Sat i pol rovovske borbe na sredini terena ostavili su dvije tisuće zubatom zimskom suncu izloženih Dubrovčana bez užitaka, lijepog poteza i pogodaka. Igrači Dubrovnika i Inkera prepali su se izgleda jedni drugih i igrali oprezno, više se trudeći da ne naprave neku grešku, nego se upuštati u improvizacije, koje bi možda i donijele kakva ploda. Izuzetak od pravila, stari iskusni ‘mačak’ Milan Petrović na strani domaćih kojemu godine (ni dalje) ne smetaju i vrlo dobri Borimir Perković kod Zaprešićana – napisao je prije točno 30 godina Antun Masle u izvješću s utakmice 16. kola druge sezone Prve hrvatske lige između Dubrovnika i Inkera, koja se odigrala na Lapadu.

Danas, 7. ožujka 2023., osim što je prošlo 30 godina od spomenute utakmice, točno je sedam mjeseci od kad nas je napustio naš urednik. Masle je bio prvo sportski novinar. Te 1993. godine izvještavao je i s prvog velikog natjecanja na kojem je u svojoj povijesti nastupila hrvatska vaterpolo reprezentacija – Europskog prvenstva u Sheffieldu.

Masle je kao sportski novinar, prije nego je krenuo u druge rubrike, ispratio sve prvoligaške utakmice u povijesti dubrovačkog nogometa, te prve tri sezone HNL-a u kojima je nastupio HNK Dubrovnik. Pogotovo u sjećanju ostaje prva sezona, kad HNK Dubrovnik nije mogao igrati u Dubrovniku, na svom Lapadu, već je domaćinstva odradio izvan opkoljenog grada, u prvo Metkoviću (nek se zna kako je na današnji dan, 7. ožujka 1992. godine odigrao prvu utakmice u povijesti s zagrebačkim ‘Plavima’, koji su tad igrali pod imenom HAŠK Građanski, te izgubio Iza Vage s 3:0. Bio je to susret 2. kola), zatim jednu utakmicu kao domaćin je odradio u Zagrebu, a nakon toga igrao u Blatu, na Korčuli.

I tad je Masle, skupa s nogometašima, napuštao Grad u okruženju, putovao na Korčulu, te slao izvještaje. Novinski isječci iz tog vremenu čuvaju uspomenu na prvoligaške dane dubrovačkog nogometa, ali isto tako i na novinarskog barda, koji je na čelu naše redakcije bio od 2017. godine, pa sve do posljednjeg dana života.

Sat i pol rovovske borbe na sredini terena ostavili su dvije tisuće zubatom zimskom suncu izloženih Dubrovčana bez užitaka, lijepog poteza i pogodaka. Igrači Dubrovnika i Inkera prepali su se izgleda jedni drugih i igrali oprezno, više se trudeći da ne naprave neku grešku, nego se upuštati u improvizacije, koje bi možda i donijele kakva ploda. Izuzetak od pravila, stari iskusni ‘mačak’ Milan Petrović na strani domaćih kojemu godine (ni dalje) ne smetaju i vrlo dobri Borimir Perković kod Zaprešićana – napisao je prije točno 30 godina Antun Masle u izvješću s utakmice 16. kola druge sezone Prve hrvatske lige između Dubrovnika i Inkera, koja se odigrala na Lapadu.

Danas, 7. ožujka 2023., osim što je prošlo 30 godina od spomenute utakmice, točno je sedam mjeseci od kad nas je napustio naš urednik. Masle je bio prvo sportski novinar. Te 1993. godine izvještavao je i s prvog velikog natjecanja na kojem je u svojoj povijesti nastupila hrvatska vaterpolo reprezentacija – Europskog prvenstva u Sheffieldu.

Masle je kao sportski novinar, prije nego je krenuo u druge rubrike, ispratio sve prvoligaške utakmice u povijesti dubrovačkog nogometa, te prve tri sezone HNL-a u kojima je nastupio HNK Dubrovnik. Pogotovo u sjećanju ostaje prva sezona, kad HNK Dubrovnik nije mogao igrati u Dubrovniku, na svom Lapadu, već je domaćinstva odradio izvan opkoljenog grada, u prvo Metkoviću (nek se zna kako je na današnji dan, 7. ožujka 1992. godine odigrao prvu utakmice u povijesti s zagrebačkim ‘Plavima’, koji su tad igrali pod imenom HAŠK Građanski, te izgubio Iza Vage s 3:0. Bio je to susret 2. kola), zatim jednu utakmicu kao domaćin je odradio u Zagrebu, a nakon toga igrao u Blatu, na Korčuli.

I tad je Masle, skupa s nogometašima, napuštao Grad u okruženju, putovao na Korčulu, te slao izvještaje. Novinski isječci iz tog vremenu čuvaju uspomenu na prvoligaške dane dubrovačkog nogometa, ali isto tako i na novinarskog barda, koji je na čelu naše redakcije bio od 2017. godine, pa sve do posljednjeg dana života.

Sat i pol rovovske borbe na sredini terena ostavili su dvije tisuće zubatom zimskom suncu izloženih Dubrovčana bez užitaka, lijepog poteza i pogodaka. Igrači Dubrovnika i Inkera prepali su se izgleda jedni drugih i igrali oprezno, više se trudeći da ne naprave neku grešku, nego se upuštati u improvizacije, koje bi možda i donijele kakva ploda.
