Limun je vrlo koristan i dobar za naše zdravlje, a razlog tome je prvenstveno vitamin C kojim obiluje. Ipak, manje je poznato da su i sjemenke ove voćke prava riznica zdravlja, piše N1.

Naime, sjemenke limuna možete konzumirati tako da ih sameljete, prokuhate u vodi i tu tekućinu popijete. Analgetsko djelovanje

Sjemenke limuna moguće je i pretvoriti u kvalitetno ulje - koje je sjajan prirodan analgetik. Naime, ulje sjemenki limuna navodno ima pozitivan učinak na dijelove mozga koji su povezani s receptorima boli, što osigurava analgetski učinak.

Stvaranje kolagena

Starenje kože rezultat je smanjenja proizvodnje kolagena. Najbolji način za usporavanje starenja kože je povećani unos vitamina C, koji osim što štiti kožu od različitih negativnih čimbenika - također omogućuje tijelu da sintetizira kolagen.

Infekcije

Ekstrakt sjemenki limuna može biti dobar saveznik u prevenciji i liječenju raznih infekcija. Utvrđeno je da sastojci u limunovoj kori mogu smanjuju rizik od prekomjernog rasta kandide, poznate gljivice kvasca koja prevelikim rastom može učiniti veliku štetu.

Limun je vrlo koristan i dobar za naše zdravlje, a razlog tome je prvenstveno vitamin C kojim obiluje. Ipak, manje je poznato da su i sjemenke ove voćke prava riznica zdravlja, piše N1.
