Očekivane sankcije prema svježem oskarovcu konačno su poznate. Nakon što je na svečanosti dodjele Oscara udario komičara Chrisa Rocka, glumcu Willu Smithu na 10 godina je zabranjen dolazak na dodjelu Oscara i ostale svečanosti koje organizira američka Akademija filmskih umjetnosti i znanosti.

'Odbor je odlučio da razdoblju od deset godina, od 8. travnja 2022. gospodinu Smithu neće biti dopušteno da nazoči događajima i programima Akademije, osobno ili virtualno, uključujući, ali ne ograničavajući se na dodjelu Oscara', naveli su u zajedničkom priopćenju predsjednik Akademije David Rubin i izvršna ravnateljica Dawn Hudson.

Odluka je donesena na sastanku grupe guvernera koji je održan ranije tijekom dana u Los Angelesu. Sastanak je prvotno bio zakazan za 18. travnja, ali je ubrzan nakon što je Smith prošlog tjedna najavio ostavku u Akademiji. Ispričao se zbog svog ispada na ovogodišnjoj dodjeli Oscara, prenosi N1. 

U priopćenju se dodaje: '94. dodjela Oscara trebala je biti proslava mnogih pojedinaca u našoj zajednici koji su napravili nevjerojatan posao prošle godine. Međutim, ti trenuci su ostali u sjeni neprihvatljivog i štetnog ponašanja gospodina Smitha na pozornici.'

Akademija je u priopćenju priznala i da nije adekvatno reagirala na incident koji se dogodio tijekom televizijskog prijenosa ceremonije i zbog toga je uputila ispriku gledateljima širom svijeta.

Podsjetimo, Smith je tijekom ceremonije dodjele Oscara ustao sa svog mjesta i došao do pozornice gdje je ošamario komičara Chrisa Rocka zbog šale koju je on uputio na račun frizure Smithove supruge Jade Pinkett Smith, koja pati od alopecije zbog čega gubi kosu.

Očekivane sankcije prema svježem oskarovcu konačno su poznate. Nakon što je na svečanosti dodjele Oscara udario komičara Chrisa Rocka, glumcu Willu Smithu na 10 godina je zabranjen dolazak na dodjelu Oscara i ostale svečanosti koje organizira američka Akademija filmskih umjetnosti i znanosti.

Očekivane sankcije prema svježem oskarovcu konačno su poznate. Nakon što je na svečanosti dodjele Oscara udario komičara Chrisa Rocka, glumcu Willu Smithu na 10 godina je zabranjen dolazak na dodjelu Oscara i ostale svečanosti koje organizira američka Akademija filmskih umjetnosti i znanosti.

'Odbor je odlučio da razdoblju od deset godina, od 8. travnja 2022. gospodinu Smithu neće biti dopušteno da nazoči događajima i programima Akademije, osobno ili virtualno, uključujući, ali ne ograničavajući se na dodjelu Oscara', naveli su u zajedničkom priopćenju predsjednik Akademije David Rubin i izvršna ravnateljica Dawn Hudson.

Odluka je donesena na sastanku grupe guvernera koji je održan ranije tijekom dana u Los Angelesu. Sastanak je prvotno bio zakazan za 18. travnja, ali je ubrzan nakon što je Smith prošlog tjedna najavio ostavku u Akademiji. Ispričao se zbog svog ispada na ovogodišnjoj dodjeli Oscara, prenosi N1.
