Od početka cijepljenja protiv koronavirusa Hrvatska agencija za lijekove zaprimila je ukupno 154 prijave sumnji na nuspojave.
Najčešće je riječ o blagim lokalnim reakcijama, odnosno bolu i oticanju na mjestu primjene cjepiva, kao i glavobolji, povišenoj tjelesnoj temperaturu, umoru, slabosti, zimici i mučnini. Radi se o očekivanim nuspojavama, koje se često javljaju, slične su nuspojavama drugih cjepiva te su najčešće blagog do umjerenog intenziteta i prolaze spontano kroz nekoliko dana ili uz primjenu simptomatske terapije (primjerice, hladni oblozi, lijekovi za snižavanje povišene tjelesne temperature i lijekovi protiv bolova), piše Slobodna Dalmacija.
Agencija za lijekove zaprimila je i dvije prijave medikacijske pogreške, koje nasreću, nisu dovele do nuspojava.
Dvije su osobe, naime, dobile nerazrijeđeno cjepivo. Pfizerovo cjepivo mora se razrijediti, jedna bočica sadrži 0,45 mililitra cjepiva, a otopljeno cjepivo razrjeđuje se u originalnoj bočici s 1,8 ml fiziološke otopine. Nakon razrjeđivanja, jedna bočica sadrži šest doza od 0,3 ml. Jedna doza (0,3 ml) sadrži 30 mikrograma mRNA cjepiva (u lipidnim nanočesticama).
„U Njemačkoj je odmah na početku cijepljenja došlo do greške kad su nekolicini ljudi dali cijelu ampulu, odnosno šest doza cjepiva, umjesto jedne. Ni tu čak nije bilo značajnijih posljedica po njihovo zdravlje, samo je izazvana snažna imunološka reakcija, pa su se osjećali kao da su dobili gripu – kaže prof. dr. Zlatko Trobonjača, imunolog i profesor na riječkom Medicinskom fakultetu.
Među ozbiljnim nuspojavama HALMED je kod nas najčešće evidentirao reakcije preosjetljivosti koje su se manifestirale kao osip, svrbež i koprivnjača nedugo nakon primjene cjepiva, zbog čega su primijenjeni antialergijski lijekovi i nakon čega je u svim slučajevima došlo do oporavka. Radilo se o odraslim osobama mlađe do srednje životne dobi.
Nije zaprimljena niti jednu prijavu sumnje na nuspojavu sa smrtnim ishodom.
U dva slučaja prijavljen je smrtni ishod, a u HALMED-u kažu kako smrti nisu vremenski povezane s primjenom cjepiva. Tvrde kako je riječ o neželjenim događajima sa smrtnim ishodom u osoba starije životne dobi (1938. i 1939. godište). U jednome je slučaju kao uzrok smrti utvrđeno zatajenje srca zbog povećanja srca u cijelosti i vezivno promijenjenog srčanog mišića, dok je u drugome slučaju nakon razvoja teškog oblika bolesti COVID-19 došlo do zatajenja srca, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

Od početka cijepljenja protiv koronavirusa Hrvatska agencija za lijekove zaprimila je ukupno 154 prijave sumnji na nuspojave.
Najčešće je riječ o blagim lokalnim reakcijama, odnosno bolu i oticanju na mjestu primjene cjepiva, kao i glavobolji, povišenoj tjelesnoj temperaturu, umoru, slabosti, zimici i mučnini. Radi se o očekivanim nuspojavama, koje se često javljaju, slične su nuspojavama drugih cjepiva te su najčešće blagog do umjerenog intenziteta i prolaze spontano kroz nekoliko dana ili uz primjenu simptomatske terapije (primjerice, hladni oblozi, lijekovi za snižavanje povišene tjelesne temperature i lijekovi protiv bolova), piše Slobodna Dalmacija.
Agencija za lijekove zaprimila je i dvije prijave medikacijske pogreške, koje nasreću, nisu dovele do nuspojava.
Dvije su osobe, naime, dobile nerazrijeđeno cjepivo. Pfizerovo cjepivo mora se razrijediti, jedna bočica sadrži 0,45 mililitra cjepiva, a otopljeno cjepivo razrjeđuje se u originalnoj bočici s 1,8 ml fiziološke otopine. Nakon razrjeđivanja, jedna bočica sadrži šest doza od 0,3 ml. Jedna doza (0,3 ml) sadrži 30 mikrograma mRNA cjepiva (u lipidnim nanočesticama).
„U Njemačkoj je odmah na početku cijepljenja došlo do greške kad su nekolicini ljudi dali cijelu ampulu, odnosno šest doza cjepiva, umjesto jedne. Ni tu čak nije bilo značajnijih posljedica po njihovo zdravlje, samo je izazvana snažna imunološka reakcija, pa su se osjećali kao da su dobili gripu – kaže prof. dr. Zlatko Trobonjača, imunolog i profesor na riječkom Medicinskom fakultetu.
Među ozbiljnim nuspojavama HALMED je kod nas najčešće evidentirao reakcije preosjetljivosti koje su se manifestirale kao osip, svrbež i koprivnjača nedugo nakon primjene cjepiva, zbog čega su primijenjeni antialergijski lijekovi i nakon čega je u svim slučajevima došlo do oporavka. Radilo se o odraslim osobama mlađe do srednje životne dobi.
Nije zaprimljena niti jednu prijavu sumnje na nuspojavu sa smrtnim ishodom.
U dva slučaja prijavljen je smrtni ishod, a u HALMED-u kažu kako smrti nisu vremenski povezane s primjenom cjepiva. Tvrde kako je riječ o neželjenim događajima sa smrtnim ishodom u osoba starije životne dobi (1938. i 1939. godište). U jednome je slučaju kao uzrok smrti utvrđeno zatajenje srca zbog povećanja srca u cijelosti i vezivno promijenjenog srčanog mišića, dok je u drugome slučaju nakon razvoja teškog oblika bolesti COVID-19 došlo do zatajenja srca, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.
