Predsjednik Crne Gore Milo Đukanović, jedan od najdugovječnijih političkih dužnosnika u svijetu, napisao je uoči drugoga kruga predsjedničkih izbora u nedjelju autorski tekst za američki Newsweek.
Kao što je poznato, Crna Gora opet se našla na izbornome križu između nastavka njegove nepregledne vlasti (koja svojom duljinom od preko 30 godina posramljuje čak i Vladimira Putina) te umivenih četnika na daljinskome upravljaču Aleksandra Vučića koji svoje vrhovne sponzore imaju u tradicionalno demokratičnoj i prosperitetnoj Moskvi.
Želeći upozoriti američku publiku i Washington na geopolitičku odsudnost ovih izbora u svojoj mikro-državi, Milo Đukanović u Newsweeku ističe kako se situacija u Crnoj Gori drastično promijenila u odnosu na 2006., kad je prvi put u povijesti Balkana stvorena država bez krvoprolića.

Ruski rat u Ukrajini naročito je opasan po Crnu Goru, istaknuo je Milo. Nijedan događaj od kraja Hladnog rata nije imao takav značaj u preoblikovanju međunarodnih odnosa kao ovaj sadašnji rat. Tektonske geopolitičke ploče se pomiču, donoseći podsjetnike na Napoleonovo doba i na vrijeme Adolfa Hitlera. To se, naglašava, naročito osjeća na Balkanu.
Aktualni crnogorski predsjednik podsjeća da je Rusija stoljećima Balkan smatrala svojom interesnom sferom. „A 2016. godine Crna Gora je pala na liniju vatre između Rusije i Zapada, sve zbog naše namjere da postanemo članica NATO-a. Iako smo bili izloženi ogromnom ruskom pritisku, ipak smo uspjeli spriječiti državni udar, čiji je plan sadržavao i moje ubojstvo. Obranili smo svoju europsku i euroatlantsku orijentaciju, kao i cijele regije. Oživljavanje hladnoratovskih napetosti nakon agresije na Ukrajinu iznova ugrožava našu stabilnost“ – tvrdi u Newsweeku crnogorski predsjednik.

Napominjući kako Rusija u Srbiji i Republici Srpskoj ima svoja obavještajna, gospodarska, financijska i medijska središta preko kojih potiče nove sukobe i pokušava narušiti stabilnost regije, Milo Đukanović ističe kako nije tajna da Rusija i Srbija imaju svoje javne (i tajne) političke saveznike u Crnoj Gori. Upravo zbog njih je, ustvrdio je, uoči predsjedničkih izbora u Crnoj Gori osjetio odgovornost još jednom sve obavijestiti da na kušnji nije samo europski put Crne Gore, već i razvoj multietničkog građanskog društva i održivi gospodarski rast, jednako kao i budućnost Balkana i stabilnost Europe.
„Od kad se u Crnoj Gori promijenila izvršna vlast, s dvije neuspješne vlade koje su oborene u parlamentu, Crna Gora je od europske priče o uspjehu iznova na putu postati ‘rak regije‘. Suočena je s težnjama srpskih nacionalista za realizacijom projekta "velike Srbije", a koncept “srpskog svijeta” samo je preslika “ruskog svijeta” na Balkanu. Kako Moskva i Beograd na ovim predsjedničkim izborima nisu uspjeli progurati kandidata koji ih vodi u drugi krug, fokus su prebacili na kandidata slične ideologije koji svoje namjere skriva iza laganog populističkog narativa. Predsjednik Crne Gore Milo Đukanović, jedan od najdugovječnijih političkih dužnosnika u svijetu, napisao je uoči drugoga kruga predsjedničkih izbora u nedjelju autorski tekst za američki Newsweek.
Kao što je poznato, Crna Gora opet se našla na izbornome križu između nastavka njegove nepregledne vlasti (koja svojom duljinom od preko 30 godina posramljuje čak i Vladimira Putina) te umivenih četnika na daljinskome upravljaču Aleksandra Vučića koji svoje vrhovne sponzore imaju u tradicionalno demokratičnoj i prosperitetnoj Moskvi.
Želeći upozoriti američku publiku i Washington na geopolitičku odsudnost ovih izbora u svojoj mikro-državi, Milo Đukanović u Newsweeku ističe kako se situacija u Crnoj Gori drastično promijenila u odnosu na 2006., kad je prvi put u povijesti Balkana stvorena država bez krvoprolića.

Ruski rat u Ukrajini naročito je opasan po Crnu Goru, istaknuo je Milo. Nijedan događaj od kraja Hladnog rata nije imao takav značaj u preoblikovanju međunarodnih odnosa kao ovaj sadašnji rat. Tektonske geopolitičke ploče se pomiču, donoseći podsjetnike na Napoleonovo doba i na vrijeme Adolfa Hitlera. To se, naglašava, naročito osjeća na Balkanu.
Aktualni crnogorski predsjednik podsjeća da je Rusija stoljećima Balkan smatrala svojom interesnom sferom. „A 2016. godine Crna Gora je pala na liniju vatre između Rusije i Zapada, sve zbog naše namjere da postanemo članica NATO-a. Iako smo bili izloženi ogromnom ruskom pritisku, ipak smo uspjeli spriječiti državni udar, čiji je plan sadržavao i moje ubojstvo. Obranili smo svoju europsku i euroatlantsku orijentaciju, kao i cijele regije. Oživljavanje hladnoratovskih napetosti nakon agresije na Ukrajinu iznova ugrožava našu stabilnost“ – tvrdi u Newsweeku crnogorski predsjednik.

Napominjući kako Rusija u Srbiji i Republici Srpskoj ima svoja obavještajna, gospodarska, financijska i medijska središta preko kojih potiče nove sukobe i pokušava narušiti stabilnost regije, Milo Đukanović ističe kako nije tajna da Rusija i Srbija imaju svoje javne (i tajne) političke saveznike u Crnoj Gori. Upravo zbog njih je, ustvrdio je, uoči predsjedničkih izbora u Crnoj Gori osjetio odgovornost još jednom sve obavijestiti da na kušnji nije samo europski put Crne Gore, već i razvoj multietničkog građanskog društva i održivi gospodarski rast, jednako kao i budućnost Balkana i stabilnost Europe.
„Od kad se u Crnoj Gori promijenila izvršna vlast, s dvije neuspješne vlade koje su oborene u parlamentu, Crna Gora je od europske priče o uspjehu iznova na putu postati ‘rak regije‘. Suočena je s težnjama srpskih nacionalista za realizacijom projekta "velike Srbije", a koncept “srpskog svijeta” samo je preslika “ruskog svijeta” na Balkanu. Kako Moskva i Beograd na ovim predsjedničkim izborima nisu uspjeli progurati kandidata koji ih vodi u drugi krug, fokus su prebacili na kandidata slične ideologije koji svoje namjere skriva iza laganog populističkog narativa.
