Brzo antigensko testiranje na koronavirus počinje danas u većem dijelu ordinacija primarne zdravstvene zaštite unatoč izraženom protivljenju dijela liječnika obiteljske medicine koji tvrde da nisu dobili naputke od resornog ministarstva i nemaju uvjeta za testiranje.
Testiranje bi se trebalo provoditi u ordinacijama obiteljskih liječnika, pedijatara, stomatologa i ginekologa.
Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš prošlog je tjedna iznio podatak da je dosad 995 ordinacija primarne zdravstvene zaštite od ukupno 5000 ordinacija obavljalo brza antigenska testiranja pa ih je zbog izvanredne situacije pozvao da odgovore na potrebe testiranja svojih osiguranika.
No, dio primaraca izrazio je nezadovoljstvo tvrdeći da su već sada pretrpani poslom i administracijom. Beroš im je poručio da će im svaki prekovremeni sat biti plaćen.
Predsjednica Koordinacije obiteljske medicine (KoHOM) Nataša Ban Toskić za Dnevnik HTV-a izjavila je kako ne zna što će biti od ponedjeljka. Ustvrdila je da do petka nije dobila nikakve brze antigenske testove, da nema prostor niti vrijeme da od ponedjeljka počne testirati.
“Nema apsolutno nijednog stručnog obrazloženja ni upute od strane epidemiloga”, ustvrdila je Toskić.
Epidemiolog Bernard Kaić odgovara pak da su domovi zdravlja i resorno ministarstvo trebali pomoći liječnicima u organizaciji cijepljenja, primjerice odvajanjem posebnog vremena za testiranje. To je veliki organizacijski zahvat i to ne može sam nijedan liječnik obiteljske medicine, smatra Kaić.
Po ministrovim riječima, naputak koji se odnosi na provedbu testiranja još je prošloga tjedna trebao biti poslan zdravstvenim ustanovama.

Brzo antigensko testiranje na koronavirus počinje danas u većem dijelu ordinacija primarne zdravstvene zaštite unatoč izraženom protivljenju dijela liječnika obiteljske medicine koji tvrde da nisu dobili naputke od resornog ministarstva i nemaju uvjeta za testiranje.
Testiranje bi se trebalo provoditi u ordinacijama obiteljskih liječnika, pedijatara, stomatologa i ginekologa.
Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš prošlog je tjedna iznio podatak da je dosad 995 ordinacija primarne zdravstvene zaštite od ukupno 5000 ordinacija obavljalo brza antigenska testiranja pa ih je zbog izvanredne situacije pozvao da odgovore na potrebe testiranja svojih osiguranika.
No, dio primaraca izrazio je nezadovoljstvo tvrdeći da su već sada pretrpani poslom i administracijom. Beroš im je poručio da će im svaki prekovremeni sat biti plaćen.
Predsjednica Koordinacije obiteljske medicine (KoHOM) Nataša Ban Toskić za Dnevnik HTV-a izjavila je kako ne zna što će biti od ponedjeljka. Ustvrdila je da do petka nije dobila nikakve brze antigenske testove, da nema prostor niti vrijeme da od ponedjeljka počne testirati.
“Nema apsolutno nijednog stručnog obrazloženja ni upute od strane epidemiloga”, ustvrdila je Toskić.
Epidemiolog Bernard Kaić odgovara pak da su domovi zdravlja i resorno ministarstvo trebali pomoći liječnicima u organizaciji cijepljenja, primjerice odvajanjem posebnog vremena za testiranje. To je veliki organizacijski zahvat i to ne može sam nijedan liječnik obiteljske medicine, smatra Kaić.
Po ministrovim riječima, naputak koji se odnosi na provedbu testiranja još je prošloga tjedna trebao biti poslan zdravstvenim ustanovama.
