Recept je svojevremeno podijelila jedna chefica, a ovih je dana postao veliki hit među korisnicima Tik Tok-a

Nije ništa neobično da se na društvenim mrežama s vremena na vrijeme pojavi kakav kulinarski hit za kojim polude baš svi. Nakon smrznutih palačinki, svijeće od sira i slane zobene kaše, na red je tako došao i krumpir priprema kojeg, ne biste vjerovali, traje čak 15 sati.

Ipak, to nije spriječilo korisnike društvene mreže Tik Tok da apsolutno izgube glavu za krumpirom pripremljenim na ovaj način i recept je ubrzo proglašen viralnim hitom. Video pripreme podijelila je korisnica Poppy Cooks, inače chefica i autorica istoimene kuharice (koja se može pronaći i u zagrebačkoj knjižari Znanje), te otkrila kako je za najhrskaviji krumpir potrebno 15 sati rezanja, mariniranja, slaganja slojeva, čekanja, pečenja i prženja. Iako je spomenuta korisnica video objavila još 2021. godine, tek je sada dobio zasluženu slavu pa tako pod hashtagom #15hourpotato možete pronaći videe na koje je do sada kliknulo čak 103 milijuna korisnika. "Isprobala sam krumpir koji se radi 15 sati i, iako tehnički nisam korisnica Tik Toka, ovo jelo zaslužuje ocjenu 10/10", objavila je Paltrow na svom Instagramu.

Pa, u čemu je zapravo tajna? Ovaj krumpir radi se tako da se najprije reže na tanke ploške, najbolje mandolinom ili ribežom s posebnim nastavkom. Zatim se prelije goveđim lojem ili drugom masnoćom, te se napravi svojevrsni složenac. Krumpir se potom peče prekriven papirom za pečenje, izvadi se iz pećnice, na njega se stavlja težak predmet kako bi se dobio što ljepši presjek, a krumpir bio što tanji i uredniji, a zatim se reže na komade i prži.

Odlučite li se upustiti u pripremu, većinu vremena od navedenih 15 sati zapravo ćete provesti čekajući. Oni koji su ga isprobali, kažu kako se cijeli postupak itekako isplati jednom kada zagrizete u ovo neodoljivo hrskavo i slasno jelo.

Trebat će vam:

240 ml goveđeg loja (koristiti možete i drugu masnoću po želji)

1 žličica soli

1 kg krumpira

ulje

Priprema:

Pećnicu zagrijte na 130 stupnjeva. Očistite, operite i krumpir narežite na tanke ploške. Stavite ga u zdjelu i prekrijte lojem i soli. Dobro pomiješajte. Posudu obložite papirom za pečenje i slažite jednu plošku na drugu. Prekrijte papirom za pečenje i stavite u pećnicu. Pecite tri sata. Nakon tri sata, izvadite krumpir iz pećnice i po njemu rasporedite teške predmete kako bi se sve skupa stislo. Stavite u hladnjak i držite tamo 12 sati. Nakon toga, izvadite iz posude, režite na željeni oblik i pržite u dobro zagrijanom ulju 3-5 minuta. Maknite iz posude, posolite i poslužite odmah.

Recept je svojevremeno podijelila jedna chefica, a ovih je dana postao veliki hit među korisnicima Tik Tok-a

Nije ništa neobično da se na društvenim mrežama s vremena na vrijeme pojavi kakav kulinarski hit za kojim polude baš svi. Nakon smrznutih palačinki, svijeće od sira i slane zobene kaše, na red je tako došao i krumpir priprema kojeg, ne biste vjerovali, traje čak 15 sati.

