Lovorov list je poznati začin kojeg gotovo svi koristimo u kuhinji, ali isto tako riječ je o biljci koja se smatra prirodnim antiseptikom te ima i određena protuupalna svojstva.

Lovor se rabi kao ljekovita biljka već tisućama godina. Stari Grci i Rimljani smatrali su je svetom. Poznato je da su pobjednici olimpijskih igara kitili glave lovorovim vijencem, a simbolička značenja te mitske biljke bila su – čast i slava.

Svi ti kvaliteti koji su pripisivani toj biljci, govore da je lovor bio jako značajan našim predcima, pa mora biti da za to ima razloga.

Iako ga danas rabimo uglavnom kao začin, poznata su nam i ljekovita svojstva lišća i bobica lovora, a glavne aktivne supstance jesu pinen i cineol, kao i eterična ulja koja djeluju umirujuće.

Psihoaktivno djelovanje lovora opisano je u mnogim mitovima i legendama, a najpoznatija je ona o proročištu u Delfima, gdje su žvakali lovorov list da bi vidjeli budućnost.

Eterična ulja i druge aktivne supstance iz lovora djeluju umirujuće, a sve što treba da uradite jest to da zapalite jedan list u pepeljari, izađete iz prostorije i vratite se nakon 10 minuta. Soba će biti puna mirisa koji će djelovati opuštajuće i umirujuće na sve ukućane.

Kao ljekovita biljka, lovor djeluje kao antireumatik, antiseptik, baktericid, diuretik, sedativ i antioksidans. Pozitivno utječe na dobro raspoloženje. Istovremeno, lišće i plod djelotvorni su i u liječenju histerije, neurastenije želudca, prehlade itd.

Lovorov list je poznati začin kojeg gotovo svi koristimo u kuhinji, ali isto tako riječ je o biljci koja se smatra prirodnim antiseptikom te ima i određena protuupalna svojstva.

Lovor se rabi kao ljekovita biljka već tisućama godina. Stari Grci i Rimljani smatrali su je svetom. Poznato je da su pobjednici olimpijskih igara kitili glave lovorovim vijencem, a simbolička značenja te mitske biljke bila su – čast i slava.

Svi ti kvaliteti koji su pripisivani toj biljci, govore da je lovor bio jako značajan našim predcima, pa mora biti da za to ima razloga.

Iako ga danas rabimo uglavnom kao začin, poznata su nam i ljekovita svojstva lišća i bobica lovora, a glavne aktivne supstance jesu pinen i cineol, kao i eterična ulja koja djeluju umirujuće.

Psihoaktivno djelovanje lovora opisano je u mnogim mitovima i legendama, a najpoznatija je ona o proročištu u Delfima, gdje su žvakali lovorov list da bi vidjeli budućnost.

Eterična ulja i druge aktivne supstance iz lovora djeluju umirujuće, a sve što treba da uradite jest to da zapalite jedan list u pepeljari, izađete iz prostorije i vratite se nakon 10 minuta. Soba će biti puna mirisa koji će djelovati opuštajuće i umirujuće na sve ukućane.

Kao ljekovita biljka, lovor djeluje kao antireumatik, antiseptik, baktericid, diuretik, sedativ i antioksidans. Pozitivno utječe na dobro raspoloženje. Istovremeno, lišće i plod djelotvorni su i u liječenju histerije, neurastenije želudca, prehlade itd.

Lovorov list je poznati začin kojeg gotovo svi koristimo u kuhinji, ali isto tako riječ je o biljci koja se smatra prirodnim antiseptikom te ima i određena protuupalna svojstva.

Lovor se rabi kao ljekovita biljka već tisućama godina. Stari Grci i Rimljani smatrali su je svetom. Poznato je da su pobjednici olimpijskih igara kitili glave lovorovim vijencem, a simbolička značenja te mitske biljke bila su – čast i slava.

Svi ti kvaliteti koji su pripisivani toj biljci, govore da je lovor bio jako značajan našim predcima, pa mora biti da za to ima razloga.

Iako ga danas rabimo uglavnom kao začin, poznata su nam i ljekovita svojstva lišća i bobica lovora, a glavne aktivne supstance jesu pinen i cineol, kao i eterična ulja koja djeluju umirujuće.

Psihoaktivno djelovanje lovora opisano je u mnogim mitovima i legendama, a najpoznatija je ona o proročištu u Delfima, gdje su žvakali lovorov list da bi vidjeli budućnost.

Eterična ulja i druge aktivne supstance iz lovora djeluju umirujuće, a sve što treba da uradite jest to da zapalite jedan list u pepeljari, izađete iz prostorije i vratite se nakon 10 minuta. Soba će biti puna mirisa koji će djelovati opuštajuće i umirujuće na sve ukućane.

Kao ljekovita biljka, lovor djeluje kao antireumatik, antiseptik, baktericid, diuretik, sedativ i antioksidans. Pozitivno utječe na dobro raspoloženje. Istovremeno, lišće i plod djelotvorni su i u liječenju histerije, neurastenije želudca, prehlade itd.
