Znate li tko je najveći krivac za suhu kožu zimi? Vaše navike vezane uz tuširanje. Kad se temperatura u zimskim danima spusti, prirodno je poželjeti vrući tuš, ali dugoročno gledano, vruća voda može uništiti vašu kožnu barijeru i dovesti do suhe kože koja se ljušti.

Ovaj savjet je izuzetno koristan za one koji vole dugi, vrući tuš. Naime, vruća voda može ukloniti prirodna ulja s kože.

Znate li tko je najveći krivac za suhu kožu zimi? Vaše navike vezane uz tuširanje. Kad se temperatura u zimskim danima spusti, prirodno je poželjeti vrući tuš, ali dugoročno gledano, vruća voda može uništiti vašu kožnu barijeru i dovesti do suhe kože koja se ljušti.

Mnogi stručnjaci savjetuju da smanjite temperaturu tijekom tuširanja kako biste sadržali vlagu, ali i da iskoristite moć losiona. Što je, dakako, korisno. Međutim, estetičarka Natalie Aguilar ima jedan trik kojim možete zadržati vrući tuš kao dio svog rituala, ali bez da vaša koža pati, piše živim.hr.

No, Aguilar nanosi ulje malo drugačije.

- Jedan od mojih omiljenih rituala za njegu suhe kože je nanošenje ulja na cijelo tijelo prije tuširanja. Tako stvorena uljna barijera će spriječiti pretjerani gubitak vode i iritacije - navodi.

Ovaj savjet je izuzetno koristan za one koji vole dugi, vrući tuš. Naime, vruća voda može ukloniti prirodna ulja s kože.

- Većina ljudi provodi više vremena pod tušem kako bi se "ugrijali", a time zapravo skidaju zaštitni sloj kože - ističe Aguilar.

Spriječite isušivanje

Ako na kožu nanesete ulja prije tuširanja, smanjit ćete utjecaj vode na prirodne masnoće na tijelu. U biti, time stvarate pregradu između vruće vode i kože, čime se sprječava isušivanje.

Nakon tuširanja, nanesite još jedan sloj ulja kako biste dodatno hidratizirali svoje tijelo. Već nakon prve nanošenja ulja prije i nakon tuširanja, primijetit ćete promjene.