Ipak, to nije spriječilo korisnike društvene mreže Tik Tok da apsolutno izgube glavu za krumpirom pripremljenim na ovaj način i recept je ubrzo proglašen viralnim hitom. Video pripreme podijelila je korisnica Poppy Cooks, inače chefica i autorica istoimene kuharice (koja se može pronaći i u zagrebačkoj knjižari Znanje), te otkrila kako je za najhrskaviji krumpir potrebno 15 sati rezanja, mariniranja, slaganja slojeva, čekanja, pečenja i prženja. Iako je spomenuta korisnica video objavila još 2021. godine, tek je sada dobio zasluženu slavu pa tako pod hashtagom #15hourpotato možete pronaći videe na koje je do sada kliknulo čak 103 milijuna korisnika. "Isprobala sam krumpir koji se radi 15 sati i, iako tehnički nisam korisnica Tik Toka, ovo jelo zaslužuje ocjenu 10/10", objavila je Paltrow na svom Instagramu.

Pa, u čemu je zapravo tajna? Ovaj krumpir radi se tako da se najprije reže na tanke ploške, najbolje mandolinom ili ribežom s posebnim nastavkom. Zatim se prelije goveđim lojem ili drugom masnoćom, te se napravi svojevrsni složenac. Krumpir se potom peče prekriven papirom za pečenje, izvadi se iz pećnice, na njega se stavlja težak predmet kako bi se dobio što ljepši presjek, a krumpir bio što tanji i uredniji, a zatim se reže na komade i prži.

Odlučite li se upustiti u pripremu, većinu vremena od navedenih 15 sati zapravo ćete provesti čekajući. Oni koji su ga isprobali, kažu kako se cijeli postupak itekako isplati jednom kada zagrizete u ovo neodoljivo hrskavo i slasno jelo.

Trebat će vam:

Priprema:

Pećnicu zagrijte na 130 stupnjeva. Očistite, operite i krumpir narežite na tanke ploške. Stavite ga u zdjelu i prekrijte lojem i soli. Dobro pomiješajte. Posudu obložite papirom za pečenje i slažite jednu plošku na drugu. Prekrijte papirom za pečenje i stavite u pećnicu. Pecite tri sata. Recept je svojevremeno podijelila jedna chefica, a ovih je dana postao veliki hit među korisnicima Tik Tok-a

Nije ništa neobično da se na društvenim mrežama s vremena na vrijeme pojavi kakav kulinarski hit za kojim polude baš svi. Nakon smrznutih palačinki, svijeće od sira i slane zobene kaše, na red je tako došao i krumpir priprema kojeg, ne biste vjerovali, traje čak 15 sati.

Ipak, to nije spriječilo korisnike društvene mreže Tik Tok da apsolutno izgube glavu za krumpirom pripremljenim na ovaj način i recept je ubrzo proglašen viralnim hitom. Video pripreme podijelila je korisnica Poppy Cooks, inače chefica i autorica istoimene kuharice (koja se može pronaći i u zagrebačkoj knjižari Znanje), te otkrila kako je za najhrskaviji krumpir potrebno 15 sati rezanja, mariniranja, slaganja slojeva, čekanja, pečenja i prženja. Iako je spomenuta korisnica video objavila još 2021. godine, tek je sada dobio zasluženu slavu pa tako pod hashtagom #15hourpotato možete pronaći videe na koje je do sada kliknulo čak 103 milijuna korisnika. Najluđe od svega, čak je i glumica Gwyneth Paltrow isprobala ovaj recept, donosi Dobra hrana

"Isprobala sam krumpir koji se radi 15 sati i, iako tehnički nisam korisnica Tik Toka, ovo jelo zaslužuje ocjenu 10/10", objavila je Paltrow na svom Instagramu.

Pa, u čemu je zapravo tajna? Ovaj krumpir radi se tako da se najprije reže na tanke ploške, najbolje mandolinom ili ribežom s posebnim nastavkom. Zatim se prelije goveđim lojem ili drugom masnoćom, te se napravi svojevrsni složenac. Krumpir se potom peče prekriven papirom za pečenje, izvadi se iz pećnice, na njega se stavlja težak predmet kako bi se dobio što ljepši presjek, a krumpir bio što tanji i uredniji, a zatim se reže na komade i prži.
