većina nas je uvjerena da su Talijani izmislili pizzu, da je bila sirotinjsko jelo sastavljeno od ostataka koji su ostali na stolu sicilijanskih bogataša. Ali varamo se. Pizzu su prvi napravili antički Grci čim su skapirali da se mješanjem brašna i vode dobiva tijesto za plosnati kruh koji su premazivali uljem i začinima te ga pekli na užarenom kamenu kako bi dobili preteču današnje pizze. 

Pizze kakvu danas poznnamo bi bilo da u Europu iz Amerke u 17. stoljeću nije donešena pomadora, a vješti Talijani  u 18. stoljeću zamijesili su u Napulju prvu Napolitanu. Sve ostalo je povijest koje se prisječano svake godine 9. veljače  kada obilježavamo Međunarodi dan pizze.

Stoga vam predlažemo da u ‘blagadnskom‘ ozračju danas za večeru napravite pizzu na malo drugačiji način. Dobra hrana nudi jako dobar recept pizze kojoj baza nije tijesto nego tikvice.

1 veće ili 2 manja jaja

4-5 žlica brašna

sir, umak od rajčice i dodaci po želji

Priprema:

Tikvice naribajte, posolite i pustite da stoje kako bi otpustile vodu. Ocijedite ih. Prebacite ih u veću zdjelu, dodajte razmućena jaja i dobro pomiješajte pa dodajte brašno. Pomiješajte i dobivenu smjesu rasporedite po papiru za pečenje. Pecite 15-20 minuta na 180 stupnjeva, a zatim dodajte umak od rajčice, sir i druge dodatke po želji. Još kratko zapecite u pećnici. Poslužite odmah.

većina nas je uvjerena da su Talijani izmislili pizzu, da je bila sirotinjsko jelo sastavljeno od ostataka koji su ostali na stolu sicilijanskih bogataša. Ali varamo se. Pizzu su prvi napravili antički Grci čim su skapirali da se mješanjem brašna i vode dobiva tijesto za plosnati kruh koji su premazivali uljem i začinima te ga pekli na užarenom kamenu kako bi dobili preteču današnje pizze. 

Pizze kakvu danas poznnamo bi bilo da u Europu iz Amerke u 17. stoljeću nije donešena pomadora, a vješti Talijani  u 18. stoljeću zamijesili su u Napulju prvu Napolitanu. Sve ostalo je povijest koje se prisječano svake godine 9. veljače  kada obilježavamo Međunarodi dan pizze.

Stoga vam predlažemo da u ‘blagadnskom‘ ozračju danas za večeru napravite pizzu na malo drugačiji način. Dobra hrana nudi jako dobar recept pizze kojoj baza nije tijesto nego tikvice.

Priprema:

Tikvice naribajte, posolite i pustite da stoje kako bi otpustile vodu. Ocijedite ih. Prebacite ih u veću zdjelu, dodajte razmućena jaja i dobro pomiješajte pa dodajte brašno. Pomiješajte i dobivenu smjesu rasporedite po papiru za pečenje. Pecite 15-20 minuta na 180 stupnjeva, a zatim dodajte umak od rajčice, sir i druge dodatke po želji. Još kratko zapecite u pećnici. Poslužite odmah.

GastroDANAS JE MEĐUNARODNI DAN PIZZE

Mislili ste da je talijanski izum, ali nije. Predlažemo vam da je napravite ali na malo drugačiji način

većina nas je uvjerena da su Talijani izmislili pizzu, da je bila sirotinjsko jelo sastavljeno od ostataka koji su ostali na stolu sicilijanskih bogataša. Ali varamo se. Pizzu su prvi napravili antički Grci čim su skapirali da se mješanjem brašna i vode dobiva tijesto za plosnati kruh koji su premazivali uljem i začinima te ga pekli na užarenom kamenu kako bi dobili preteču današnje pizze. 

Pizze kakvu danas poznnamo bi bilo da u Europu iz Amerke u 17. stoljeću nije donešena pomadora, a vješti Talijani  u 18. stoljeću zamijesili su u Napulju prvu Napolitanu. Sve ostalo je povijest koje se prisječano svake godine 9. veljače  kada obilježavamo Međunarodi dan pizze.

Stoga vam predlažemo da u ‘blagadnskom‘ ozračju danas za večeru napravite pizzu na malo drugačiji način. Dobra hrana nudi jako dobar recept pizze kojoj baza nije tijesto nego tikvice.

Trebat će vam:

3 tikvice

1 veće ili 2 manja jaja

4-5 žlica brašna

sol

sir, umak od rajčice i dodaci po želji

Priprema:

Tikvice naribajte, posolite i pustite da stoje kako bi otpustile vodu. Ocijedite ih. Prebacite ih u veću zdjelu, dodajte razmućena jaja i dobro pomiješajte pa dodajte brašno. Pomiješajte i dobivenu smjesu rasporedite po papiru za pečenje. Pecite 15-20 minuta na 180 stupnjeva, a zatim dodajte umak od rajčice, sir i druge dodatke po želji. Još kratko zapecite u pećnici. Poslužite odmah.
