate koliko je Putin ambiciozan. Mislite li da će zaboraviti na gorčinu koju mu je stvorio poraz u ovoj regiji? Mislim da ne."

Brigadni general Melnik vodio je obranu Harkiva otkako su ruske snage prešle granicu i opkolile grad još u veljači. Rusi su konačno istjerani iz harkivske regije prije dva tjedna u ofenzivi tempiranoj da koincidira s velikim probojem prema Kupjansku i Izjumu.

General Melnik koji je zapovijedao sjevernom ofenzivom, opisao ju je kao potporni napad koji je doveo do brzog ruskog kolapsa.

"Prije početka ofenzive sustavno smo razbili njihovu logistiku. Radili su topništvo i HIMARS-i. Dali smo im upute za gađanje, razbili njihova skladišta, cisterne goriva, streljivo. Nisu mogli operirati. Možda su dobili zapovijed za povlačenje. Ne znam što se dogodilo. No, kako su nam rekli mještani, navečer su još bili tu, a onda su ujutro nestali. Ostavili su svoju opremu, sve!"

Granica je sada sigurna, a ruske i ukrajinske snage sučeljene su jedna drugoj s obje strane. Tenkovska vatra događa se svakodnevno, a stvari ponekad eskaliraju i u prekogranične obračune, priznaje Melnik.

"Mi odgovaramo. Ranije nismo, ali nam je dosta", kaže. "Ne pucamo na Belgorod ili naselja. Samo na vojne položaje. Moglo bi se reći da osiguravamo slučajne požare."

Jedna je granata ranije ovog tjedna ubila dva civilna liječnika u blizini Strilčija, pograničnog sela u kojem su ruski tenkovi posebno aktivni. Zelenski je u nedjelju rekao da je Ukrajina primila napredni norveško-američki raketni sustav zemlja-zrak (NASAMS) koji je Kijev tražio mjesecima.

Brigadni general Melnik zanijekao je da su takvi sustavi već stigli do Harkiva.

"Potrebni su nam takvi moderni sustavi američkog tipa koji rade na malim udaljenostima. Predsjednik Zelenski je rekao da su ti sustavi stigli, ali ja ne znam ništa više o njima."
