Policija i USKOK jutros su krenuli u još jednu akciju, usmjerenu ovoga puta u suzbijanje korupcije. Kako doznajemo, policija je po zahtjevu USKOK-a, uz odgovarajuće sudske naloge, pokucala na vrata najmanje dvije osobe na zagrebačkom području zbog sumnje u davanje i primanje mita.

Prema prvim neslužbenim informacijama na meti istražitelja našla se jedna visokorangirana osoba u Središnjem uredu Porezne uprave Ministarstva financija RH. Navodno istražitelji sumnjaju da je šef jedne službe u Središnjem uredu Porezne uprave za odgovarajući novčani iznos pristao pogodovati jednoj osobi, osumnjičenoj za davanje mita, u poreznom postupku.

Uskoro su se oglasili i iz policije i USKOK-a, donosi Jutarnji list

"Policijski službenici Policijske uprave bjelovarsko-bilogorske i Policijskog nacionalnog ureda za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminaliteta – Uprave kriminalističke policije, u koordinaciji s Uredom za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminaliteta, započeli su jutros realizaciju kriminalističkog istraživanja zbog sumnje na počinjenje kaznenih djela protiv službene dužnosti.

Osobe obuhvaćene ovim istraživanjem, koje se provodi na području Policijske uprave zagrebačke i Policijske uprave zadarske, pod nadzorom su policije, a jedna od njih je službenik u Središnjem uredu Porezne uprave.

U tijeku je provođenje hitnih dokaznih radnji te će nakon dovršenog kriminalističkog istraživanja protiv osumnjičenih osoba biti podnesena kaznena prijava Uredu za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminaliteta, a osumnjičenici će biti predani pritvorskom nadzorniku", priopćila je policija.

Slično priopćenje dao je i USKOK: "U tijeku su uhićenja i provođenje hitnih dokaznih radnji kao rezultat kriminalističkog istraživanja koje provodi PU bjelovarsko-bilogorska u koordinaciji s USKOK-om.

Navedene radnje se provode u odnosu na osobe za koje se sumnja da su počinile koruptivna kaznena djela. U ovom trenutku može se potvrditi da je među osobama u odnosu na koje se provode navedene radnje i službenik Središnjeg ureda Porezne uprave.

USKOK će nakon ispitivanja osumnjičenika donijeti odluku o daljnjem postupanju u predmetnom slučaju te će o tome pravodobno obavijestiti javnost.

 

Kako Jutarnji list neslužbeno doznaje, cijelu akciju pod palicom USKOK-a vodi PU bjelovarsko-bilogorska, a rano jutros lisice na ruke policija je po nalogu tužiteljstva stavila dvojici službenika Porezne uprave.

Jedan od njih je u samom vrhu Središnjeg ureda Porezne uprave, praktično u rangu pomoćnika ravnatelja. Radi se o voditelju Službe za strategiju, informiranje i elektroničke servise Slaviši Penavi. Osim njega uhićen je i Dražen Bilić iz područnog ureda Porezne uprave Peščenica.

A sve je krenulo, doznajemo, od poziva jednog Zagrepčanina upućenom Penavi kojem je, sumnja se, dao novac, točnije par tisuća eura, kako se ne bi blokirao račun jedne tvrtke.

Navedeni račun, prema ovršnom rješenju, trebala je blokirati Fina na zahtjev Porezne uprave, ali se Penava angažirao s ciljem da "spasi" ili barem odgodi blokadu računa tvrtke.

Međutim, kako navedeno nije bilo u Penavinom sektoru, odlučio je zamoliti za pomoć na lokalnoj razini pa je kontaktirao Bilića i naložio mu da ne blokira račun tvrtke kojoj prijeti blokada.

Policija i USKOK jutros su krenuli u još jednu akciju, usmjerenu ovoga puta u suzbijanje korupcije. Kako doznajemo, policija je po zahtjevu USKOK-a, uz odgovarajuće sudske naloge, pokucala na vrata najmanje dvije osobe na zagrebačkom području zbog sumnje u davanje i primanje mita.

Prema prvim neslužbenim informacijama na meti istražitelja našla se jedna visokorangirana osoba u Središnjem uredu Porezne uprave Ministarstva financija RH. Navodno istražitelji sumnjaju da je šef jedne službe u Središnjem uredu Porezne uprave za odgovarajući novčani iznos pristao pogodovati jednoj osobi, osumnjičenoj za davanje mita, u poreznom postupku.

Uskoro su se oglasili i iz policije i USKOK-a, donosi Jutarnji list

"Policijski službenici Policijske uprave bjelovarsko-bilogorske i Policijskog nacionalnog ureda za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminaliteta – Uprave kriminalističke policije, u koordinaciji s Uredom za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminaliteta, započeli su jutros realizaciju kriminalističkog istraživanja zbog sumnje na počinjenje kaznenih djela protiv službene dužnosti.

Osobe obuhvaćene ovim istraživanjem, koje se provodi na području Policijske uprave zagrebačke i Policijske uprave zadarske, pod nadzorom su policije, a jedna od njih je službenik u Središnjem uredu Porezne uprave.

U tijeku je provođenje hitnih dokaznih radnji te će nakon dovršenog kriminalističkog istraživanja protiv osumnjičenih osoba biti podnesena kaznena prijava Uredu za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminaliteta, a osumnjičenici će biti predani pritvorskom nadzorniku", priopćila je policija.

Slično priopćenje dao je i USKOK: "U tijeku su uhićenja i provođenje hitnih dokaznih radnji kao rezultat kriminalističkog istraživanja koje provodi PU bjelovarsko-bilogorska u koordinaciji s USKOK-om.

Navedene radnje se provode u odnosu na osobe za koje se sumnja da su počinile koruptivna kaznena djela. U ovom trenutku može se potvrditi da je među osobama u odnosu na koje se provode navedene radnje i službenik Središnjeg ureda Porezne uprave.

USKOK će nakon ispitivanja osumnjičenika donijeti odluku o daljnjem postupanju u predmetnom slučaju te će o tome pravodobno obavijestiti javnost.

 

Kako Jutarnji list neslužbeno doznaje, cijelu akciju pod palicom USKOK-a vodi PU bjelovarsko-bilogorska, a rano jutros lisice na ruke policija je po nalogu tužiteljstva stavila dvojici službenika Porezne uprave.

Jedan od njih je u samom vrhu Središnjeg ureda Porezne uprave, praktično u rangu pomoćnika ravnatelja. Radi se o voditelju Službe za strategiju, informiranje i elektroničke servise Slaviši Penavi. Osim njega uhićen je i Dražen Bilić iz područnog ureda Porezne uprave Peščenica.

A sve je krenulo, doznajemo, od poziva jednog Zagrepčanina upućenom Penavi kojem je, sumnja se, dao novac, točnije par tisuća eura, kako se ne bi blokirao račun jedne tvrtke.

Navedeni račun, prema ovršnom rješenju, trebala je blokirati Fina na zahtjev Porezne uprave, ali se Penava angažirao s ciljem da "spasi" ili barem odgodi blokadu računa tvrtke.

Međutim, kako navedeno nije bilo u Penavinom sektoru, odlučio je zamoliti za pomoć na lokalnoj razini pa je kontaktirao Bilića i naložio mu da ne blokira račun tvrtke kojoj prijeti blokada.
