Policijski službenici Policijske postaje Ston su u subotu, 1. ožujka, u na području Stona zaustavili taxi vozilo kojim je upravljao 38-godišnji državljanin BiH, stranac koji je na privremenom boravku u RH.

U vozilu se nalazilo više stranih državljana bez putnih isprava, za koje je kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrđeno da su državnu granicu između Bosne i Hercegovine i Republike Hrvatske prešli prethodnog dana pješice, izvan mjesta namijenjenog za prelazak državne granice.

Potom su putem mobilne aplikacije angažirali spomenutog taxi vozača koji ih je trebao prevesti do Splita.

Zbog počinjenja prekršaja "Pomaganje državljaninu treće zemlje u nezakonitom prelasku, tranzitu i boravku", okrivljenik 38-godišnji državljanin BiH, uz Optužni prijedlog doveden je na Općinski sud u Dubrovniku gdje je novčano kažnjen iznosom od 12.200,00 eura, dok se prema stranim državljanima proveo postupak sukladno Zakonu o strancima.

Policijski službenici Policijske postaje Ston su u subotu, 1. ožujka, u na području Stona zaustavili taxi vozilo kojim je upravljao 38-godišnji državljanin BiH, stranac koji je na privremenom boravku u RH.

U vozilu se nalazilo više stranih državljana bez putnih isprava, za koje je kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrđeno da su državnu granicu između Bosne i Hercegovine i Republike Hrvatske prešli prethodnog dana pješice, izvan mjesta namijenjenog za prelazak državne granice.

Potom su putem mobilne aplikacije angažirali spomenutog taxi vozača koji ih je trebao prevesti do Splita.

Zbog počinjenja prekršaja "Pomaganje državljaninu treće zemlje u nezakonitom prelasku, tranzitu i boravku", okrivljenik 38-godišnji državljanin BiH, uz Optužni prijedlog doveden je na Općinski sud u Dubrovniku gdje je novčano kažnjen iznosom od 12.200,00 eura, dok se prema stranim državljanima proveo postupak sukladno Zakonu o strancima.

Prešli granicu pješice, a onda u Stonu naručili taxi za Split, evo koliko će to koštati vozača

Policijski službenici Policijske postaje Ston su u subotu, 1. ožujka, u na području Stona zaustavili taxi vozilo kojim je upravljao 38-godišnji državljanin BiH, stranac koji je na privremenom boravku u RH.

U vozilu se nalazilo više stranih državljana bez putnih isprava, za koje je kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrđeno da su državnu granicu između Bosne i Hercegovine i Republike Hrvatske prešli prethodnog dana pješice, izvan mjesta namijenjenog za prelazak državne granice.

Potom su putem mobilne aplikacije angažirali spomenutog taxi vozača koji ih je trebao prevesti do Splita.

Zbog počinjenja prekršaja "Pomaganje državljaninu treće zemlje u nezakonitom prelasku, tranzitu i boravku", okrivljenik 38-godišnji državljanin BiH, uz Optužni prijedlog doveden je na Općinski sud u Dubrovniku gdje je novčano kažnjen iznosom od 12.200,00 eura, dok se prema stranim državljanima proveo postupak sukladno Zakonu o strancima.
